This study aims to explore the benefits and extension's role with farmers' markets in USA. This study was conducted by literature review and case study. They help establish connections between consumers and food producers, provide an additional income source for farmers. and in general, serve as a tool for community development. First, from education to advocacy, from research to advising, extension educators have multiple roles to play in promoting the growth of farmers' markets. Second, it is essential that extension engage others who are interested in seeing the markets succeed and create opportunities for such groups to make the market unique in their given communities. Third, extension promotes farmers' markets through the creation and dissemination of how-to publications. These publications typically include tips about having a market establishing a prominent and easily accessible market location, and offering a sufficient product variety to ensure consumer satisfaction. Fourth, efforts by extension offices are already paying off for consumers, vendors, and communities. Involving those who will purchase as well as produce the foods sold at who will purchase as well as produce the foods sold at farmers' markets should diversify the audience extension educators reach. Fifth, extension educators can aid in this effort by encouraging farmers' market vendors to diversify their of offerings and to produce and sell value-added products. Sixth, many extension offices offer guides to the direct marketing venues in their counties, such as farmers' markets, pick your own operations, roadside stands, and community supported apiculture farms. Once such a guide is produced. extension educators can distribute it at workshops and inform local media about the guide so that they can publicize it. Seventh, extension educators should seek to involve those groups who can collaborators could include community economic development organizations, consumer groups, churches, food banks, land preservation organizations, school, farmers' organizations, and other community groups. Eighth, extension educators can also contribute to the improvement of existing markets by offering workshops for vendors in business management, advertizing, marketing, bookkeeping, personnel management, and food preservation. Ninth, farmer's market also provide an opportunity for extension to have face-to face communication with farmers. Tenth, if farmers' markets are well managed, these markets can provide economic, nutritive, educational, social and psychological benefits to venders and the community.

Programming is excellent tool on realizing ideas. However students often complain of difficulties due to requiring the strict programming grammar and the highly thinking. Although various researches have been conducted to teach the programming easily for students, it should precede the analysis of what and why programming concept is difficult for learners. In this study, we analyzed what and why the programming concept is difficult for novice learners in basic programming education. Based on the results, we suggested: improving problem-solving skills based on accurate understanding and internalization on the programming concept, on reducing error between thought and execution results through the creation of sophisticated algorithms and on offering a variety of troubleshooting experience, establishing strategies to think freely for problem-solving process, and promoting the effectiveness of the learning through the learning procedure design.

This study purports to investigate the readiness of the university hospital employees in the knowledge-based management. Data were collected from 550 employees including administrative, nursing, and technical staff of 9 university hospitals located in Seoul and Kyunggi Province through the self-administered questionnaires. The response rate was 79% and 425 questionnaires were used as final data and analyzed using 2 test, t-test, and ANOVA. The main findings of the study are as follows. 1) It seems that most employees of the study hospitals have basic knowledge on the concept of knowledge-based management. This finding implies that the implementation of the knowledge-based management in Korean university hospitals will not likely to face strong resistance from their employees. 2) The results show that Korean hospital employees are still not so accustomed to using e-mail as the main communication tool. This finding suggests that it is necessary to use various communication tools which include electronic data interchange, teleconference, and cyber chatting for facilitating the knowledge-based management in Korean university hospitals. 3) It is desirable to appoint a chief knowledge officer(CKO) for operating knowledge-based management system effectively. 4) A reward system for employees who show a distinguished performance in the creation and sharing of new knowledge should be established. Knowledge mileage system, selection of the best knowledge employee and team will be a good example of the effective reward system. 5) The participation and support from the chief executive officers (CEO) of the hospitals is an important factor for successful knowledge-based management. Furthermore, to make physicians actively participate in the knowledge-based management is another important factor for obtaining valuable outputs from the system. 6) It is found that the knowledge and skills of the hospitals employees on the information technology (IT) are not sufficient for making knowledge-based management more popular. This implies that it is very important to select IT-oriented employees and educate them continuously on the knowledge-based management.

The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical background of art make-up and surrealism in depth and shed new light on creative thoughts coming through application of Depaysement and various kinds of expression realized through art make-up, where art and make-up are incorporated. The study method is to conduct prior research followed by a theoretical study of the concept and techniques of Surrealistic Depaysement and theoretical background of art make-up through specialized books and internet sources and then to create 4 artworks representing characteristics of Depaysement technique categorized in dual image, fusion of heterogeneous objects, modification and conversion, and change of space. This examination resulted in first, a foundational ground for fusion and use of art and make-up sectors by creating a realm of expression based on creativity through incorporation of art and makeup and second, a sense of freshness and unfamiliar-ness by creation of an image in a completely unfamiliar space. Therefore, the researcher sets a direction for ways to come up with new ideas and expand the realm of expression and hopes that the art-makeup does not just become an aesthetic tool but turn itself as an art genre.

