웅진천도후(熊津遷都後) 백제(百濟) 와건물(瓦建物) 적심토(積心土)의 편년(編年)과 축조기법(築造技法) 변천(變遷)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study for Chronicle and Construction Technique of Jeoksimto (積心土) of Baekje tile-capped building after the transfer of the capital to Wungjin)

  • Jeoksimto which was build up as the reinforcement establishment made with the soil under the cornerstone in the site of tile-capped building is the representative construction technique which become popular in the Sabi capital era after the Wungjin capital era. Especially from the fact that no site of tile-capped building with this Jeoksimto has been found in the Silla area, we can see the originality Baekje technique. We can analogize the specialization of Josagong (造寺工) (craftsman building the temple) and the diversity of technique, on the basis of the technique raising the ground level which is different with the middle gate site of Neung-sa and the Hall enshrining Buddha site in Buyeo. Moreover, we can have the confidence the dispatch of craftsman and the transmission of building technique from the Buyeo area to the Iksan area through the fact that the construction techniques of Jeoksimto in both area are almost the same. However the concerns in the construction archaeology are necessary because almost no study for Jeoksimto has been conducted and the term of Jeoksimto also is unfamiliar even if excavation of Baekje Jeoksimto in the several remains.

정조.순조연간 관영공사에서 별간역(別看役) 정우태(丁遇泰)의 조영활동 (Special Technician Jeong Woo-tae's Activity and Role in the Governmental Construction Works during the Reign of King Jeong-jo and King Sun-jo of the Joseon Dynasty)

  • Jeong Woo-tae(?-1809) was a military official who had worked as Byeol-Gan-Yeok in the governmental construction works during the late 18th century through the early 19th century. Byel-Gan-Yeok, literally a special technician, was an official post in the governmental construction works that carries specific technical tasks from the mid 18th century. Over 30 years, Jeong Woo-tae had devoted himself in the construction of various royal tombs, city walls, and palace buildings. He showed superb and various techniques in the works of stone carving and architectural details. After finishing the construction of the tomb of King Jeong-jo's father successfully, he was appointed as a governor of a rural town. Being on duty of the governor, he used to participate in the construction works as a technician. He also made a couple of innovative devices in the field of construction, like a carrying apparatus, Byel-Nok-No. His works secured the setting up of the post of Byel-Gan-Yeok in the governmental construction system in the 19th century. But his technical achievement remained as his own private works rather than developing to the universal growth of the craftsmen's skill. This might be a limitation of the Byel-gan-Yeok's role, whose position was remained in the midway between official and craftsman.

  • New national certified license tests for the facility management of new and renewable energy is given from this year. There are three national certified licenses including craftsman, industrial engineer and engineer. The subjects for the craftsman are photovoltaic facility for written exam and practical business of photovoltaic facility for writing exam. The subjects for the industrial engineer are theory, construction, management and law of the photovoltaic system for written exam and practical business of photovoltaic system for writing exam. The subjects for the engineer add one more subject compared with the industrial engineer, such as design of photovoltaic system. The first tests were given in september 28 in this year. The tests will be given three in 2014.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 전자분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황 및 문제점을 검토하여 전자분야 기술사, 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 전자분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 전자분야 자격에 대한 직무분석 작업을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 전자분야 자격에 대한 명확한 직무분석 작업을 통하여 시험과목과 출제 기준이 재정비되어야 할 것이며, 검정 내용이 산업현장의 변화를 지속적으로 수용할 수 있도록 지원되어야 한다. 또한 전자분야의 자격종목이 효율적으로 그리고 효과적으로 개선될 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원 및 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

한국과 일본의 장인(匠人)정신 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study of The View about the Craftsmanship of Korean and Japanese)

  • The purpose of this paper look at the basis of the cultural differences of Korean and Japan by comparing the craftsmanship. Korean craftsmanship and master craftsman making traditional handcrafts and artwork would die out at a critical moment. The craftsmanship and system could not be established because of discrimination in the traditional four classes of society( scholars, farmers, artisans and tradesmen), invasions of other countries and discontinuity of tradition from modernization. On the contrast, in Japan, it was possible to establish traditional handcrafts and artworks, technique and craftsmanship with apprentice system and various social privilege and treatment even in the same traditional four classes of society ( scholars, farmers, artisans and tradesmen). It was common to pass down the family business for a hundreds of years with self respect between Japanese master craftsmen and lots of people succeed the family business will now. Japanese craftsmanship is originated from 'worship to god' Medieval Japanese believed that the thing changes human mind, artistic talent, masterpieces and faith were connected to sacred power. Therefore, master craftsmen and their works were also made by the power of god. In this context, craftsmen were protected and treated in socially and nationally. It is that the social treatments and supports in national level and their own pride and continuous training of techniques and abilities as the main driving force to maintain the craftsmanship in Japan. Korea has the sale level of competitive tradition and technique in comparison any other countries. Japanese craftsmanship study will be a critical data in the protection and maintenance of Korean traditional and technique.

