  • It is known that the analytic operator-valued Feynman integral exists for some "potentials" which we so singular that they must be given by measures rather than by functions. Corresponding stability results involving monotonicity assumptions have been established by the author and others. Here in our main theorem we prove further stability theorem without monotonicity requirements.

  • In this paper, the author studies the k-th commutators of oscillatory singular integral operators with a BMO function and phases more general than polynomials. For 1 < p < $\infty$, the $L^p$-boundedness of such operators are obtained provided their kernels belong to the spaces $L(log+L)^{k+1}(S^{n-1})$. The results of the corresponding maximal operators are also established.

  • Nonactin, as a radical-producing antibiotic, was isolated from the cultural broth of the strain JM-4151. This strain was identified as Streptomyces viridochromogenes and designated S. viridochromogenes JM-4151. The antibacterial activity of nonactin against Bacillus subtilis was antagonized by the activity opf quercetin, an oxygen radical scavenger. This result suggests that oxygen radical formation might be the cause for the antibacterial activity of nonactin.

  • Film data photographed by Motor Drive Camera were gathered and recorded in the FM Tape Recorder via computer-aided Location Analyzer and Voltage Generator. The recorded analogue data are converted into digital voltage values corresponding to the location of 14 landmarks by Analog-to-Digital Converter attached to digital computer. Using these converted values, the human motions were reproduced by CalComp Plotter and computer screen. This author concludes that any human motions can be analyzed by computer and we can find some methods of improvements of motions in work places, sports science, or operations of military equipments.

  • In the present work, results of simulation studies carried out for the water carbonation process are presented and compared with experimental data obtained for the same system. Furthermore, the use of membrane contactors in integrated membrane operations is proposed and discussed as a mean to enhance the performance of processes.
