Demand on free-form buildings is gradually increasing, yet owing to the difficulty of production-installation work, several problems occur in the construction phase upon construction of a building, including the increased cost and construction duration, and reduced constructibility. To solve these problems, a techonology to produce FCP using a CNC(Computerized Numeric Control) machine is developed. The technology is that the information of designed free-form buildings to the CNC machine is transferred, and the transferred information is used for RTM(Rod-Type Mold, the mold shaped by back-up rods) and PCM(Phase Change Material) shaping, and the shaped RTM and PCM have the role of molds to produce FCP. Construction duration and project cost are limited in building sites, so the efficiency of processes like production-installation of FCP for application of the technology is significant. Since it is almost impossible to change the production-installation process at the construction phase when they are established, process should be deliberately decided. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to propose a production-installation simulation model of free-form concrete panels, in aspect of PCM. This paper is establishing the process for production-installation of FCP, estimating time required by each construction type and proposing a time simulation model that changes according to various constraints based on the analyses. With the time simulation model, it will be possible to build a cost model and to review the optimal construction duration and project cost.

This study aims to investigate the effects of fair value valuation of biological assets and bearer plants measured at historical cost on the cost of third-party capital. The study contributes to the agricultural sector and the International Accounting Standard - IAS 41, which has been modified to remove the requirement to apply fair value for bearer plants, one of the primary biological assets with no active market. For this, 182 companies from 39 countries were studied in the years 2020 and 2021, with information taken from the Thomson Reuters Eikon platform. The methodology involves regression by the ordinary least squares method based on the model of Daly and Skaife (2016). The results show that the biological asset at fair value does not influence the cost of debt and that the measurement of bearer plants at historical cost has no effect on the cost of debt. Fair value did not change the perceived cost of debt of the analyzed companies in the studied period, contrary to Daly and Skaife (2016). Finally, the cost of third-party capital can be influenced by other aspects related to profit quality, which were not examined in this paper, such as profit management.
In 2015, Constitutional court of Korea declared that the Resident Registration Act was unconformable to Constitution. Therefore, the Resident Registration Act have to amend the article before 2018 for allowing to change one's Resident Registration Number. The most expensive cost to change one's Resident Registration Number System is the uncomfortable cost of changing the Number. This study invests the uncomfortable cost of changing the Number by Willingness to pay Method. In result, the cost of changing all 13 numbers would \ 160,000, the cost of changing 7 numbers would \ 108,000, and the cost of making Second Registration Number would \ 110,000. This result could be used to analyze the B/C ratio of changing the Resident Registration Number System.

Background: The aim of our study was to review the findings of health insurance fraud investigations and to evaluate their impacts on medical costs for target and non-target organizations. An interrupted time series study design using generalized estimation equations was used to evaluate changes in cost following fraud investigations. Methods: We used National Health Insurance claims data from 2009 to 2015, which included 20,625 medical institutions (1,614 target organizations and 19,011 non-target organizations). Outcome variable included cost change after fraud investigation. Results: Following the initiation of fraud investigations, we found statistically significant reductions in cost level for target organizations (-1.40%, p<0.001). In addition, a reduction in cost trend change per month was found for both target organizations and non-target organizations after fraud investigation (target organizations, -0.33%; non-target organizations of same region, -0.19%; non-target organizations of other regions, -0.17%). Conclusion: This study suggested that fraud investigations are associated with cost reduction in target organization. We also found similar effects of fraud investigations on health expenditure for non-target organizations located in the same region and in different regions. Our finding suggests that fraud investigations are important in controlling the growth of health expenditure. To maximize the effects of fraud investigation on the growth of health expenditure, more organizations needed to be considered as target organizations.
The observer program is being utilized In various fishing areas and fisheries internationally and nationally due to the its expected effectiveness in fisheries management and the collection of bioeconomic data necessary in fisheries management policy. The timely gathered data by observers play substantially a major role in decision-making fisheries policy such as the change in management measures, the application of season closure and area closure and etc. The expected effectiveness of the observer program In fisheries management, generally mentioned, is that it would lead to the increase in stock size from which the level of harvest would consequently increases. This study is aimed to analyze this tentatively expected effectiveness of the observer program in fisheries management. The changes in stock size and the level of harvest over time are analyzed under the observer program assuming the fishermen bear the cost of the observer program by investigating the change in fisherman's fishing activity under the observer program and by combining this changed activity with the biological model. The level of fishing efforts of fishermen was decreased from the results of the increase in fishing cost caused by the observer cost and the decrease in catchable stock size restricted by observers. This reduced level of fishing efforts enables stock size to increase over time and therefore, the expected level of harvest increases as time goes on. Another benefit under the observer program is to reduce management costs from the fact that fishermen are responsible for the cost of the observer program and the avoidance cost of fisherman responding to the fisheries regulation could be eliminated from the surveillance of observer. Therefore, it may possible to accomplish the cost-efficient fisheries management policy.

