The view of social responsibility activities from the pioneer studies found that most research is mainly limited to the corporate social responsibility activities. The related studies on the individual level are very few. Therefore, it is very necessary to make a clearer and more systematic empirical research for the global companies whose employees are directly involved in the companies' social responsibility activities. In order to find the relationship between variables, we collected data from chinese employee of Korean firms which located in China. The result of empirical test is as follows; First, the social responsibility activities of the individual level have a significant positive effect on the employees' job satisfaction and organization inputs. In other words, social responsibility activities could improve the employee's job satisfaction and organization inputs. Second, innovative organizational culture of South Korean companies has a significant positive effect on the individual level social responsibility activities. Third, transformational leadership of the CEO in South Korean have no effect on personal level social responsibility activities. Fourth, the CEO'S ethical values have great positive effect on personal level of social responsibility activities. Through the analysis we can see, in the process of global corporate implicating social responsibility activities, the CEO'S ethical values are more important than the transformational leadership of the CEO. Finally, in the relationship between the employees' personal ethical values and personal social responsibility activities, the employees' personal ethical values in South Korean companies have great positive effect on the personal level social responsibility activities.
This study aims to analyze the impact of ESG activities on the corporate performance of logistics companies in Korea. To achieve this, the study examines the factors influencing the adoption and implementation of ESG activities, assesses the extent to which ESG activities enhance corporate trust and image, and empirically analyzes the effect of ESG implementation on the corporate performance of logistics companies. An online survey was conducted using Google Forms for Korean logistics companies, and a total of 463 data sets were utilized for PLS structural equation analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 software tools. The findings of the study are as follows: Firstly, external pressure, specifically government pressure, significantly influences environmental responsibility activities, while investor pressure significantly affects social responsibility activities and governance responsibility activities. Additionally, internal management pressures significantly impact environmental responsibility activities, and employees have a significant influence on all ESG responsibility activities. Secondly, environmental responsibility activities positively affect corporate image, whereas social and governance responsibility activities influence trust and corporate image. Thirdly, trust and corporate image demonstrate significant effects on both financial and non-financial performance. Fourthly, trust significantly mediates the relationship between social responsibility, governance responsibility, and non-financial performance, while image mediates the connection between ESG responsibility and both financial and non-financial performance. The contribution of this study lies in providing practical insights for logistics companies to actively promote ESG activities, thereby establishing a reputation for being environmentally, socially, and governance responsible and gaining customer trust. By doing so, this study aims to raise awareness of the importance of ESG activities in the logistics industry and help companies recognize their significance for sustainable management

Purpose: In modern corporate management, the establishment of a crisis management system that minimizes damage through measures used to respond to corporate crises is no longer an option. The importance of corporate reputation and brand asset management in modern enterprise management cannot be overemphasized and negative events that might arise from a number of different causes can cause brand crises. Research design, data and methodology: More than half of the questionnaire respondents were female (252 or 53%). More than a fourth of the respondents were aged 20 (122 or 26%) and the number of married participants was 196 (41%). Of the participants, 32% (153) had graduated from college. Only 18% (87) were employees and the monthly household income was 121. In this study, we conducted factor analysis in order to extract the variables that may enhance the explanation capability of each variable. For the method of factor extraction, an Eigen value of at least 1 was used as was factor loading. An analysis was performed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to verify the reliability of the measurement scale. Results: First, the analysis of the impact of the social responsibility activities on brand image revealed that the social, economic, philanthropic, ethical, and environmental responsibility activities significantly affected brand image, but legal responsibility activities were not statistically significant. Second, the analysis of the impact of brand image on loyalty showed that brand image had a significant impact on loyalty. Third, the analysis of the impact of social responsibility activities on loyalty showed that they had a significant impact on loyalty. Conclusions: The pro-social enterprise image is not only a brand asset that can be shared, but also a heavy proposition followed by a corresponding social responsibility, it will have to practice transparent corporate management based on clear principles through the establishment of various systems and the implementation of a strict code of conduct within the enterprise.
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing social performance of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and CSR activities. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to social enterprise, entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and CSR activities. Entrepreneurial orientation have been classified as innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking. And CSR activities have been classified as community responsibility and environmental responsibility. The proposed model is analyzed to target social entrepreneurs. Valid 115 questionnaires have been collected within three months of 2013. Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, innovativeness and proactiveness positively influence market orientation. But risk-taking does not influence market orientation. Second, market orientation positively influence community responsibility and environmental responsibility. Finally, community responsibility and environmental responsibility positively influence social performance. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve social performance and entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and CSR activities.

The purpose of this study is examine the factors influencing performance of long-term orientation and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to social enterprise, CSR activities and long-term orientation. The proposed model is analyzed to target 115 social entrepreneurs with Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, long-term orientation positively influence community responsibility, environmental responsibility, and product(service) responsibility. Second, community responsibility positively influence financial and non-financial performance. Third, environmental responsibility positively influence non-financial performance, but does not significantly influence financial performance. Finally, product(service) responsibility does not significantly influence financial and non-financial performance. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve performance, long-term orientation, and CSR activities in social enterprise.

