도서관 무한창조공간 구축 및 운영모형 제안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Creating and Managing "Makerspaces" in Libraries)

  • 무한창조공간을 도서관서비스와 결합시키는 것은 도서관 이용자의 삶의 변화에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 획기적인 아이디어라 생각된다. 도서관 무한창조공간은 이용자들이 세상을 다르게 볼 수 있게 하고 그들이 창조할 미래에 대한 새로운 가능성을 탐구하고 상상할 수 있는 기회를 줄 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례와 선행연구논문들을 집중적으로 분석하고 도서관 무한창조공간의 무한한 활용가능성을 제안했다. 도서관 무한창조공간을 위해 도출된 역할개념은 총 12가지로 사회소통공간으로서의 무한창조공간, 학습공간, 창조자원 공유공간, 관심주제탐색공간, 직업탐색 및 창업지원공간, 작가발굴 및 양성공간, 자가출판공간, 인큐베이터로서의 공간, 창조를 위한 협력공간, 창조를 위한 장비체험 및 활용공간, 이야기가 있는 스토리텔링공간, 전문가멘토링 및 컨설팅이 있는 공간 등이다. 하지만 여기에 그치지 않고 보다 많은 연구자들 및 관련자들이 보다 많은 아이디어를 가지고 보다 많은 활용가능성 및 역할을 제안해야 하며, 이를 통해 획기적인 개념의 도서관 역할모색을 통해 도서관의 발전과 확대를 가져올 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

연극 '피카소의 여인들'의 무대 의상 제작 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production System of Stage Costume for Theatre 'Picasso's Women')

  • Today, a variety performance premiered in Korea, works of art as an advanced production planning and production system is becoming. Accordingly, the field of stage costume also increased collaboration with foreign producers and production systems and the advancement of the stage costume are required are becoming. The opening performance of the 30th anniversary of the Seoul Theater Festival was selected as Towol Theater Theater in 2009, April 16 to 26 of Picasso's women's costume is the study of production systems. This work directing and stage design by inviting domestic producers from foreign fields, and co-authored the work in the field of stage costumes in collaboration with foreign producers that are worth study and research work. In this study, this work has a practical study of costumes throughout the production system, an advanced stage costumes to contribute to the development of the field. The research methodology book data, collected papers, Internet resources through research and theoretical studies play 'Picasso's women's stage production of the award total to an empirical study was undertaken. The results of this study are as follows. First, the costume director for making a scholarly grasp of the direction of the investigation is ongoing throughout the process of creating the costumes. Second, foreign producers and co-author of the stage when the award, if other than purely domestic producers and create costumes to build production systems. Third, foreign producers and co-costume design and costume making coherent explanation for the processing of the list(Costume Breakdown List) are developed. Fourth, the actual performance over the director's intention to visualize the presentation was good enough, and the idea of the costume crew was taken to the director's idea of directing a play that reflected the will has a big meaning.

F. L. Wright의 주택특성과 실내디자인 요소분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Interior Elements of Frank Lloyd Wright's Residential Design)

  • Frank Lloyd Wright, a master of the 20th Century Ar-chitecture, contributed tremendously in creating a wholly new form of American architecture called Prairie Style. His idea behind the development of the building structur-al system, organic relationships between inner and outer space, horizontal vertical lines, and idea of extending and expanding interior spaces came from nature. He had completed over 390 projects throughout his life and 90% of those projects were residential design. The most typical characteristic shared by many of his residential design was that each design element, whether it is functional or aesthetical, has close relationship to or-ganic nature, human scale, theoretical floor plants, and maximum emphasis on horizontal lines in respect to na-ture. His concept of "flow of spaces" reformed common the-ory of room next to room in a enclosed space. His sense of "wall" was no longer the side of a box. Careful selec-tion of finishing materials, colors, and natural images en-hance the design as well. F.L. Wright was an artist, designer, and architect who believed the exterior space should have direct relationship to the interior space. His architectural philosophy was not only to design exterior of architecture but also to ful-fill his space through the careful development of interior elements such as furniture, and lighting fixture. Even the patterns for leaded glass windows were designed to have unified appearance from outside to inside of the house. The objective of this study was to analyze floor plans, spatial organizations, and interior design elements of the houses which represent the best of F.L. Wright's design principles and philosophy behind Prairie Style. 예술창작에서 저작권법 적용의 한계에 대한 이론적 고찰 (A theoretical review on the limitations of applying copyright law in the arts)

