Unlike the past, when fashion brands adopted unilateral communication with their consumers, the brands today have recognized the importance of bi-lateral communication. This has led to the companies producing fashion films as a means to elicit a consensus in opinion between the brands and the consumers. Such fashion films should be understood as films using fashion that transcends time, and also as a type of fashion media. This study, which is based upon the understanding that fashion films are a part of strategic marketing for enhancing the value of brands, used domestic and international literature in order to define fashion films, and establish a theoretical basis for these films. Corroborative study was also conducted for the purpose of practical categorization. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of fashion films, and to suggest a new approach to the study of fashion films. The study adopted the research methodology used in Dudley Andrew's film theory in order to create a theoretical frame that can be used to categorize fashion films. The theory is of significance because it is the basis for the category of motion picture fashion film and media technology fashion film. The study on the categorization and the characteristics of fashion films based upon 6 sub-categories shows a consistent trend of fashion films. From the results, it can be inferred that the films contribute, in part, to the enhancement of brand value. Fashion films have shown rapid growth with the mixture of other media, and with the introduction of cutting-edge technology. Fashion films can be used as new marketing methods for the fashion brands in this digital age.
In the current so-called age of emotion marketing, the independent form of handwriting of calligraphy is being revitalized in various fields such as advertising, book designs, film titles, posters, packages, BI, and even fashion. Thus centered on Gyeyang-gu at the city of Incheon, 100 outdoors signs that used calligraphy were chosen and we researched a reform plan that could revitalize calligraphy in outdoor signs by classifying them according to current conditions of the use of calligraphy, actual conditions of practical use, expression tools, and analyzing the use of colors. The result was trial requests not only from the formalities industry, but also the financial sector, public corporations, and several other businesses, but in order to provide not only for franchise brand logotypes manufactured by expensive experts, but also provide production of high-quality calligraphy for low costs for small private enterprises, the development of a diverse calligraphy education program, centered on the regional society, will be needed. In the midst of globalization, in order to advertise the beauty of Korean alphabet and to create our own unique street culture, a variety of tools and tactile expressions are demanded, in the future the research on the calligraphy of outdoor signs must be revitalized.
Since a declaration between North and South Korea was adopted, North and South Korea has strengthened the interchange and cooperation between each other in many fields. Especially, the interchange and cooperation in the field of industrial property right, such as patent and trademark, are required to keep up with the age of the knowledge industry. But, until a recent date, there has been little interchange or cooperation in the field of industrial property right, and a few major companies were attempt to apply for the patent in North Korea through the Third country The system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea are very different because of time and political ideology barriers. To unify the system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, firstly, North and South Korea must try to recognize and understand the dissimilarity between them. In this article, I compared the system of industrial property law of South Korea with that of North Korea to search commonalities and dissimilarities. Furthermore, it is needed to establish systematic devices for understanding of between North and South Korea, for instance, conducting a interdisciplinary seminar or dispatching a judge mutually. Finally, it is necessary to phase in a practical plan for unification. In the short run, mutual application and registration have to be authorized, and in the long view, unifying the practice of industrial property law service is needed. At the conclusion, the industrial property laws in North and South Korea can be unified systematically. In other words , to unify system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, it is prerequisite that mutual understanding of industrial property laws and performance of the unify plan. The interchange and cooperation in this field will not only promote technical development but also create common interests of North and South Korea by expanding an opportunity for creating and utilizing industrial property.

Due to the rapid growth of mobile communication services, many studies have been performed on the biological effects of EMF(Electromagnetic field) exposure. However, it is not easy to create the field uniformity in radio frequency. To overcome this difficulty, the electric field and SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) distribution is developed to measure the whole body exposure system. In this paper, we developed the whole body exposure system for in-vivo study utilizing reverberation chamber which has a high possibility of practical use by substituting previous the EMC chamber. The field uniformity in the test area of the designed reverberation chamber was satisfied by the simulation and measurement data. In animal study of the whole body exposure for a mouse, the results of FDTD simulation were compared with those of measurement to confirm SAR under the electromagnetic exposure. We analyze the electric field distribution in the interior of the reverberation chamber and treat these results in statistical manner. In the CDMA frequency band(PCS & Cellular band), an average value of the whole body SAR and local peak value for a experimental mouse were presented for various input power.

Track rollers are the key parts that support the weight applied to the caterpillar track of construction machinery. The operating conditions of construction machinery are harsh; hence, the track rollers exposed to these conditions can experience failures such as oil leakage and breakdown of the machine, because of impacts during driving. The failure of track-rollers has a major effect on the operation of the construction machinery. Therefore, each manufacturer tries to evaluate the performance of their products by conducting a self-test. However, only the vertical loads applied to the track rollers are considered in most of the self-tests. This method has the problem of ignoring the horizontal loads that are applied to the track rollers while rotary driving, and hence it does not create the practical operating condition of the construction machinery. In this study, we have determined the experimental conditions that effectively consider the magnitudes of the vertical and horizontal loads. The results of simulations and experiments conducted to assess the influence of horizontal loads on the failure of track rollers are presented in this paper.

