결정질 실리콘 태양전지에 적용될 스크린 프린팅 기술 개발 동향 : 리뷰 (Screen Printing Method on Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells : A Review)

  • The screen-printing method is the most mature solar cell fabrication technology, which has the advantage of being faster and simpler process than other printing technology. A front metallization printed through screen printing influences the efficiency and manufacturing cost of solar cell. Recent technology development of crystalline silicon solar cell is proceeding to reduce the manufacturing cost while improving the efficiency. Therefore, screen printing requires process development to reduce a line width of an electrode and decrease shading area. In this paper, we will discuss the development trend and prospects of screen-printing metallization using metal paste, which is currently used in manufacturing commercial crystalline silicon solar cells.

터널 화재진압시스템 도입에 따른 재난 안전비용의 경제성 분석 연구 (A Study on the Economic Analysis of Disaster Safety Costs by the Water-Bulwark System against the Tunnel Fire)

  • This study attempted to analyze the comparative advantage in terms of disaster safety costs in verifying the effectiveness and economic feasibility of the high-performance water-bulwark system in the pole tunnel, which was recently promoted as a part of the acceleration of vehicles. The tunnel to be analyzed was divided into a short tunnel(Anyang, Cheonggye) and a long tunnel(Suraksan, Sapaesan). As a result, it was analyzed that 25% of the improvement effect would occur if one lane was secured by applying the Water-Bulwark System. It was analyzed that this is because the time value cost, which accounts for a large proportion of the traffic congestion cost of short tunnels and pole tunnels, differs depending on the congestion time and traffic volume, not the length of the tunnel.

  • Various project delivery methods have been utilized by owners over the years to maximize project performance. The design-build delivery method is being increasingly used due to the advantages it can offer to an engineering construction industry. Numerous studies have advocated the use of design/build over the traditional design/bid/build delivery approach. This study represents comprehensive analysis of 40 projects from the construction industry and shows that design/build method may not provide all the benefits to project performance. This study found timesaving was a definitive advantage of design/build project delivery, but the positive effects of cost changes was not convincing. Based on the results of the study, the project management expertise and experience of the contractor may have a greater impact on project performance outcomes than focusing on project delivery strategy only.

오염배출기업의 환경에 대한 사회적 책임과 내생적 시간게임 (Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility in a Polluting Duopoly and Endogenous Timing Game)

  • 본 연구는 비용조건이 다른 오염배출기업이 가격경쟁을 할 때 환경에 대한 사회적 책임(ECSR)의 정도가 시장균형과 환경오염, 그리고 사회후생에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 주요한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 순차적 ECSR은 상호보완성을 지니고 있으며 비용조건에 상관없이 후발 기업이 항상 더 높은 이윤을 얻게 된다. 둘째, ECSR의 선택시기를 내생화하는 경우 순차게임이 항상 균형이 되고, 비용 비대칭성이 유의하면 효율적인 기업이 ECSR을 선도하는 것이 보수우위균형이 된다. 마지막으로, 순차적 ECSR이 환경오염과 사회후생에 미치는 효과는 오염의 사회적 한계비용에 의해 영향을 받는다. 사회적 비용이 충분히 크다면 효율적인 기업이 ECSR을 선도하는 균형이 사회적으로 바람직하지만, 비효율적인 기업이 ECSR을 선도하는 균형에서는 사회적 비용의 크기에 상관없이 항상 환경오염이 더 심각해질 뿐만 아니라 시장규모가 작아서 비용 비대칭성이 유의하다면 사회후생은 더 낮아진다.

사선형 센서를 이용한 저가 검지장비의 차량속도 추정방법 개발 (Developing a method to estimate vehicle speeds in a low-cost vehicle detector with an inclined sensor)

  • 센싱 기술의 발달로 다양한 종류의 매체를 이용한 우수한 차량 검지장비들이 개발되고 있는 요즘, 간단한 구조의 저가형 검지장비 또한 적은 예산으로 여러 곳에 설치할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 지속적인 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 저가형 차량 검지장비로서 센서를 사선으로 설치하여 좌우 및 전후 바퀴의 통과시간 간격과 차량의 윤거값을 적용하여 차량속도를 추정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 출고된 차량의 제원조사에서 얻어진 대표 윤거값을 축거와 뒤윤거의 비율에 따라 소형과 대형 차량으로 구분하여 적용하므로 기존의 연구보다 정확한 속도추정이 가능하도록 개선하였다. 특히, 소형과 대형차량을 구분하는 파라미터를 통하여 조사지점의 차종구성 비율을 고려한 정확도 보정이 가능하다. 간단하고 저가로 개발된 본 연구의 사선형 센서를 이용한 검지장비는 적은 비용으로 교통상황을 설명하는데 효율적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

