임대아파트 난방방식별 에너지소비와 만족도 조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Energy Consumption and the Degree of Satisfaction by Heating System in Rental Apartment)

  • Considering the present development situation of rental apartment since 1982, the supply of homeless housing for low-income dwellers has contributed a amount of quantities, but has been deficient qualities in housing policy. To propose the energy policy for low-income dwellers, this study investigated the energy consumption and the degree of heating satisfaction by heating system through questionaries in permanent rental apartment and 50 year period rental apartment complexes. The results of this study were as follows; The annual energy consumption of heating and hot water supply is 267.2 Mca1/$\textrm{m}^2$ㆍyr in central heating system, is 163.9 Mca1/$\textrm{m}^2$ㆍyr in unit heating system. But from the view of annual energy cost and the degree of heating satisfaction, central heating system were better than unit heating system in rental apartment.

액취증 환자에서 표준 진료지침서의 개발과 적용 (Development and Implementation of a Critical Pathway in Patient with Osmidrosis)

  • The current health care system demands provisions for patient care in perspectives of a cost-effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Critical pathway implementation facilitates optimal sequencing and intervention timing of patient care, and makes medical team and patients participate in a treatment actively. In this study, a critical pathway was developed and implemented to patients with osmidrosis who undertake operation. Sixty patients were included in the study. The critical pathway was implemented for care of 26 patients while the traditional care was implemented for 34 patients. In the critical pathway implemented group, time needed for charting and unessential working was reduced. Mean time amount of time for patient nursing was increased. The critical pathway implementation is an effective method to utilize time of medical team. Also it increases the satisfaction index of patients and medical team simultaneously.

  • Today ordinary consumers have the option of buying the products/services through Internet commerce, home shopping, or traditional commerce. This study compares the means-ends objective measures comprising the customer satisfaction with each type of commerce. Means objective variables consist of product variety, impulsive buying, comparison shopping, product information, and accuracy of transaction. Ends objective variables include convenience, safety, time saving, cost reduction, and shopping enjoyment. Results of data analysis indicate that ends objective variables are directly related with the behavioral intention of customers, and that each type of commerce has its own pros and cons which in turn provides the basis for differentiated customer satisfaction.

The Continuous Service Usage Intention in the Web Analytics Services

  • The World Wide Web (WWW) has continued to grow at very rapid speed in both the sheer volume of traffic and size and the complexity of Web sites. Web Analytics Industry also has been growing rapidly. Web Analytics is to analyze web log files to discover accessing patterns of web pages. In this paper, we identify factors which can affect the continuous usage intention of a firm using services in web analytics services and empirically validate the relationships between the identified factors. For this purpose, we analyze 174 Korea firms. The analysis results show that the satisfaction is significantly associated with service quality and switching cost and the service usage period is not significantly associated with continuous service usage intention. We measure the service quality using SERVQUAL. It turn out that two dimensions of SERVQUAL, reliability and empathy are significantly associated with satisfaction, but another dimension of SERVQUAL, responsibility, is not. Finally, satisfaction is significantly associated with continuous service usage intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between urban housewive's the pattern leisure activities and leisure satisfaction by the level of informationization, leisure resoureces. A total of 287 questionnaires were used as for the final data analysis. The results could be summarized as follows: First, there were significant difference in the pattern of leisure activities according to socio- demographic and economic variables(age, eduactional attaintment, the age of lastbone child). Second, The leisure resource variables influence them. The higher leisure needs, leisure time, leisure cost is the higher degree participated in the pattern of leisure activities. Third, the higher the level of informationalization, the higher time-oriented pattern. And leisure time, leisure needs, natural-oriented pattern had an effect on leisure satisfaction.

의복불평행동모형구성과 관련변수에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Model of Clothing complaining Behavior and relevant Variables)

  • This paper presents a conceptual mode of the clothing complaining behavior process following dissatisfaction in a retail environment and influence of relevant variables. The data were collected 250 male and 358 female consumers by questionnaire employing critical incident technique. Given dissatisfaction with clothing the complaining behavior undertaken will be largely dependent on product importance the likelihood of success one's attitude toward complaining and demorgraphic variables. Through empirical research the clothing complaining behavior was dependent on the likelihood of success sex, dimension of complaining cost and product importance, Brand satisfaction was affected by only perceived justice. And repurchasing behavior was dependent upon brand satisfaction education product importance and income.

