We increasingly see the importance of employees acquiring enough expert capability or innovation capability to prepare for ever growing uncertainties in their operation domains. However, despite the above circumstances, there have not been an enough number of researches on how operational input components for employees' innovation outcome, innovation activities such as acquisition, exercise and promotion effort of employee's innovation capability, and their resulting innovation outcome interact with each other. This trend is believed to have been resulted because most of the current researches on innovation focus on the units of country, industry and corporate entity levels but not on an individual corporation's innovation input components, innovation outcome and innovation activities themselves. Therefore, this study intends to avoid the currently prevalent study frames and views on innovation and focus more on the strategic policies required for the enhancement of an organization's innovation capabilities by quantitatively analyzing employees' innovation outcomes and their most suggested relevant innovation activities. The research model that this study deploys offers both linear and structural model on the trio of learning, innovation capability and innovation outcome, and then suggests the 4 relevant hypotheses which are quantitatively tested and analyzed as follows: Hypothesis 1] The different levels of innovation capability produce different innovation outcomes (accepted, p-value = 0.000<0.05). Hypothesis 2] The different amounts of learning time produce different innovation capabilities (rejected, p-value = 0.199, 0.220>0.05). Hypothesis 3] The different amounts of learning time produce different innovation outcomes. (accepted, p-value = 0.000<0.05). Hypothesis 4] the innovation capability acts as a significant parameter in the relationship of the amount of learning time and innovation outcome (structural modeling test). This structural model after the t-tests on Hypotheses 1 through 4 proves that irregular on-the-job training and e-learning directly affects the learning time factor while job experience level, employment period and capability level measurement also directly impacts on the innovation capability factor. Also this hypothesis gets further supported by the fact that the patent time absolutely and directly affects the innovation capability factor rather than the learning time factor. Through the 4 hypotheses, this study proposes as measures to maximize an organization's innovation outcome. firstly, frequent irregular on-the-job training that is based on an e-learning system, secondly, efficient innovation management of employment period, job skill levels, etc through active sponsorship and energization community of practice (CoP) as a form of irregular learning, and thirdly a model of Yί=f(e, i, s, t, w)+${\varepsilon}$ as an innovation outcome function that is soundly based on a smart system of capability level measurement. The innovation outcome function is what this study considers the most appropriate and important reference model.

The balanced scorecard(BSC) framework is a tool for strategic decision making and task support that aims for efficiency in performance management and strategy execution. BSC evolved from an old performance management practice, which tended to be limited to a finance-only perspective, to a new system of corporate management looking at corporate tasks from a multi-dimensional, future-inclined value perspective. This form of BSC amounts to a framework capable of driving management innovation and renewing the ways in which companies conceive their strategy and perform their operations. Since BSC draws integrally on user participation, it can be expected that users' satisfaction with BSC systems is an important factor in systems' success or failure. However, previous studies of the BSC system have not yet considered it as a theoretical model, specifically examining BSC system and task characteristics. To date, only a few studies have put forward plans for the implementation and use of BSC systems, and these studies have the common limitation of failing to consider the circumstances or theoretical structure of the companies for which a BSC system is being proposed. This paper then begins to fill some of this gap by characterizing the BSC system from the perspective of contingency theories. Contingency theories can be particularly useful in the Korean context in exploring how different companies use the BSC system in ways determined by their unique environmental characteristics, which may also determine the performance factors behind the application of a company's particular BSC system. In order to provide concrete suggestions for implanting and using the BSC system from a contingency theory perspective, this study sets out to determine the relationships between the contingency variables affecting BSC system performance and BSC system property variables(in given cases) through an empirical analysis. The study takes into account the perspective from which contingency theory is to be applied in individual cases, sets contingency and BSC property variables with reference to the BSC system user's environment and BSC system's character, and frames initial hypotheses concerning corporate structure and environmental variables and BSC system performance variables with reference to previous studies. A survey was then conducted on users in Korean companies that have implemented the BSC system in order to verify the research model and understand results.
Government R&D grants for SMEs have risen to three trillion Korean won a year, placing Korea second among OECD nations. Indeed, analysis results have revealed that government support has not only expanded corporate R&D investment and the registration of intellectual property rights but has also increased investment in tangible and human assets and marketing. However, value added, sales and operating profit have lacked improvement owing to an ineffective recipient selection system that relies solely on qualitative assessments by technology experts. Nevertheless, if a predictive model is properly applied to the system, the causal effect on value added could increase by more than two fold. Accordingly, it is important to focus on economic performance rather than technical achievements to develop such a model.

