성숙한 인간관계를 위한 요소들과 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Important factors and Improvement Method for Mature Relationship)

  • 인간은 일생 동안에 몇 명의 사람들과 인간관계를 맺고 살다가 일생을 마치는가? 사회학자 솔라 폴의 조사에 따르면 한 사람이 일생 동안 중요하게 알고 지내는 사람의 숫자는 3,500명이라고 한다. 예상보다 많은 사람들과 인간관계를 맺고 살아가고 있다. 이와 같이 한 인간이 일생을 살아가면서 중요하고 꼭 필요한 공부가 바로 인간관계이다. 그래서 본 연구의 목적은 인간이 성공적인 인생을 살아가기 위해서는 인간관계에 대해 관심을 갖고, 공부도하고, 실천도 해야 하고, 본 논문은 성숙한 인간관계 개선을 위한 방안에 관한 연구로서 한 인간이 일생을 살아가면서 가장 많이 만나고, 함께 일하는 사람과의 관계에 관한 것이고, 인간관계의 의미와 필요성, 중요성에 대해서 학자들의 연구 자료나 문헌, 선행연구 자료 등을 근거로 연구하고 교회교사들의 인간관계에 대한 설문의 결과를 통하여 성숙한 인간관계 개선을 위한요소들과 개선 방안(방법)을 제시하였다.

작업장내 삶의 만족도에 대한 대학급식소 직원의 인식도 (A Quality of Worklife : A Study of the Perceptions of University Foodservice Employees)

  • The purposes of this research were to assess the quality of worklife of university foodservice managers and workers by operation type, and to investigate the characteristics of demographic variables in university foodservice employees. A questionnaire was administered to 27 managers and 180 personnels who are working in 9 university foodservice facilities. And 21 managers and 160 workers were responded with a response rate of 78% and 89%, respectively. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS programs for descriptive analysis, ANOVA, T-test and SNK test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. Almost all respondents were female(87%), 40.5 percent of the respondents were between 40 to 49 years of age, 42.9 percent of the respondents had been in their current job between 2 to 5 years, and 55.2 percent of the respondents earned ays between 500,000won to 800,000won per month, Only 42.6% percent of the respondents were full-time employee. 2. The mean scores for the quality of worklife was 3.07 on a 5-point scales of 1=disagree very much and 5 = agree very much. 3. Factors receiving the higher ratings included "optimum levels of work variety"(3.83), "positive attitude toward work"(4.14), and " cooperative relationship with coworkers"(4.22). But respondents were least satisfied with "promotion"(2.07),"temperature of workplace"(2.17) " rest time"(2.25), and "pay"(2.28) factors. 4. There was a significant difference in the perception of the quality of worklife according to the operation type(self-operated, contracted, and rented management), but no difference was noted by position(managers vs workers) Results can be user to develop intervention and training strategies for enhancing positive attitude and the quality of work of employees.

직장인의 직무스트레스 영향요인에 대한 융합연구 (Converged Study of Influencing Factors on Occupational Stress in Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 일반적 특성과 업무관련 특성, 사회적 지지, 직무스트레스의 정도를 파악하고 직장인의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 융합적으로 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구 대상자는 전라남도 지역 직장인으로 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여를 동의한 207명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 구조화된 설문지로 일반적 특성 및 업무관련 특성, 사회적지지, 직무스트레스를 측정하였다. 본 연구결과는 대상자의 약 절반이 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향요인으로 연봉이 3,000만원 이하인 경우 직무스트레스가 높았으며, 상사지지와 동료지지가 높을수록 직장인의 직무스트레스가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 36%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 직장인의 직무스트레스 완화를 위한 관리자 교육을 통한 효율적인 인력 관리 방안 마련이 필요하다.

종합병원 간호사들의 직무스트레스와 건강수준(SF-36)과의 관련성 (Relationship between Job Stress and Health Status(SF-36) Among General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 이들의 건강수준(SF-36)을 파악하고, 건강수준과 인구사회학적 특성, 직업관련 특성 및 직무스트레스 내용 등의 제 요인들과의 관련성을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 조사대상은 250병상 이상의 6개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사 572명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2014년 5월 1일부터 5월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 간호사들의 건강수준(SF-36)은 개인의 인구사회학적 특성, 건강관련행위 특성 및 직업관련 특성뿐만 아니라 직무스트레스 내용과도 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다. 특히 건강수준(SF-36)은 직무스트레스 내용에 있어서 업무 요구도가 낮고, 업무의 자율성, 상사 및 동료의 지지도가 높을 때 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 간호사의 직무스트레스를 통제할 수 있는 조직 내 시스템 개발과 분위기 조성이 우선되어져야 할 것이며, 또한, 간호사들의 건강수준(SF-36)을 증대시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 사료된다.