This paper is about what is the effect of cultural marketing - which is affecting business ethics and social responsibility - on corporate image and formation of brand asset, and about which is getting more influence by cultural marketing among factors that is forming corporate image and brand asset. The results are like below. First, cultural marketing activities had an indirect influence on the corporate brand asset. Second, cultural marketing had an direct influence on the corporate brand image. Third, cultural marketing had a positive impact on reminding of the brand image. Fourth, social responsibility and business ethics had an indirect influence on the brand loyalty. Fifth, corporate social responsibility and business ethics had a positive impact on the brand image. Sixth, among the corporate social responsibility, community activities played a control variables. Seventh, regarding the characteristics of the respondents it showed that there's perception gaps among marketing, responsibility and ethics as well as brand assets. All in all, cultural marketing had an indirect effect on formulating corporate brand asset by the means of corporate image. The result is pointing out the importance of establishing a strategic marketing plan that is taking harmony between the character of cultural marketing and media, continuous and long-term plan, connection with the type of the brand asset into account. Moreover, as people realized that corporate business activities are brining not only economic consequences, such as providing goods and services but also social consequences, such as uneven distribution of wealth, dirty links between business and politics, consumers' security, pollution, and etc., companies are reconsidering its own role in society. This reconsideration is called corporate social responsibility and this pushed the company to keep business ethics together with their business.

The study investigates the mediating effect of Korean firms' corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the relationship between Korean executives' religiosity, their individual social responsibility (ISR), and corporate financial performance (CFP). As executives lead the firms' strategies and policies, their religiosity or ISR may have a significant influence in attaining the firm's CSR and influencing CFP. The upper echelon theory, agency theory, and stakeholder theory are used to explain the link between individual-level drivers of CSR, a firm's CSR, and CFP. The upper echelon theory, agency theory, and stakeholder theory are integrated into the conceptual model, which explains the relationships between proposed constructs in this study. This study employs survey data of 421 Korean companies. The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique was used to test the proposed hypotheses. The main result shows that Korean executives' religiosity and their ISR positively influence CFP when mediated by CSR. The findings of this study suggest that Korean executives' personal values such as their religiosity and ISR can impact the firm's CSR activities or financial performance. Overall, this paper responds to the recent calls in the CSR literature to examine the individual-level drivers from non-western contexts by shedding more light on the Korean context.
This study will provide an overview of the development of 'Corporate Social Responsibility' (CSR) in South Korea throughout time, as well as its sources of inspiration and recommendations. The study will also rely on the body of existing research to provide insights into the present condition of CSR in the nation and the measures launched to promote socially responsible practices in the corporate environment. As a result, it will act as a crucial dedication to comprehending corporate social responsibility within the Korean environment. According to the searching results in the literature content dataset, there has been total four historical paradigm of CSR in South Korea, such as (1) Adoption of the CSR principles, (2) Introduction of the Korean Association of Social Responsibility, (3) The Seoul Environmental Charter, (4) The Board of Audit and Inspection Intervention. Based on the results of the current study, the present author could conclude that ingrained corporate social responsibility (CSR) is in Korean business culture, which has been promoted since the 1920s. Businesses can benefit by using the guidelines offered by the CSR Promotion Act and related activities to uphold their responsibilities towards society and the environment, overviewing comprehensively CSR advancement in South Korea from the 1920s to the display day.
Although many studies have been conducted on the impact of increasing social awareness of corporate social responsibility activities on financial and non-financial performances, the number of studies conducted by financial companies is relatively small compared to those conducted by non-financial companies such as manufacturing and service industries. Accordingly, this study explores the impact of corporate social responsibility activities on the Earnings Persistence of financial companies through a regression analysis that utilizes the conversion score of an ESG rating of a Korean listed company provided by the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS) as a variable for the company's social responsibility activities. Through this analysis, the study found that, among the ESG scores that are variables of social responsibility activities, the ESG governance score was significant in the direction of (+) for the Earnings Persistence. In addition, the same study conducted by classifying the entire sample into six sub-industries shows that the ESG governance score in the banking industry was more significant compared to when the regression analysis was conducted on the entirety of the samples. Therefore, this study concludes that the soundness and reliability of corporate governance have a positive effect on Corporate Earnings Persistence.

The research objectives are to study the implementation of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (i-CSR) values in BMT UGT Sidogiri, an Islamic microfinance institution in Indonesia based on Islamic boarding school or pesantren. This research employed a post-positivist paradigm. Data observation was performed by conducting an in-depth interview with several informants. The data analysis utilized an interactive model technique. The research results showed that i-CSR was successfully implemented in the Islamic microfinance institution based on Islamic boarding school due to the mutual passion (convergence) with conventional CSR typologies. The convergence is in two ways, firstly managerial behavior that focuses on protecting company stakeholders, second, creating sustainable corporate values through effective and efficient business activities. The orientation is the creation of a social role based on justice and sustainable development. The convergence is mainly in the dimensions of economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibilities. The Islamic values have enriched the implementation of i-CSR as the form of practicing the teachings of Islam and evidence of human servitude to God so that the behaviors become worthy of worship. The implementation of i-CSR focused on the Islamic teachings. Compliance to Islamic jurisprudence and apply it in business activities became a divergent element of conventional CSR concept.
