본 연구는 의원, 치과의원과 한의원에 대한 시군구 지역의 산업집중도 분석을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해서 1996년도부터 2015년까지 5년 단위의 매출액을 허핀달-허쉬만 지수(HHI)로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결과는 HHI로 대표되는 경쟁지수에 대해서 전 지역에서 경쟁이 심화하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 군 지역은 HHI가 다른 지역에 비교해서 상대적으로 높으나 통계적으로 유의미하게 값이 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 시군구에 있어서 평균적으로 군 지역이 구 지역과 시 지역과 비교하면 HHI가 높으며 의원의 경우 군 지역의 HHI가 지수가 높기는 하지만 감소 경향을 보였다. 치과의원의 경우에는 시지역 및 군 지역에서는 HHI가 감소 경향을 보였으며 한의원의 경우에는 구 지역, 시 지역 그리고 군 지역 모두에서 HHI가 감소 경향을 보였다. 전반적으로 의원급 기관에서 농어촌 지역이 독점적인 시장형태를 보였으며 시간이 지남에 따라서 경쟁이 증가하고 있음을 보여주었다. 의원의 경우에는 농어촌 지역 의원의 경쟁이 심화하고 있음을 나타내고 있으며 치과의원의 경우에는 도시 및 농어촌 지역에서의 경쟁은 아직 포화상태에 이르지 않음을 보여주었고 한의원의 경우에는 모든 지역에서 경쟁이 아직 포화하지 않은 시장이며 대도시 시장의 경쟁이 가장 심함을 보여주었다.

This study tried to examine the possibility of rural tourism policy in Nam-Hae county and to provide a strategy for development of the local economy. It was carried out on a basis that the rural tourism businesses are operated by the local government(Nam-Hae county office). In doing so, this study investigated social, cultural and geographical characteristics and the regional tourism resources of Nam-Hae area. Based on the survey, it classified the types of rural tourism and suggested provisional tourist maps by the type. This study assumed that the local government has a full responsibility for the rural tourism businesses from the initial stage of setting up development plans to the operation of the businesses. Rural tourism theme courses of each small-position area provided tourists with tour courses and time schedules depended on geographical features of the areas. It produced a map that actually makes possible the theme rural tourism. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of living in Nam-Hae county would be improved with the rural tourism businesses which lead to increase in farm household income and to develop local settlement areas.

Heishui county, located in northwest Sichuan province, southwestern China, is an endemic area of zoonotic visceral leishmaniasis (VL) and is the most intractable area. VL is never destroyed in it. Asymptomatic dogs (Leishmania parasites have been diagnosed but clinically healthy) are considered to be a potential reservoir host in zoonotic VL area, and most can lead to infection of individuals, that is a new challenge for controlling VL in humans. The present study aimed to assess the Leishmania infection rate of asymptomatic dogs in Heishui county. Total 105 asymptomatic domestic dogs were gathered from 4 districts in Heishui county to investigate the infection rate with serological and molecular methods based on ELISA and kinetoplast minicircle DNA(kDNA) PCR, respectively. Out of 105 dogs, 44 (41.9%) were positive by more than 1 method; 21 (20.0%) were positive by ELISA, and 30 (28.6%) were positive by kDNA-PCR. Our study showed that Leishmania infection of domestic dogs which is clinically healthy is prevalent in the studied district, and the asymptomatic dogs infected by Leishmania may be the primary reason for the prevalence of visceral leishmaniasis in the area.

"삼국유사" '수로부인'에 나오는 '헌화가'의 배경 설화를 토대로 헌화가와 해가의 배경지를 다양한 관점에서 추정해보고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 헌화가 배경지는 경북 영덕군 남정면 부경리 지경천 골곡포(骨谷浦) 부근 암석단애지 일대로 판단된다. 2) 해가 배경지(임해정 옛터)는 헌화가 배경지인 골곡포에서 이틀거리(약 60km)에 위치하는 울진의 월송정 일대로 판 단된다. 3) 일부 지자체에서 주장하는 헌화가 배경지와 해가 배경지는 지자체들의 장소 마케팅(place marketing) 차원에서 설정된 경향이 강해 설득력이 없다.

과소지역 보은군의 목적별 통행이라는 교통수요와 이용 교통수단의 기능을 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 먼저 보은군 주민은 의무적 통행보다 자유재량 통행의 공간적 범위가 넓고, 교통수단의 선택은 제한성, 편리성, 신속성에 의한다. 또 비벽지지역에서 근무.통근, 고급품 구매, 통원통행은 편리성 때문에 자가용 자동차의 이용이 많고, 통학은 제한성 때문에 비벼지지역이나, 벽지지역 모두 군내버스를 , 벽지지역에서의 고급품 구매는 편리성과 제한성 때문에 자가용 자동차와 시외버스를 많이 이용한다. 그리고 벽지지역의 통원은 공공 교통수단의 제한성에도 불구하고 병.의원이 집중한 상위 중심지를 방문한다.