단일 전류센서를 갖는 저가의 단상 반브릿지 능동전력필터 (Low-cost Single-Phase Half-bridge Active Power Filter with One Current Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 간단한 제어회로와 반브릿지 PWM 인버터로 구성된 저가의 단상능동전력필터에 대해 기술하고 있다. 이 능동전력필터의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 EMTP 프로그램에 의한 시뮬레이션을 실시하고 프로토타입을 제작하여 실험을 실시하였는데, 그 결과 제안하는 능동전력필터는 단상비선형부하가 발생하는 고조파를 제거하는데 우수한 성능을 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 제안된 시스템은 반브릿지 인버터와 단일 전류센서를 사용한 간단한 제어회로로 구성되었기 때문에, 하드웨어 비용이 저렴하고 프러그인 타입으로 제작 가능한 장점을 갖는다.

  • 3D Printing has a great advantage for its capabilities in manufacturing complicated structures in a reasonable manufacturing time, and thus is widely used in various fields. Due to the high cost of the equipment and material, a fairly acceptable equipment, the Projection Stereolithography Apparatus (PSLA), has been developed, using the projection pattern approach for the purpose of quick manufacturing. We evaluated its surface quality, as compared with that of other systems. The result is the development of a high-performance, low-cost 3D Printer and its operating software, using LCD and UV LED. Working materials for an optimal manufacturing are suggested in the research, along with some suggestions of basic approaches for enhancing the accuracy and quality of the manufactured structures.

동적계획법을 이용한 발전기의 운전모드 및 최적부하 배분에 관한 연구 (A Study on Optimal Electric Load Distribution and Generator Operating Mode Using Dynamic Programming)

  • Since the oil crisis in 1970, a great deal of effort has been made to develop automatic electric load sharing systems as a part of the efforts to save energy. A large scale electric generating system composes more than two generators whose characteristics may be different. When such a system is operated individually or in parallel, the lagrange multiplier's method has difficulty in achieving optimal load distribution because generators usually have the limitations of the operating range with inequality constraints. Therefore, a suitable operating mode of generators has to be decided according to the selection of the generators to meet electric power requirements at the minimum cost. In this study, a method which solves the optimal electric load distribution problem using the dynamic programming technique is proposed. This study also shows that the dynamic programming method has an advantage in dealing with the optimal load distribution problem under the limitations of the operating range with inequality constraints including generator operation mode. In this study, generator operating cost curve of second order equation by shop trial test results of diesel generators are used. The results indicate that the proposed method can be applied to the ship's electric generating system.

장기 Outdoor Test를 통한 CPV와 PV 모듈의 발전량 비교분석 (A study of Comparative Analysis of CPV and PV Module through Long-term Outdoor Testing)

  • Today, photovoltaic power generation mostly uses Si crystalline solar cell modules. The most vulnerable part of the Si solar cell module is that the power generation decreases due to the temperature rise. But, it is widely used because of low installation cost. In the solar market, where Si crystalline solar cell modules are widely used. The CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaic) module appeared in the solar market. The CPV module reduces the manufacturing cost of the solar cell by using non-Si in the solar cell. Also, there is an advantage that a rise in temperature does not cause a drop in power generation. But this requires high technology to install and has a disadvantage that the initial installation cost is expensive compared to normal Si solar cell module. So that we built a testbed to see these characteristics. The testbed was used to measure the amount of power generation in a long-term outdoor environment and compared with the general Si solar cell module.

  • Most technologies of reduction process used in the heat treatment of existent metal products are related to metals applied to bolts and parts of automobiles, and nonmetal such as copper. Heating conditions and reduction gases produced in above processes depend on types of products to be treated thermally but heating systems employ electricity commonly and the reduction gases are separated into additional production equipment and a gas dryer and inefficiently provided into the system. Electrical heating system has the advantage of convenient temperature-control but is not economical because of disadvantages of high electricity-running cost and extra installation cost of a transformer. Accordingly, development of the system which has economical heating mode in which provision of reduction gas and heating conditions are unified is necessary for improvement of economy and efficiency in current reduction processes. This study aimed to develop a new advanced heat treatment furnace using catalytic combustion. thereby minimizing the cost during heating, supplying heat and reductive gas at the same time and controlling operating condition freely by changing electrical heating system to heating system by the gas combustion and regeneration of wasted heat.