Patient-specific implants for maxillofacial defects: challenges and solutions

  • Background: Reconstructing maxillofacial defects is quite challenging for most surgeons due to the region's complex anatomy and cosmetic and functional effects on patients. The use of pre-made alloplastic implants and autogenous grafts is often associated with resorption, infection, and displacement. Recent technological advances have led to the use of custom computer-designed patient-specific implants (PSIs) in reconstructive surgery. This study describes our experience with PSI, details the complications we faced, how to overcome them, and finally, evaluates patient satisfaction. Case presentation: Six patients underwent reconstruction of various maxillofacial defects arising due to different etiologies using PSI. A combined total of 10 implants was used. PEEK was used to fabricate 8, while titanium was used to fabricate 2. No complications were seen in any patient both immediately post-op and in subsequent follow-ups. All patients reported a high level of satisfaction with the final result both functionally and cosmetically. Conclusion: The use of computer-designed PSI enables a more accurate reconstruction of maxillofacial defects, eliminating the usual complications seen in preformed implants and resulting in higher patient satisfaction. Its main drawback is its high cost.

전자저널의 이용평가에 관한 연구: Y대 도서관의 IDEAL을 중심으로 (A Study on Use Evaluation of Electronic Journals)

  • 이 연구는 Y대 도서관의 전자저널 컨소시엄 중 Academic Press의 2000년분 IDEAL 이용통계를 대상으로 인쇄본 병행구독 전자저널과 단독구독 전자저널의 전문 내려받기 수를 기준으로 그 이용현황을 평가하였으며, 평가결과를 대상으로 비용편익 및 효과를 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 Y대 도서관에서는 전자 저널로만 구독하는 것보다 인쇄본과 전자저널을 동시에 구독하는 병행구독 전자저널의 전문을 더 많이 이용한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 IDEAL의 비용편익을 분석한 결과, 편익은 거의 없는 것으로 나타난 반면에 비용효과는 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구결과에 따라 전자저널을 구독해서 이용을 활성화할 수 있는 방법으로서 대학도서관들이 전자저널 구독대행사에 임시사용권을 요청하고, 전자저널에 대한 이용자교육, 다양한 이용통계의 분석, 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시할 것을 제언하였다.

건강보험 관리운영비 추이 분석 (An Analysis of the Trends of Korean National Health Insurance Administrative Cost)

  • Social solidarity, equity in financing, and efficiency in administration have been core issues in the development of Korean health insurance reformation since 1988. This study is to investigate the trend of administrative cost in Korean National Health Insurance from various aspects. For the analysis of administrative cost, the expenditures of each insurance society and the National Health Insurance Corporation are divided into 4 items of (1) insurance benefit, (2) administrative cost, (3) an agency provision accounts, (4) other expenses, and then they are reorganized. The analyses based on 5 types of the health insurance administrative cost showed that efficiency in administration has been improved generally. We, however, should consider qualitative aspects such as customer's satisfaction with health insurance administration, prompt service, control of unjust expenditure (unjust claims), and provision of medical service including health consultation in assessing efficiency of administration. And, in order to connect the administrative costs of health insurance with efficiency, we need to give a fundamentally new definition, which can contain elaborateness of expenditure in details including the structure and evaluation method of administrative costs. It may be necessary to develop new indicators or analyzing methods hereafter.

선천성 장애인의 재활서비스 비용에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Cost of Rehabilitation Services for People with Congenital Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 선천성 장애인의 재활서비스 비용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 재활서비스 이용의 접근성을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2020년 장애인실태조사 자료에서 선천성 장애인 712명이며, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 26.0를 이용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 19-40세, 중산층, 가구소득, 바우처 사용, 기관 서비스 만족도, 자폐성 장애유형이 재활서비스 비용에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이중 바우처 사용이 재활서비스 비용에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 선천성 장애인의 재활서비스 비용을 완화하기 위해 바우처 사업의 대상을 개선하고 전 생애에 걸친 재활서비스 지원체계 구축을 제안하였다.
