시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 눈치, 문제해결 능력, 회복 탄력성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation-based Hands-on Training on Nursing Students' Nunchi, Problem-Solving Ability, and Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심역량인 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 눈치, 문제해결 능력, 회복 탄력성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 결과 눈치의 하위변인 눈치 파악이 유의미하게 증가하였고, 문제해결 능력과 하위변인 문제 인식, 정보수집, 분석능력, 확산적 사고, 의사결정, 기획력, 실행과 모험 감수, 평가, 피드백에 유의미하게 증가하였다. 회복 탄력성과 하위변인 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 간호 대학생의 핵심역량을 강화할 수 있다는 것이므로 현장감 있는 실습 모듈 개발을 위한 기반이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

'함께있음(Presence)'에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Presence)

  • Nursing, a behavior of caring, means a connection of patients and clients has done through the caring of clients. Nurses are always with patients. In fact, caring is very important and the core of nursing, the true meaning of caring was embedded in our custom and consciousness before the approach of academic research. As a result, the existence of caring has not seen and revealed. Therefore, there is a need to study and confirm that caring has been placed in nursing and, nurses are doing caring in practice. The purpose of this study is to present the basis of nursing theory and practice through careful analysis of presence being, an aspect of caring. The presence of nurse shows a personal and healing relationship between nurses and patients on the basis of the respect for the humanity, Also, the role of nurses is to help a patient to integrate one's physical, mental and spritual aspects. Thanks to role of nurse, the pratical nursing has the characteristic of art and becomes more aesthetic and artistic. As we have seen above, we define 'presence' as 'being there' and 'being with' a patient for the purpose of meeting the health care needs. The attributes for which presence would be most appropriate would include the following : (1) being with and being together (2) take attention (3) mutual openness (4) experience an empathy (5) have an intention (6) therapeutic interaction process A caring situation as a necessary condition must be presupposed and the factors in that situation are the nurse's intense attention to the patient and a humanistic philosophy of the institutions of the patient. In any nursing intervention skill, there is listening, touching, giving hope, reassurancing, comforting and so on ; as a result, some positive effects can be expected between nurse and patient.

임상적 의사소통상황 관련 역할극을 선행한 통합실습프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Integrated Nursing Practice Program preceded Role-play related to Clinical Communication Situation)

  • 본 연구는 일 대학 간호학생 115명을 대상으로 임상적 의사소통상황 관련 역할극을 선행한 통합실습프로그램을 개발 적용하고 적용 전과 후의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정 점수의 변화를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 통합실습 프로그램은 6개의 임상적 의사소통 상황 관련 시나리오를 활용한 역할극, 3개의 임상상황 관련 시나리오를 적용한 역할극, 3개의 핵심간호술기로 구성되었으며 매주 4시간씩 8주간 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2013년 3월부터 6월까지였으며 프로그램 전과 후에 자가보고식 설문지를 작성하게 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 19.0을 이용하여 기술통계와 t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 통합실습프로그램 적용 후에 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서 개발한 통합실습프로그램은 간호실습 교육을 위한 효과적인 방법이라고 생각하며 적극 활용할 것을 제안한다.

모유 수유 개별 방문 프로그램의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석 (Effect of Breastfeeding Individual Visits Program: A Systematic Review and a Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis designed to evaluate the effects of breastfeeding individual visit program. Methods: Based on the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA), a systematic search was conducted using four core electronic databases from October 28, 2018 to November 14, 2018. The topics of breastfeeding individual visit program were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the effects of intervention were meta-analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 software. Results: A total of 13 studies were included in the review and 12 were included for meta-analysis. Breastfeeding individual visit programs were found to be more effective in breastfeeding rates, attitude, skill and self-efficacy compared to group education or non-education. Conclusion: Effective breastfeeding education can help mothers to start and sustain breastfeeding. Breastfeeding individual visits programs that are more effective than group education to maintain breastfeeding for pregnant women should be developed and applied.