노인복지시설 영양사의 직무만족도와 직무특성 연구 (Study of the Job Satisfaction and Characteristics of Dietitians Working in the Elderly Health Care Facility)

  • This study examined the job satisfaction and characteristics of dietitians working in an elderly health care facility. The subjects for the study were 116 dietitians who work in an elderly health care facility across the country. The following lists the items affecting the total satisfaction on each element of the job: the nature of work (4.20), coworkers (4.02), supervision (3.83), communication (3.81), pay (3.22), operating conditions (3.16), fringe benefits (3.05) and promotion (2.78). Regarding supervision, regular employees (3.90) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (3.11), and for fringe benefits, regular employees (3.10) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (2.52). Regarding fringe benefits, those with less than 10 years experience showed higher satisfaction than with more than 10 years'. In terms of the job characteristics, the following were found to affect job satisfaction: the task identity (3.33), variety (3.27), autonomy (3.18), feedback (3.05), friendship opportunities (3.01) and dealing with others (2.82) were listed in the highest order. For task identity, more than 41 years old (3.53) had a significantly higher score. Regarding diversity, graduate schools (3.37) had a significantly higher score. In terms of income, those earning more than 2 million won (3.37 and 3.26) showed higher scores in autonomy and friendship opportunities than those earning less than 1.5 million won (2.79 and 2.57).

노인경비원의 폭력피해 경험과 직무스트레스에 대한 연구 (A study of elderly private security guards about their victimization experience in the workplace and their perception of occupational stress)

  • 전반적인 사회의 고령화 추세에 따라 민간경비에 종사하는 노인근로자의 비중은 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 노인경비원에 대한 선행연구는 아직 많지 않고, 특히, 노인경비원이 폭력피해를 당할 위험에 상당 부분 노출되어 있어 그들의 폭력피해 경험에 대한 실태조사가 시급하다. 본 연구는 전국의 55세 이상 노인경비원을 표본으로 추출하여 그들이 경험한 신체적 언어적 폭력피해에 대해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 또한, 폭력피해 경험의 여부가 노인경비원들이 인식하는 직무스트레스의 수준에 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 결과에 따르면, 설문에 참여한 노인경비원들은 신체적 폭력피해보다 언어적 폭력 피해를 더 많이 경험한 것으로 응답하였고, 직장 내 상사나 동료보다는 고객으로부터의 폭력이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스와 관련하여 언어적 폭력피해를 경험한 노인경비원이 그렇지 않은 경비원에 비해 직무스트레스를 더 많이 느끼고 있었다. 신체적 폭력피해의 경험은 유의미한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 노인근로자를 대상으로 행해지는 신체적 언어적 폭력을 감소시킬 수 있는 제도적 장치의 마련이 필요하다.

A study on the Modification of Fastness Formulae and the Measurement of Staining Fastness by CCM

  • A new fastness formula based on the CIEDE2000 color-difference formula was developed by B. Rigg and his coworkers. It is much simpler to calculate the staining fastness grade than the ISO 105-A04 fastness formula based on the CIELAB color-difference formula. Sample pair sets, which cover a wide color space range were accumulated from the NCS(Natural Color System) color book. for those sample pair sets, a visual measurement experiment and an instrumental measurement experiment of fastness grade were carried out. Each performance of the ISO 105-A43 fastness formula and newly developed fastness formula was compared through degree of agreement for visual measurement results. The newly developed fastness formula indicated improved performance for measuring fastness grade as it was confirmed that the performance of the current ISO fastness formula ISO 105-A04 for assessing staining, was inadequate for measuring fastness grade. Then the fastness formulae were examined more closely according to the particular color spaces and the correlation of hue, lightness and chroma for measuring staining fastness grade was also considered to recommend more improved fastness formula. By modifying the weighting functions of CIEDE2000, which is a basis of new fastness formula developed by B. Rigg, a modified fastness formula is proposed in this study.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE FT-NIR SPECTRA OF WATER ON THE BASIS OF TWO-STATE MODEL