Implementation of Model-based Systems Engineering(MBSE) depends on a model supporting efficient communication among engineers from various domains. And SysML is designed to create models supporting MBSE but unfortunately, SysML itself is not practical enough to be used in real-world engineering projects. SysML is designed to express generic systems and requires specialized knowledge, so a model written in SysML is less capable of supporting communication between a systems engineer and a sub-system engineer. Domain Specific Languages(DSL) can be a great solution to overcome the weakness of the standard SysML. A SysML based DSL means a customized SysML for a specific engineering domain. Unfortunately, current researches on SysML Domain Specific Language(DSL) for the plant engineering industry are still on the early stage. So as the first step, we have developed our own SysML based Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) creation environment and P&ID itself of a specific plant system, using a widely used SysML authoring tool called MagicDraw. P&ID is one of the most critical output during the plant design phase, which contains all information required for the plant construction phase. So a SysML based P&ID has a great potential to enhance the communication among plant engineers of various disciplines.

Windows Event Log is a format that records system log in Windows operating system and methodically manages information about system operation. An event can be caused by system itself or by user's specific actions, and some event logs can be used for corporate security audits, malware detection and so on. In this paper, we choose actions related to corporate security audit and malware detection (External storage connection, Application install, Shared folder usage, Printer usage, Remote connection/disconnection, File/Registry manipulation, Process creation, DNS query, Windows service, PC startup/shutdown, Log on/off, Power saving mode, Network connection/disconnection, Event log deletion and System time change), which can be detected through event log analysis and classify event IDs that occur in each situation. Also, the existing event log tools only include functions related to the EVTX file parse and it is difficult to track user's behavior when used in a forensic investigation. So we implemented new analysis tool in this study which parses EVTX files and user behaviors.

In this study, through the additional information of the PET / CT images by utilizing the basic data of TPS clinical application on the basis of the image re-forming synthetic function, the True-D technology and MIM software for continued research and development in combination, based on the combination-work between the respective images, reducing the time and cost of useful reading in clinical wide use of image width, efficient, effective tool for tumor targeting at diagnosis and radiation therapy by use as, by using the precise therapeutic effect determination, the time taken to read in the clinical, unnecessary and expect to a can reduce the additional examination by the creation of tumor patients read reports and PACS such asWe expect to be utilized for compatibility development with other software to evaluate the performance of PET / CT equipment.

We propose Cubical User Interface(CUI) for toy block composition in Augmented Reality. The creation of new object by composing virtual object is able to construct various AR contents effectively. However, existing GUI method requires learning time or is lacking of intuitiveness between act of user and offered interface. In case of AR interfaces, they mainly have been supported one handed operation and it did not consider composition property well. Therefore, the CUI provide tangible cube as the manipulation tool for virtual toy block composition in AR. The tangible cube which is attached multi-markers, magnets, and buttons supports free rotation, combination, and button input. Also, we propose two kinds of two-handed composing interactions based on CUI. First is Screw Driving(SD) method which is possible to free 3-D positioning and second is Block Assembly(BA) method which support visual guidance and is fast and intuitive. We expected that proposed interface can apply as the authoring system for content such as education, entertainment, Digilogbook.

Today's Web tends to change from simple guideline to more complex information Provider based on large amount of data, enabling a better understanding of the objects. It provides various information retrieval techniques. Therefore, these data have to be stored and maintained in a database system for efficiency and consistency. But database system absolutely requires systematic and consistent management techniques. As a consequence, a high trained and well-educated person should do it. In this paper, we design and implement a tool for easy and reliable database table creation and management on the web. If users log in this system, they can get a list of tables created by themselves and will find a hyper link per each table. Futhermore, they can view and manage it's contents.

In this paper, we design new video metadata schema for searching video segments to create UEC (User Edited Contents). The proposed video metadata schema employs hierarchically structured units of 'Title-Event-Place(Scene)-Shot', and defines the fields of the semantic information as structured form in each segment unit. Since this video metadata schema is defined by analyzing the structure of existing UECs and by experimenting the tagging and searching the video segment units for creating the UECs, it helps the users to search useful video segments for UEC easily than MPEG-7 MDS (Multimedia Description Scheme) which is a general purpose international standard for video metadata schema.
