Dynamic range of LCD panel can be dramatically improved by adaptive dimming technique. Adaptive control of LED backlight by input signal can reduce the light leakage of LCD panel and achieve high contrast ratio. An algorithm is proposed to distinguish the input signal and get proper luminance level. For lower cost of LCD panel, white light LED is used to accomplish 2D dimming and get better image performance of LCD.

Adjustable reflective color gamut RGBW transflective liquid crystal display (ARC RGBW TRLCD) applied simple manufacture process and image processing algorithm to achieve high brightness and good color performance both in transmissive and reflective mode. With appropriate modification higher transmittance but no color distortion happens in transmissive mode. Moreover, base on superior reflectance total brightness and color gamut also can be modified under different ambience. It provides the flexibility not only for any environments but also for variant personal hobbies. It is the best technique used both at indoor and outdoor.

We introduce 2[MVA] 3300[V] 7-level voltage source inverter system developed by POSCON and describe the main characteristics of inverter system i.e. PWM converter, H-bridge power module, phase shifted carrier PWM The PWM converter is a three-phase boost converter, which operates in a 4-quadrant and in a nearly unit displacement power factor. Experimental waveforms are also presented to verify the proposed method and performance of the developed system.

The increase of triplen harmonics in three-phase four-wire systems leads to overloaded neutral conductor, common-mode noise problems, derating of transformers, and so on. Various compensator has been designed to prevent the problems associated with the triplen harmonics. But these can not protect distribution system effectively because the triplen harmonic source is distributed extensively and distribution system type is diverse. This paper explain the operation and installation of single phase active power filter to eliminate triplen harmonics and then it is verified by simulation.

스택의 디자인과 운전조건을 최적화하여 PEMFC stack의 성능을 상당히 증진시킬수 있다. 그러한 결과로, 500시간의 DSS(Daily Start-up & Shutdown) 누적 운전후에 일별 운전성능은 조금의 편차가 있었지만 (0.02-0.9%), 스택의 성능은 거의 변화가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 PEMFC 시스템의 상용화를 위해서는 스택의 수명 및 운전의 신뢰성을 향상시켜야 한다.

본 연구에서는 유도기의 사용 환경과 운전 조건을 고려하여 출력 1 [MW]급의 대형 유도기를 설계하였다. 유도기의 설계사양은 당사의 유도기 설계 프로그램(=등가회로법)을 통하여 전체적인 사양을 도출하였고, 기계 방정식과 결합된 유한요소 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 세부적인 동특성을 해석하였다. 유도기의 설계 변수는 턴수, 슬롯면적, 운전전압으로 하였고, 구동 주파수 25~60 [Hzl의 범위에서 가장 효율이 높은 유도기를 설계하였다. 해석의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 샘플용 유도기를 제작하고 부하 시험을 수행하여 해석결과와 비교하였다. 부하 시험은 구동 주파수 25$\sim$60 [Hz]의 범위에서 부하율을 25$\sim$100 [%]로 변화시켜 수행하였다.

In order to prevent bodily injuries frequently suffered in using bush cutters, especially from spattered stones, we developed a unique new cutting system equipped with a fixed blade on top of the rotary blade, and checked into the mowing performance of the cutter. From experimental test of mowing efficiency and measuring test of physical stress (O$_2$ consumption and heartbeat rates) , the new cutting system with a fixed blade proved that it keeps good cutting performance with lower peripheral speed of the rotary blade(22m/sec), compared to that of ordinary cutting blade, yielding more safety in operation. Weight of the cutter head is, however, heavier than that of ordinary machine by about 70% which increased a physical stress on the operator with slightly faster heartbeat rates. In mowing along edge of concrete wall, the operator enjoyed using the cutter with no anxiety , owing to function of the fixed blade.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the organizational characteristic and workers characteristics of Family Business Organization on its Business Performance. The subjects of this study were workers of healthy family support centers and multicultural family support centers. A survey was conducted from July 30th to September 30th. A total 372 materials were used for analysis of final data and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) WIN 18.0 program was employed in analyzing the collected data. As the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristics and culture and characteristics of workers on business performance through hierarchical regression analysis, higher performance was achieved when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, and when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, having enough information and external resources at the center, and when the job satisfaction of workers are high, and when organizational culture is more hierarchical. There were difference in the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristic and culture and characteristic of workers on business performance. The level of service and business value of Family Service Organization was higher when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, hierarchical culture and agreement culture, and when operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, having enough information and external resources at the center, and the administrative skills of workers are higher. Business volume is increased when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, and when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of hierarchical culture and agreement culture, having enough external resources at the center, and the practicing ability of workers are higher. When it comes to business efficiency, it is increased when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of developed culture and the job satisfaction of workers are high, having enough external and financial resources at the center. Therefore we will need to enhance business performance through improved management and job satisfaction of employees in organizational culture.

In order to plan and manage public facilities effectively and efficiently, it is necessary to diagnose the current status of facilities and decide the objective features. Performance measurement is to provide managers with the information they need to measure competitive advantages. This paper discusses public facility performance in order to establish the conceptual framework for performance measurement for public facilities. In order to develop the measurement of public facility performance, a pilot study was conducted with facilities managers of facilities management corporation of public districts in Seoul. We investigated how public facilities management teams have assessed their performance and collected data regarding financial aspects, service aspects, community aspects, and building aspects. There is no standard format to measure facility performance since building sizes, programs, community needs widely differ. However, it is necessary to have a more consistent system to measure facility performance. In addition, each public municipal district needs to empower each district facilities management corporation to participate in managerial decisions and budget control.
