  • An electrostatic interaction is responsible for the attachment of gold seeds of 1-3 nm onto APTMS (3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane)-coated silica cores in the formation of gold clusters. A surface plasmon resonance and morphology of gold clusters were significantly affected by the pH of gold colloids prepared by THPC reducing agent. Gold colloids of alkaline pH induced the heterogeneous deposition of gold seeds onto the silica nanoparticles, probably due to the continuous reduction of residual gold ions during the attachment process. Gold colloids of acidic pH induced the monodisperse deposition of gold seeds, consequently leading to the formation of smooth gold layer on the silica nanoparticles surface. The gold nanoshells (core radius = 80 nm) prepared by gold colloids of pH 3.1 exhibited the more red-shift and relatively stronger intensity of plasmon absorption bands, compared with gold nanoshells prepared by alkaline gold colloids of pH 9.7.

  • Though the history of fisheries business administration education has it's own uniqueness, the research or study of that still insufficient. And in spite of the structural shift of society and environmental diversity, there's few research that analyzing or examining the curricular constitution and change recently. The process of this research was implemented with investigating the objective and content domains concerning marine education in the fisheries and marine curriculum and changes of them. The changes of fisheries business administration education reviewed and analyzed in the view point of construction of the textbook, contents of the each changes and recency comparison of tables and figures of the high school textbook of the fisheries business administration general. The results show that most of the changes have been reflected by the demands of the society including fisheries related law, policy and distribution networks. But there are still some errors and necessity of improvements in data and descriptions. The results of this study would help develop sustainable curriculum design for further changes and give more effective guidelines for identifying the core of fisheries business administration education.

  • Many efforts have been devoted on chemical modification of graphene layer to modulate its electrical properties. In the previous report, laser irradiation on the CYTOP (Amorphous Fluoropolymer) covered graphene layer induces chemical modification wherein carbon fluoride is formed on the graphene surface. This results in the insulating I-V characteristics, which have been attracting much research interests on it. However, the direct analytical evidence of the fluoride formation on graphene surface is not yet studied. In this work we investigated what happened on the CYTOP/graphene interface during photon irradiation using spatially resolved photoemission spectroscopy method. It is found that the soft x-ray (614 eV) induces desorption of fluoride atoms from the CYTOP and change di-fluoride form to mono-fluoride. As the photo-induced fluorine desorption is continue strong dipole field generated by initial di-fluoride forms is gradually decreased, resulting in the overall binding energy shift of the C 1s core levels. Both photo-modified CYTOP and CYTOP starts to desorb above $286^{\circ}C$ (~ 0.047 eV), which means that no strong chemical interaction between CYTOP and graphene is established.

  • It is well known that the family-mold has an advantage to reduce the cost for production and mold. However, defects are frequently occurred by over packing the smaller volume cavity during molding, especially when the family-mold has a volumetric difference between two cavities. In this study, the cavity-filling imbalance was confirmed by the temperature and the pressure sensors, and a variable-runner system was developed for balancing the cavity-filling. Experiments of balancing the cavity filling was carried out in the family-mold with the variable-runner system, and balancing the cavity-filling was confirmed by changing the cross-sectional area of a runner in the variable-runner system with the temperature and pressure sensors. The influence of the injection speed to the balancing-capability of the variable-runner system was also examined in the experiment.

  • The thermodynamic behavior of phenolic resin was investigated to verify the relation between the properties of porous ceramics with $ZrO_2$-C system for submerged entry nozzle and the characteristics of phenolic resin with various relative humidity. The green and the sintered density were decreased between 25% and 50% relative humidity, whereas they were gradually enhanced above 50% relative humidity. The highest value of apparent porosity was 20.1% and the minimum compressive strength was 69MPa in the specimen using the powder exposed to 50% relative humidity. As a result of thermal analysis for phenolic resin, the shift of endothermic peak to low temperature and the reduction of exothermic peak were observed, and the peaks corresponded to melting and curing of phenolic resin, respectively. The melting and the curing of phenolic resin generate the change of green density, and it can affect the properties of submerged entry nozzle.

  • We modified the optical properties of the $CuInS_2$ nanocrystal (NC) by alloying. Nanocrystals (NCs) with alloyed cores were synthesized by refluxing the as-synthesized $CuInS_2$ NCs with a mixture of cadmium acetate, zinc acetate and palmitic acid. The shift in emission wavelength of the NCs after shell layer formation was minimized by alloying. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra showed significant reduction of emission intensity. A detailed study on the emission process of NCs implies that the formation of shell layers with small lattice mismatch minimized the mismatch strain generated from the shell layers in contrast to core alloyed NCs. In particular, time-resolved PL spectra of the NCs showed a significant increase in the lifetime of excited carriers by modifying the band alignment of the NCs by modifying the shell composition.

  • We have measured the radiation-induced Bragg wavelength shift (BWS) of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) which was inscribed in Ge-doped core silica using a phase mask during irradiation up to a dose of 23 kGy and annealing effects after the gamma-exposure. For packaged FBG sensors, we observed the maximum radiation-induced BWS of about 91 pm during irradiation. Packaged FBG sensors also show higher radiation sensitivity above nearly a factor of two than non-packaged type sensor in the same condition.

  • ZNF 333 is a new and sole gene containing two KRAB domains which has been identified currently. It is a member of subfamilies of zinc finger gene complex which had been localized on chromosome 19p13.1. The ZNF333 gene mainly encodes a 75.5 kDa protein which contains 10 zinc finger domains. Using the methods of random oligonucleotide selection assay, electromobility gel shift assay and luciferase activity assay, we found that ZNF333 recognized the specific DNA core binding sequence ATAAT. Moreover, these data indicated that the KRAB domain of ZNF333 really has the ability of transcriptional repression.

Au 4f, Ag 3d는 metallic property를 나타내기 이전까지는 lower binding energy(BE) 쪽으로 shift하였으며, In 3d 또한 lower BE 성분이 크게 증가하였다.