As uncertain factors are latent in a construction project by nature, a change order occurs frequently. The occurrence of change orders in construction projects conducted during construction phase is known to cause unexpected negative impacts such as cost overrun, schedule delay, quality problem, and claims in the post-process. Thus, an efficient management method is necessary to prevent and minimize change orders during construction phase when they occur frequently. This paper analyzed the causes of change orders and the impact factors that occur during the construction phase of a construction project and suggested a direction for change order database building.
This study analyzed the technological change of Korean sawmill industry affected by change of factor price. An aggregate cost function has been estimated to analyze the technological change in Korean sawmill industry between 1970 and 2003 to the technical bias and scale effect. There was substitution among labour, capital, and material, especially in more elastic relation between labour and capital. In addition, domestic sawmill industry was progressed into structure which is biased to labour saving, and capital and material using because of increase of labour price. Since Korean sawmill industry's technology still exhibits an increasing returns to the scale, the large amount of investment has contributed to productivity growth, and the future productivity growth continually depend on the scale effect for some time.

Life quality in farming areas is declining these days on account of decrease in population with the outflow of young generations, advent of aging society, and also lack of social and physical infrastructure. To reverse this, the central and local governments have been devising policies in many ways; however, the vulnerable class in farming area suffering from financial difficulty is not supported with that properly. The results of applying insulation materials applicable to rural houses, EPS, e-board, and glass wool, actually to rural houses are summed as follows. EPS is the most inexpensive among the three installations in terms of material cost and expenses. The indoor and outdoor temperature difference increased from $0.9^{\circ}C$ to $2.5^{\circ}C$, and the temperature change reduced as $0.04^{\circ}C$. With e-board, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference increased from $3.3^{\circ}C$ to $7.5^{\circ}C$; however, the temperature change increased as $0.09^{\circ}C$. Unlike the other two methods, glass wool requires the additional installation of wooden frames. The material cost is highest, and the indoor and outdoor temperature difference increased from $1.1^{\circ}C$ to $8.0^{\circ}C$, and the temperature change reduced as $0.01^{\circ}C$. According to the results of measuring temperature, glass wool's temperature difference is measured to be the highest, but temperature change is found to be the most effective in EPS. Among the three insulation methods, EPS is the most economically advantageous as the material supply is easy and the cost is low. The material is easily processible, so ordinary town residents can install it easily, and it is effective at improving insulation performance, too. But this method cannot be applied when the house has walls that are not even. Also, as the insulator is thick, after the installation, the living space may be narrower as a result.
As the 4th industrial revolution progressing, manufacturers are trying to apply intelligent information technologies such as IoT(internet of things) and machine learning. In the semiconductor/LCD/tire manufacturing process, schedule plan that minimizes setup change and due date violation is very important in order to ensure efficient production. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest the deep learning based scheduling generation model minimizes setup change and due date violation in parallel machines. The proposed model learns patterns of minimizing setup change and due date violation depending on considered order using the amount of historical data. Therefore, the experiment results using three dataset depending on levels of the order list, the proposed model outperforms compared to priority rules.