조선 왕실 가례의 부용향(芙蓉香) 연구 - 『순조순원왕후가례도감의궤』를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Use of Buyonghyang During the Joseon Royal Wedding Ceremony - Focused on Sunjo Sunwonwanghoo Garyedogam Uigwe -)

  • 본 연구는 문헌을 통해 조선왕실의 부용향을 "순조순원왕후가례도감의궤"의 사례를 중심으로 살펴본 것이다. 한국에서 향은 삼국시대부터 불교문화와 함께 전래되었다. 부용향은 조선시대 왕실을 상징하던 향이며 왕실의 각종 의례에 사용되었다. 민가에서도 혼인할 때 신부의 가마 앞에서 부용향을 태우기도 했다. 부용향은 의례, 방향, 방충, 의료의 목적으로 다양하게 사용되었다. 부용향은 침속향과 백단향을 주 향재로 하여 모향, 백급, 영릉향, 감송향, 팔각향, 삼내자, 정향, 소뇌, 비초 등 10가지 향재를 혼합해 만든 합향이다. "탁지준절"과 "세종실록지리지", "조선왕조실록"의 기록을 통해 향재의 수급 방법을 추적했다. 각 향재의 특성을 파악하고 "제중신편", "동의보감" 등의 의서를 통해 제조법을 살펴보았다. 그리고 "조선왕조실록'과 "승정원일기"의 기록을 통해 부용향을 제작한 향장의 협업과 처우를 살펴보았다. 가례에서 부용향이 사용된 사례를 통해 조선시대에 향이 갖던 의의를 알아보았다. 가례는 이전의 가례도감의궤에 비하여 그 체제가 잘 정비된 것으로 평가받는 "순조순원왕후가례도감의궤"를 참고했다. 궁에서는 의례를 진행하는 동안 항상 향을 사용했다. 반면 신부의 집에서 진행된 경우 오로지 비수책의에서만 향로 차비 등의 향과 관련된 차비가 동원되어 이 시기에만 향을 사용했을 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 책봉 후에야 비로소 향을 사용하게 됨을 통해 부용향은 왕실 사람만이 사용했으며 왕실을 상징하는 향이었음을 추측할 수 있다.

And culinary course is carried out by virture of scientic basis like doctor′s prescription.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 금형분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황을 검토하고, 금형분야 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 금형분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 금형분야 자격에 대한 자격구조 분석을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 금형분야 국가기술자격 종목을 대상으로 노동시장 수요에 맞는 역할 모형 설정 원칙을 기본으로 하여 자격의 구조를 분석하고, 자격에 대한 구체적인 신설${\cdot}$통합${\cdot}$폐지${\cdot}$출제기준 수정의 준거를 마련하여 산업현장전문가 표적집단면접조사(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 자격종목의 재정비 방안을 제시하였다.

반도체장비유지보수 자격개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Qualification for Semiconductor Machine Maintenance)

  • 본 연구는 반도체 산업에서 반도체장비 유지보수에 사용되어지는 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수의 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비 유지보수 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도(전자부품장착기능사, 전자부품장착산업기사, 생산자동화기능사, 생산자동화산업기사)를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체장비유지보수기능사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 반도체장비 유지보수 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 반도체장비유지보수기능사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체장비유지보수기능사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다.

조선후기 궁중 연희무대 건축 장인(建築匠人)의 활동과 주요 목수(木手) 연구 (A Study on Activities of Architecture Craftsmen and Major Carpenters of Court Palace Performance Stages in the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • A major performance stage carpenter, Jang Insang led performance stages from the 1719 Sukjong Royal Banquet and was confirmed by historical records to be the first craftsman. Lee Wandeuk led the Hwaseong Fortress performance stages of the Jeongjo period and Gichuk Jinchan performance stages of the Sunjo period. The carpenter techniques he used during the Jeongjo period were succeeded to the Sunjo period. Ahn Sungil was the head craftsman who led the performance stages of Jagyeongjeon Jinjak, Muja Jinjak, and Gichuk Jinchan of the Sujo period, under which the foundation for court palace performances was laid. The progression of major carpenters includes Jang Insang of the Sukjong period, Jeon Yoochu of the Yeongjo period, Ahn Sugil of the Sunjo period, Yoon Seoksin of the Heonjong period, Kim Yoonsik of the Gojong period, Lee Jongyoon, Kim Soongil, Seo Sangmook, and Han Sujoon. In addition, the Major Repair of Injeongjeon Hall (1857) of the Cheoljong period was the most important palace construction project for transferring the carpenters' skills. Through this project, Ahn Sungil of the Sunjo period, Kim Myeonggap, Yoon Seoksin of the Heonjong period, Kwon Deuknyang, and Kim Sungil of the Gojong period were able to interact with each other. That is, this major repair project of Injeongjeon Hall reflected the major carpenters' best techniques through performance stage construction, showing the progression of Ahn Sungil, Yoon Seokshin, and Kim Sungil, who led the constructions of Gichuk Jinchan of the Sunjo period (1829), Mushin Jinchan of the Heonjong period (1848), and Jeonghae Jinchan of the Gojong period (1887), the most impressive performance stages of the late Joseon period. The carpenters of the court performance stages participated in important construction projects of the royal palace, reflecting the superior technical skills of the carpenters in the construction of court palace performance stages. The carpenters who played a leading role in the construction of performance stages were able to interact with one another and transfer their excellent technical skills, providing the driving force that allowed court performance stages to blossom into splendid and high-quality court stages in the late Joseon Dynasty.