  • 예술가에게 있어 저작권은 자신의 창작성을 공식적·법률적으로 확정하는 것과 창작에 대한 경제적 가치를 담보하는 제도로서의 유용성이 있다. 그러나 예술 개념의 불확정성은 저작권의 법률로서의 안정성을 취약하게 만드는 원인이 된다. 본 논문은 저작권이 순수예술분야, 특히 현대 시각예술의 분야에 적용될 때 어떤 한계가 있는가를 이론적으로 분석한다. 저작권법의 한계는 근본적으로는 예술 정의의 불확정성에 있는데 다음과 같은 두 개의 차원에서 문제가 된다. 첫 번째는 예술의 정의와 저작권법의 정의에 있어서 공히 문제가 되는 표현과 아이디어의 이분법이다. 표현과 아이디어의 개념적 구분이 실제로 가능한가의 문제를 예술철학의 차원에서 고찰해본다. 두번째는 예술에 대한 새로운 정의가 문제가 될 때이다. 개념예술은 표현와 아이디어의 이분법이 불가능하다는 연장 선상에서 발생하는 것으로서 개념이 예술이 될 때 발생하는 문제를 지적한다. 공공예술이나 참여예술은 예술창작의 결과물보다는 창작의 과정에서 발생하는 예술작품에 대한 관점과 태도를 변화가 초래하는 저작권의 문제를 제기한다. 이러한 분석은 예술가의 경제적 권리확보 수단으로서의 저작권의 불완전성을 성찰하고 이를 보완하기 위한 제도적 방안을 탐색하는 근거가 된다는 점을 제시한다.

Ashbery's Aesthetics of Difficulty: Information Theory and Hypertext

  • This paper is concerned with John Ashbery's poetics of difficulty, questioning in particular the nature of communication in his difficult poems. Ashbery has an idea of poetry as 'information' to be transmitted to the reader. Meaning, however, is to be created by a series of selections among equally probable choices. Ashbery's poetry has been characterized by resistance to the interpretive system of meaning. But the resistance itself, as I will argue, can be an effective medium of communication as the communicated message is not simply transmitted but 'selected' and thus created by the reader. In Ashbery's poetry, disruptive 'noise' elements can be processed as constructive information. What is normally considered a hindrance or noise can be reversed and added to the information. In Ashbery's poems, random ambiguities or noises can be effectively integrated into the final structure of meaning. Such a stochastic sense of information transfer has been embodied in Ashbery's idea of creating a network of verbal elements in his poetry, analogous to the interconnecting web of hypertext, the most dynamic medium 'information technology' has brought to us. John Ashbery, whose poems are simultaneously incomprehensible and intelligent, employs ambiguities or noise in his poetry, with an attempt to reach through linear language to express nonlinear realities. It is therefore my intention to examine Ashbery's poetics of difficulty, from a perspective of communication transmission, using the theories of information technology and the principles of hypertext theory. Ashbery's poetry raises precisely the problem confronted in the era of communication and information technology. The paper will also show how his aesthetics of difficulty reflects the culture of our uncertain times with overflowing information. With his difficult enigmatic poems, Ashbery was able to move ahead of the technological advances of his time to propose a new way of perceiving the world and life.

Mesh topological form design and geometrical configuration generation for cable-network antenna reflector structures

  • A well-designed mesh shape of the cable net is of essential significance to achieve high performance of cable-network antenna reflectors. This paper is concerned with the mesh design problem for such antenna reflector structure. Two new methods for creating the topological forms of the cable net are first presented. Among those, the cyclosymmetry method is useful to generate different polygon-faceted meshes, while the topological mapping method is suitable for acquiring triangle-faceted meshes with different mesh grid densities. Then, the desired spatial paraboloidal mesh geometrical configuration in the state of static equilibrium is formed by applying a simple mesh generation approach based on the force density method. The main contribution of this study is that a general technical guide for how to create the connectivities between the nodes and members in the cable net is provided from the topological point of view. With the new idea presented in this paper, multitudes of mesh configurations with different net patterns can be sought by a certain rule rather than by empiricism, which consequently gives a valuable technical reference for the mesh design of this type of cable-network structures in the engineering.