It is a global trend to give attention to generating precise 3D navigation maps since eco-friendly vehicles have become a critical issue due to environmental protection and depletion of fossil fuels. To date, Mobile Mapping System (MMS) has been a efficient method to acquire the data for generating the 3D navigation maps. To achieve this goal so far in the Mobile Mapping System using the data acquisition method has been proposed to be most effective. For this study the basic RTF filter algorithm was applied to modify to fit MMS quantitative analysis derived floor 99.71%, 99.95% of the highly non-producers to maintain accuracy and high-precision 3D road could create DEM. In addition, the roads that exist within the cars, roadside tree, road cars, such as the median strips have been removed to shields it takes to get results effectively, and effective in practical applications and can be expected to improve operational efficiency is considered.
(2010) and have showed possibility of Korean 3D cinema production. From the experience, many problems were deduced in terms of 3D cinema techniques and work-flow. this study is analysis of 's production. The analysis is focused on the problems from the 3D cinema production and pipeline of . By making an analysis the experience, trial and error of production, it will be giving practical information and analysis result to staffs who are willing to create an next Korean 3D cinema. As a result of analysis, has failed to achieve technical accomplishment and to build effective production pipeline. Never the less, it is positively evaluated that it has tried to establish the foundation of Korean 3D cinema production.
Produced by Chinese local television stations, Maritime Silk Road is a documentary which adopts ancient Maritime Silk Road as a historical nostalgia to interpret "the Belt and Road Initiative", a contemporary Chinese economic, political, and cultural strategy put forward by Chinese government mainly aiming at the countries of Southeast Asia. The main body of this article has three parts and the first part analyses how the documentary adopts computer-generated imagery (CGI) to create a historical nostalgia about ancient Maritime Silk Road in the period of Imperial China. At the same time, this part also presents a sense of diasporic nostalgia of the overseas Chinese. This historical and diasporic nostalgia is related to Chinese President Xi Jinping's political discourse: "Chinese dream" that propagandises to build a strong China put forward by Xi in 2013. The second part analyses how this historical and diasporic nostalgia legitimates Xi's "Chinese dream" and how it responds to recent territorial dispute when China continuously claims its territorial sovereignty in the South China Sea. In this light, the documentary repeatedly mentions two political rhetoric: "coexistence" (gongcun) and "mutual benefit"(huli gongying) as a practical strategy to deal with the dispute between China and some countries of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). In the third section, the concept of "community of common destiny" (mingyun gongtongti) is adopted by the documentary to depict a convenient and effective organization of China and ASEAN, which is framed as an ultimate goal that Chinese government is depicted as the potential leader of this nostalgic community. At the same time, by providing different and even opposite viewpoints, this article discusses three controversial political rhetoric to present how historical and diasporic nostalgia is politicalized and served for Chinese diplomacy and national interest. Overall, this article argues that the documentary creates a glorious ancient Maritime Silk Road, as a sense of nostalgia, to expand China's economic and political influence, to respond to the controversial issues, and to reassert China's leadership as the centre of Asia.
In the era of 2.0 web, blog has become the media that men can express themselves with fashion more actively and independently, as paying much attention to their personal appearance and cultivating an upscale lifestyle. They often create their fashion images in the virtual space where enables a free and creative operations of self-expression. The study aims to identify the types of men's ego-images represented on the personal fashion blogs based on the framework of analysis from the previous research (Suh, 2014), to build the base data for analyzing men's fashion style in $21^{st}$21st century that reflects changes in men's sexual images, and to verify the framework as comparing with the previous case study about the women blogs (Suh, 2014). The case studies conducted 5 men's personal blogs such as bryanboy, iamgala, little fashionisto, katelovesme, and stylentonic. The study results almost same types of women's ego-images as following. The imaginary ego-image is classified as narcissism, regression, identification, and virtuality, the social ego-image as symbolism of roles and others'desire, the real ego as primary instinct, practical reality, object a, jouissance and sexual perversion. The personal style of men shown on the fashion blogs appears as a significant factor to analyze male customers in the growing men's beauty and fashion market.

According to development of Information Technology and generalization of internet, practical use field of geography information became various. Therefor various Geographic Information System (GIS) constructed to manage geography information efficiently. However, geography information data of various form is depending on graphic authorizing tool of various form being not normalized each other. So, OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) proposed GML(Geography Markup Language) that describe normalized geography information data that can apply mutually and W3C proposed SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) of vector base. In this paper creates GML data of XML base for geography information data processing to vector graphic object, and design and implementation of GML document editing and translation system that define code converter that create GML document through created graphic objects and change vector graphic to logic structure of XML base.