In the case of SMEs, entrepreneurship that organizes only core functions with the minimum number of people is increasing, and a responsibility management system focusing on core functions is emphasized, so that the interest in innovation behavior and survival strategy of enterprises is getting bigger. However, in the case of SMEs, it is not easy to pursue continuous innovation due to lack of capital and lack of professional manpower. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SME on innovation behavior by selecting exploratory study and literature study for SMEs. The data for this study were 545 out of the total 600 copies distributed to employees in SMEs. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and amos18.0. First, product diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D have a significant effect on innovation behavior, and market diversification has no effect on innovation behavior. Second, working variables such as product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D do not control the influence of innovative behavior on innovation behavior. Third, the rank variable, which is the controlling variable, controls the magnitude of the effect of product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D on innovation behavior. As a result, corporate managers should lead the organization in order to promote product diversification, market diversification strategy, R & D and innovation activities. After discussing the conclusions and implications of this study, this study presented the direction of the research for the follow-up study.
Although management decisions centered on the board of directors and directors must be made in order to effectively promote ESG management, the company's management is not obligated to make decisions considering ESG factors. A Korean corporation(company) is an established organization for commercial or other profit, and the purpose of treating a legal organization as a corporation is to easily handle the legal relationship of a group (corporate's property) and individual property of a group member, but legal person such as rights to "harm public rights" or "defend fraud". Criminal liability for illegal acts of a corporation, but the liability of a corporation (natural person) for illegal acts of a corporation is recognized within a limited range, but the criminal liability of a corporation (natural person) is limited. As the social responsibility of a corporation is great, limiting the responsibility of a corporation-related person (natural person) to civil responsibility will halve its effectiveness if considering the impact on the corporation's national economy. Objective requirements such as the completeness of control, hybridization of property, infringement of creditors' rights, and small-capitalization, and the subjective intention of abusing the company system to avoid legal application to controlling shareholders should be denied. Despite the increasing influence on corporate society, such as large-scale projects and astronomical business profits, corporate officials (natural persons) are forced to be held liable for negligence and intentional liability within a limited range. In such cases, it is necessary to introduce criminal responsibility separately from civil responsibility to legal persons (natural persons) in consideration of the maturity of capitalism in Korean society and the economic status of the world. In Korea, the requirements for recognition of corporate denial are strict, but the United States says that it is sufficient to have control or fraud. Therefore, it is not about civil responsibility, but about criminal responsibility of a legal person (natural person), so if fraud is recognized, it can strengthen the corporate social responsibility.

The study examines the current status of introducing technological innovation in the Uzbekistan logistics industry and proposes opportunities and challenging factors for the logistics industry following the introduction of technological innovation in the future. The analysis results revealed that the information technology used in the Uzbekistan logistics industry following technologies: RFID, barcode, Cool Guardian, tracking system, transport satellite monitoring, digital TIR, and GPS monitoring. In addition, Uzbekistan has recently been increasing investment in advanced information and communication technology not only at the corporate level but also at the governmental level in anticipation of becoming a hub for logistics. Based on these analysis results, the Uzbekistan logistics industry's proposed opportunities and challenging factors can be used as basic information for government policymakers, transportation and logistics companies, and various partners. It can also be used by logistic companies that seek to take advantage of Uzbekistan's strategic location to create a logistics hub in Central Asia.
This study attempts to integrate causal model with competitiveness evaluation model, both of which have developed independently of each other, in connection with many studies on PMES (performance measurement and evaluation system) including the BSC (balanced scorecard) of Kaplan and Norton (1992, 1996). For this attempt, this study is composed of four analyses : First, this study develops a structural model for evaluating and diagnosing corporate ‘comprehensive’ competitiveness including quality competitiveness, derive CCI (comprehensive competitiveness index) and QCI (quality competitiveness index) ; Second, this study analyzes the determinants of quality competitiveness, the impacts of quality competitiveness, on product design and product reliability, and the impacts of product design and product reliability on quality competitiveness in the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model of this study. Third, this study empirically identifies the positioning of product design in the quality competitiveness evaluation model of this study and the functional relationship between product design and other functions : product development, manufacturing, marketing, and marketing, and sales in the same comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model, estimate the determinants of product design and its impacts, thereby providing some empirical findings for the foundation of design management theory, and Fourth, this study identifies the positioning of product reliability in the same quality competitiveness evaluation model, estimate the reliability function and the functional relationship between product reliability and other dimensions of product quality, and tests the hypotheses on the causality of product reliability.
Korea has the plans to improve nation and corporate global competitiveness through reducing the logistics costs. Ministry of Knowledge Economy, as the government department of in charge of the plan, establish industrial logistics policies in 2002 and 2007 and it's about time to set up the third industrial logistics policy in 2012. There are new trends for the logistics environment in terms of environment-friendly logistics, logistics securities, win-win collaboration etc. This study propose some harmonious plans between logistic productivity and the new trends in the field of logistics. For the purpose of that, we have evaluated the second industrial logistics policy. We propose the vision and objectives of the new industrial logistics policy. The vision is entering the line of industrial logistics developed nations through the sustainable logistics innovation, and the objects are smart & green logistics, win-win collaboration, lead the new logistics trends etc. We also propose the set the system and rules to push promote the new plan. In addition, industrial logistics is the new terminology setting out use by Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

The flow of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution calls for the innovation of the traditional business models of the manufacturers. Servitization is a corporate strategy to respond to changes in the business environment. These days, the value that the market demands can be created on the basis of the product-service integration. Thus the manufacturers must pursue the fundamental innovation of the current strategy and business models. It is necessary to create common values with customers through providing product-service integrated offerings beyond the development, production, and delivery. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers when the manufacturer who offers the value of product-service integration needs to obtain the resources from outside. The case company in this study is the manufacture firm conducting the retail IoT business as a new business. The Delphi method is used to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers. This study suggests the academic implications providing the perspective of Servitizaiton by using Delphi method, and the practical implications applying the creating value method of Servitization by collecting the opinions from both value providers and value consumers in the process of developing the evaluation indicators.
As companies seek lower cost and superior quality at the same time, which depend on improvement in product architecture, they need to critically consider product architecture as part of corporate strategy. This research investigated how product architecture and organizational capability affect innovative outcomes with using architecture framework. As a result, we were able to find out Korean shipbuilding company has put much effort on integral works such as development of FGSS(Fuel gas supply system), PRS(Partial Re-liquefaction System) and weight lightening for improving fuel efficiency. And this kind of integral ability was realized by organizational capability of Korean shipbuilding company based on interactive relationship with plant workers. In contrast, Chinese shipbuilding companies focused excessively on the standard design and the convenience of research and development made by central government, overlooking the need for fine-tuning. As a result, the fuel efficiency of Chinese LNG ships turned out to be 7-10% lower than those of South Korea with using the same modules and components.