한국 청소년의 거리패션 분석 연구 -1990년대 후반을 중심으로- (A Study on Street Fashion of Korean Teenager -Since the Latter Half of the `90s-)

  • The purpose of this study is focused on revealing teenager characteristics and mass culture in the end of the 20th century, and researching the general traits of teenager costume in the latter half of the \`90s and the typical style based on the analysis of the teenager culture. The result of this study are following as; The general traits of teenager costume are classified with sports-orientation, brand-orientation, and foreign street fashion-orientation. Typical styles are classified with sportive look, hiphop look, and funny look. Sportive look became the core of the street fashion developed with the street sports in the city, and presented the practical use with the fashionability mixing sportswear such as hightech snickers, sports character wear and items. Hiphop look, the genderless fashion, expresses teenager\`s free life style and the diversiied sensibility and deconstructs the border of gender, racism. Funny look accepts the burden of the millenium as a humor and presents katharsis by creating unexpected style. The contemporary costume of teenager deconstructs the fixed idea about mix and match, good taste and bad taste, gender, coordination suited with T.P.O and intends ‘open costume’ for 21st century.

지속가능 환경평가지표의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Sustainable Environmental Evaluation Index)

  • This study investigated the environmental indices in environmental administration, and to presents how to develop a sustainable environmental evaluation index. The index should be used to evaluate composite plans in the environmental aspects as well as means for setting goals of basic plans for the environment and its management. Specifically, the goals of composite plans are to check environments and land use frame, and evaluate individual measures (public projects). Environment policies are required to be 'a policy creating a clean environment' from 'a policy of environment regulation'. For the organization of a basic framework of environment policies, five topics are needed to be considered, such as the clarification of the idea of environment, establishment of environment regulations, environment management plan, plan to support civilian's action, and local government's efforts for the global matters of environment. For the amenity environments, people should expand their environmental behavior based on their voluntary intentions in transformation of personal life styles, projects with less load on the environment, development of environmentally-friendly projects with consideration for their impact on the earth. This study suggests that they should put more efforts into the development and implementation of useful environmental indices which effectively analyse the regional character to protect the natural ecology and create an sustainable environment with wide coverage.

A Positioning DB Generation Algorithm Applying Generative Adversarial Learning Method of Wireless Communication Signals

  • A technology for calculating the position of a device is very important for users who receive positioning services, regardless of various indoor/outdoor or with/without any positioning infrastructure existence environments. One of the positioning resources widely used at present, LTE, is a typical infrastructure that can overcome the space limitation, however its positioning method based on the position of the LTE base station has low accuracy. A method of constructing a radio wave map of an LTE signal has been proposed as a method for overcoming the accuracy, but it takes a lot of time and cost to perform high-density collection in a wide area. In this paper, we describe a method of creating a high-density DB for the entire region by using vehicle-based partial collection data. To create a positioning database, we applied the idea of Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), which has recently been in the spotlight in the field of deep learning, and learned the collected data. Then, a virtually generated map which having the smallest error from the actual data is selected as the optimum DB. We verified the effectiveness of the positioning DB generation algorithm using the positioning data obtained from un-collected area.

A method for image-based shadow interaction with virtual objects

  • A lot of researchers have been investigating interactive portable projection systems such as a mini-projector. In addition, in exhibition halls and museums, there is a trend toward using interactive projection systems to make viewing more exciting and impressive. They can also be applied in the field of art, for example, in creating shadow plays. The key idea of the interactive portable projection systems is to recognize the user's gesture in real-time. In this paper, a vision-based shadow gesture recognition method is proposed for interactive projection systems. The gesture recognition method is based on the screen image obtained by a single web camera. The method separates only the shadow area by combining the binary image with an input image using a learning algorithm that isolates the background from the input image. The region of interest is recognized with labeling the shadow of separated regions, and then hand shadows are isolated using the defect, convex hull, and moment of each region. To distinguish hand gestures, Hu's invariant moment method is used. An optical flow algorithm is used for tracking the fingertip. Using this method, a few interactive applications are developed, which are presented in this paper.
