This present study investigatesed the impact of the team innovation-oriented human resource management (HRM) practices on employees' turnover intention among financial, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and manufacturing industries in Korea. Furthermore, we explored whether risk perception of turnover and the cost of changing job would mediate the relationship between team innovation-oriented human resource management practices with employees' turnover intention in different industries in Korea. To that end, PLS structural equation modeling was used to exam the research hypothesis. We have found that team innovation-oriented HRM practices have a significant impact on employees' turnover intention. Moreover, we have discovered risk perception of turnover and the switching cost of changing job playing mediating role in the relationship of team innovation-oriented HRM practices with turnover intention among different type of industries employee. Lastly, the theoretical implications were discussed based on these findings.
The objective of this study was to identify the job performance and perceived job importances of dietitians according to the characteristics of foodservice operations as well as dietitians. Questionnaires were distributed to 400 dietitians, and a total of 202 were received and utilized(50.5%). Statistical analysis of the data was performed using the SAS package program(version 8.2) for descriptive analysis and $X^2-tests$. The results are summarized as follows. The highest job task frequency was for sanitation management (98.5%); and then nutrition management (96.6%), cost management (92.6%), and inventory management (92.1%). The dietitians' perceived job importance was highest for sanitation management (74.3%), followed by nutrition management (68.8%) and human resource management (37.1%). Dietitians with under 3 years of experience had more difficulties, particularly in purchasing management, cost management, and sanitation management. Dietitians within contracted foodservice operations were dissatisfied by having insufficient education for cost management. Thus, programs for on-the-job and off-the-job training, reflecting dietitians' educational needs and changing job tasks should be increased.

Background : In order to cope with changes in the management environment at hospitals, increased interests are drawn in patient foodservice system on Continuous Quality Improvement Activity as the method of approaching a quality food service and effective management. Thus, as a part of this activity, this study was conducted to evaluate job flow improvement that was already performed and the results of that process at the dietetic department of a university hospital, focusing on improving management. Method : On February 15 of 1998. the dietetic department formed a job flow-improvement to decide on the priority of job flow improvement, and prepared specific action strategies and schedule of the priority: after a 5 month process period, job improvement achieved on June 15. 1998. Also, economic achievement of the task was evaluated through labor productivity analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Results : The patient food service system which was managed decentralized at the present hospital was centralized, some steps of the food service process were integrated, and quality of patient food was improved. Also, as a solution of the problems expected when conducting job flow improvement was made on food service equipments and utensils. The result of evaluating the job flow improvement that labor productivity improved by 18.2% compared to before the improvement and the result of the analysis of cost-benefit showed that Benefit-Cost (B/C) ratio was 2.22. showing financial merit on the investment. Conclusions : Continuous Quality Improvement Activity needs to be initiated and conducted in the future in various areas of hospital foodservice system in order to actively adopt to ever changing hospital management environment. In order to achieve this goal, many researches and more efforts need to be put in by people in charge of hospital food service management, and interests and support are needed from hospital policy makers.

Background : Because hospitals had to faced with financial hardship, we have to have more effective hospital management. In this study, we tried to improve job performance and to reduce cost maintaining safety in fields of patients care. Methods : Central Supply Room(CSR) staffs taught strategy of material cost reduction to middle level managers and staffs 14 times. All staffs and voluntary service workers, working in 33 nursing units, participated in this activity. We developed questionnaire to check the degree of participate in cost reduction activity and job performance in CSR, and quality improvement in the wards. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed and 197 returned. Results : Because CSR staffs developed new items and every item was managed at each department, stocks of each department were reduced. Overall, by comparing before and after cost reduction activity, almost 1.2 billion won reduced for one year. Staffs' loyalty and spirits of cost reduction were improved by changing clothes and duty environment. Furthermore, these activity improved patients' satisfaction. Conclusion : We suggest that CSR activity in a university hospital contributes to improve job performance and to reduce cost without any problem in patient care.

Also, we need to make evolutionary model for various changing ways and means and need means to maximize the transformation of learning by operating learning organization. In knowledge based society, as people work and learn new knowledge in order to pass the experience knowledge and capabilities, they are not the traditional relationship between trainer and trainee but maximize work and learning, development and performance through several different ways. So, the study about new learning model is needed because the learning is creating the value and makes low cost and high efficiency about the elements of cost and time. We study the evolutionary model, OJF(On-the-Job Facilitating) - new learning methodology - through operating learning organization in S Electronics and its application practices.