  • Robinson with ${coworkers}^{1}$ have introduced two-state outer-neighbor bonding model to explain the anomalies of water. The studies on the properties of water as a function of temperature and pressure revealed that, unlike other ideas, all $H_2O$ molecules in liquid are tetrabonded. On the average they are forming two different bonding types. One type is the regular tetrahedral water-water bonding similar to that found in the ordinary ice Ih, whereas the other is a more dense nonregular tetrahedral bonding similar to that appearing in the ice II. The transformation between these two bonding forms is evidenced by FT-NIR experiment. The FT-NIR measurements were done for liquid water in the temperature range from $20^{\circ}C$ up to $80^{\circ}C$ in a wide extent of frequencies: 12 000 - 4000 $cm^{-1}$ /. Temperature dependent variations in the volume fraction of these two structures are directly related to the spectral changes. The absorbance variations are explored by means of the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2DCOS), principal component analysis (PCA), curve fitting and second derivatives. The presence of the isosbestic points in a range of the combination and overtone transitions indicates that the experimental spectra are a superposition of two temperature independent components. One component of diminishing intensity with temperature increase, is assigned to a stronger hydrogen bonds occurred in the Ih type, whereas the second component showing an opposite behavior, one can attribute to a weaker H-bonds characteristic for the II type. The understanding of the hydrogen bonding network in the liquid water is very important in interpretation of the interaction between water and protein chain. The two-state model of water surrounding the protein surface could advance an understanding of the hydration process.

긴장성 두통 및 불면을 주소로 입원한 환자의 간이정신진단검사(SCL-90-R)의 진단별 특성 (Symptom Checklist-90-Revision(SCL-90-R) in Inpatients on Tension headache and Insomnia)

  • SCL-90-R is a multidimensional self-report symptom inventory devoloped by Derogatis and his coworkers. Since it was standardized into Korean version in 1978 by Won and Kim et aI., but it has been rarely studies for the clinical groups. Objectives : This study sought to define a diagnotic character of SCL-90-R of tension headache and insomnia inpatients groups. Methods : We determined a diagnotic character of 17 tension headache and 23 insomnia patients by means of SCL-90-R, and compared with normal groups in order to characterize subscale of SCL-90-R in patients with tension headache and insomnia from Neurasthenia. Results : 1. Male tension headache group has significant difference in Somatization and Depression subscales, female group in Somatization, Obsessive-Compulsive, Depression and Hostility subscales. 2. Female insomnia group has significant difference in Anxiety subscale. Although there are a little significiant, many subscales such as Somatization, Obsessive-Compulsive, Depression and Hostility are higher than normal group. 3. There are significant difference in GSI and PDSI of Global index, which means that we use that for objective index of tension headache and insomnia from Neurasthenia. Conclusions : All of these results show that SCL-90-R is useful inventory to characterize and screening for Neurasthenia.

교정시설 급식 영양사의 직무만족도와 이직의향 (The Job Satisfaction and the Turnover Intention of Dietitians Working at Foodservice of the Correctional Institutions in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how certain factors influence job satisfaction and turnover intention of the dietitians working at the correctional institutions. A total 47 sheets of questionnaires (complete enumeration) were distributed respectively to the dietitians during the period from March 20th to May 18th of 2008. A total of 38 questionnaires (response rate 81%) were analyzed by using SPSS (ver. 19.0). The dietitians were more satisfied with coworkers ($3.63{\pm}0.10$) and supervision ($3.19{\pm}0.13$) than with pay ($2.97{\pm}0.09$) and promotion ($2.55{\pm}0.08$). Among the job burnout dimensions, cynicism ($2.58{\pm}0.09$) was rated higher than exhaustion ($2.47{\pm}0.10$), while professional efficacy level ($3.40{\pm}0.08$) was relatively high. The work dimension of job satisfaction was negatively correlated with exhaustion and cynicism dimensions of job burnout (p < 0.001), and turnover intention (p < 0.01), but positively correlated with professional efficacy dimension (p < 0.001). The co-worker dimension was negatively correlated with exhaustion and cynicism (p < 0.05) and turnover intention (p < 0.01), while the supervision, the pay, and the promotion dimension were not correlated with the job burnout and turnover intention. The turnover intention was positively correlated with exhaustion and cynicism dimensions of job burnout (p < 0.001). A stepwise regression analysis revealed that i) professional efficacy was a factor to significantly increase the work dimension of job satisfaction, ii) exhaustion and cynicism to significantly decrease the work and the co-worker dimension of job satisfaction, respectively, and iii) exhaustion to significantly increase turnover intention. The managerial efforts of the institutions could be focused on the job burnout factors to effectively increase the work dimension and the co-worker dimension of the job satisfaction.