Activity Based Cost System expend the range of second-stage cost assignment drivers beyond the traditional measures of labor and machine times, units produced, and material quantities to allow for drivers that measure the amount of batch-level, product-sustaining, and facility-sustaining activities performed. It is a resources consumption model of organization, not just a more complex cost accounting of cost allocation system. This paper proposes a enterprise resource planning by activity based management. To effective performance system for company that want to be setting competitive levels, the information systems must support a fast moving, rapidly changing. Activity based management is a process of accumulating and tracing cost and performance da to a firm's activities and providing feedback of actual results against the planned cost to initiate corrective action where required. Therefore this system provides a highly powerful decision-making tool. To construct this system, we need Enterprise Resource Planning System. Since ERP is designed around the idea that rapid change and a degree of unhandled change is normal, it allows driving the customer's rapidly needs much deeper through the business cycle.

The current beauty service of Korea is upgrading its outside appearance from traditional small-shop image and its speed of change and competition are more severe than ever before. The top priority trait of beauty management is based on man-power resource, and personnel-management is the most important thing that more than anything else. Compared with other arenas of business, personnel management plays a key role in beauty industry. As a result, this research begins with the issue of personnel management. In addition, I will show that the management leadership of beauty service affects organization civil actions and changing jobs in the beauty industry employees, and the leadership can lower changing job rate to some extent. The role and duty of business manager is very significant because the dependence of man-power resource is magnificent in beauty service. In spite of rapid changing of economic surroundings, the management of beauty service is still working without any detail plans. It is no exaggeration to say that the most of beauty service managers are lack of leadership conception. Although the demands of customers are changing everyday, the frequent changing of jobs among talented employees drops customers credibility and high-quality service. From a management viewpoint, re-training cost of employees leads to economic loss and the company suffers from financial problems. As a result, it creates vicious circle in the beauty industry. Today, the management atmosphere in the beauty service is hard to get its right track because of the cutthroat competitions of beauty industry and difficulties of hiring promising employees. It has been said that "Nothing ventured, Nothing gained" Above all, the beauty service requires job speciality and it produces economic profits. Therefore, the managers desperately need to change the way they regard those with job changers. In this research shows the principal index of the leadership type of beauty business managers how much affects its employees' long-term working condition. The new concept of leadership, such as alternative suggestions, setting goals, and organization civil action will reorganize the stereo-type frame. I will also investigate the factors of job changing and intention of the beauty service employees for the development option of the beauty industry.
Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

Background : With the CQI concepts, which emphasize doing the right things right the first time, we tried to enhance the timely completion of medical records by changing the review process from retrospective method to concurrent one. Methods : Against the current retrospective QA activity, Medical record administrator did the concurrent QA of the inpatient medical records with the deficiency sheets. One general surgery ward was chosen as a trial one. The deficiency rate of the medical records of the discharged patients was compared before and after the enforcement of the system. Job analysis of the medical record departments was done about four tertiary care hospitals located in Seoul to estimate the cost and the time consumed by current system. Results : There was a little improvement in the completion rate of the medical records after the trial. The new system was effective. And job analysis showed that much money and time were wasted by current retrospective feedback system. Conclusion : Though the result was not so satisfactory, it should be considered that this test was a voluntary one and the interns and residents were not forced to complete the medical records during this trial period. If there be any strong motivation to complete the medical record in time, this system is sure to be succeed. As the DRG system requires the concurrent review of the medical records to confirm severity of the patient's illness and to assure the timely discharge, it is desirable to enforce this method with the DRG system together. DRG coding and reducing deficiency rate of the medical records can be accomplished simultaneously.
This study examines the status of non-face-to-face online continuing education for radiological technologist working at medical institutions in a region, their satisfaction, and completion status, and provides basic data on the design and operation of continuing education predicted after the post-coronavirus. It was implemented to do. From January 5, 2021 to January 31, 2021, 255 radiological technologist license holders who completed online continuing education in 2020 were targeted. Satisfaction with online continuing education was higher as the age, male radiological technologist, and job title increased after obtaining a license. As for the status of completion of continuing education, the higher the age, the higher the percentage of regular members belonging to the branch, the more moderate the cost of continuing education of medical institutions was guaranteed, and the more the completion of the continuing education license and the recognition of legal restrictions. Based on the results of this study, in order to increase the satisfaction and completion of continuing education, it is necessary to develop various educational programs and contents according to age in preparation for the rapidly changing medical environment, and it is necessary to identify and provide members' needs.
