The core of the transportation service, so-called Mobility 4.0 is the flexibility of the entire mobility and its implementation. By doing so, the most essential element is to build a platform to link a supply and a demand simultaneously. In other word, a comprehensive analytical framework is to be set with a data repository which can be periodically updated. With such circumstances, the entire trip chain including pedestrian movements is required to be thoroughly investigated and constructed at the viewpoint of the intermodal transit station. A few studies, however, have been attempted. In this study, the comprehensive analytical framework with the integrated mobility at intermodal transit station was proposed, which consisted of the three modules; 1) Data Repository Extracting from Smart Card DB, 2) Framework of Analyzing Integrated Mobility, and 3) Interpretation of the Integrated Mobility with GIS information and the other factors. A case study with the seven railway stations (Sadang, Sindorom, Samseong, Gwanghwanoon, Gangnam, Jamsil, Seoul Nat'l Univ. of Education) was conducted. The stations of the case study were clustered by the three groups with the statistical ground, and it is most likely to understand the effect of a variety of factors and a comprehensive data-driven analyses with the entire trip stages.

The bio-technology industry is a technology-intensive high value added area where R&D and securing core technology are important. Many countries across the world are nationally supporting and nurturing this industry as a next generation growth engine. This study aims to introduce development plan for the bio-tech industry in Korea through analyzing factors for the development of bio-tech industry by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and to set the priorities among such factors. The analysis shows that key element for the development of bio-tech industry is technological capacity in the present and in the year of 2015. It also shows that it is essential to have government support and investment in strengthening R&D and cooperative system of industry, academia and research institute for the development of basic original technology. In addition, it suggested 5 plans for the development of bio-tech industry in Korea including securing new technologies in bio-tech industry, improving efficiency of R&D management system, protecting and culturing traditional bio-tech industry, creating emerging markets and efficiently providing support to nurture bio-venture companies.
We investigated flux, grain size distribution, Nd-Sr isotope composition, mineral composition, and trace metal composition (REEs and Sc) of inorganic silicate fraction (ISF, mainly Asian dust with an unrestricted amount of volcanic materials) deposited during 600~1000 ka across the Mid-Pleistocene Transition at core NPGP 1401-2A (32°01'N, 178°59'E, 5205m) taken from the central part of the North Pacific. Our results reveal about a 2-fold increase in ISF flux after 800 ka, which is associated with an increase in La/Sc and a decrease in mean grain size. Asian dusts are finer than volcanic materials and La/Sc increases with the enhanced contribution of Asian dusts. Thus, increased flux after 800 ka can be explained by the increased contribution of Asian dusts relative to volcanic materials, likely due to an intensified Westerly Jet (WJ) and the drying of the Asian continent after the MPT. Mean grain size of ISF varies systematically in relation to glacial-interglacial cycles with a decrease during glacial stages, which is consistent with the previous results in the study area. Such a cyclical pattern is also attributed to the increase in the relative contribution of Asian dusts over volcanic components in glacial stages due to intensified WJ and drying of the Asian continent. Thus, it can be concluded that climate changes that had occurred across the MPT were similar to those of interglacial to glacial transitions at least in terms of the dust budget. Different from the Shatsky Rise, however, compositional changes associated with glacial-interglacial mean grain size fluctuations are not observed in Nd-Sr isotope ratios and trace element composition in our study of the Hess Rise. This may be attributed to the location of the study site far (> 4,000 km) from the volcanic sources. The volcanic component at the study site comprises less than 10% and varies within 3% over glacial-interglacial cycles. Such a small variation was not enough to imprint geochemical signals.
Cyber penetration attacks can not only damage cyber space but can attack entire infrastructure such as electricity, gas, water, and nuclear power, which can cause enormous damage to the lives of the people. Also, cyber space has already been defined as the fifth battlefield, and strategic responses are very important. Most of recent cyber attacks are caused by malicious code, and since the number is more than 1.6 million per day, automated analysis technology to cope with a large amount of malicious code is very important. However, it is difficult to deal with malicious code encryption, obfuscation and packing, and the dynamic analysis technique is not limited to the performance requirements of dynamic analysis but also to the virtual There is a limit in coping with environment avoiding technology. In this paper, we propose a machine learning based malicious code analysis technique which improve the weakness of the detection performance of existing analysis technology while maintaining the light and high-speed analysis performance applicable to commercial endpoints. The results of this study show that 99.13% accuracy, 99.26% precision and 99.09% recall analysis performance of 71,000 normal file and malicious code in commercial environment and analysis time in PC environment can be analyzed more than 5 per second, and it can be operated independently in the endpoint environment and it is considered that it works in complementary form in operation in conjunction with existing antivirus technology and static and dynamic analysis technology. It is also expected to be used as a core element of EDR technology and malware variant analysis.
The Wondong caldea is a deeply eroded structure that offers spectacular exposures through the core and margins of a resurgent caldera. The Wondong Tuff and the postcollapse intrusions range from medium-silica rhyolite to rhyodacite in composition and the postcollapse lava and tuff, preresurgent and resurgent intrusions also range from medium-silica rhyolite to an-desite, which jump to gap dacite composition. The continuous compositional zonations generally define a large stratified magma system in the postcollapse and resurgent magma chamber. Isotopic and trace element evidence suggest that the compositional zonations might have resulted from the differentiations from crystal fractionations of a parental andesitic magma, accompanying a little contamination from the crustal assimilations near the chamber roof and wall. But chemically and isotopically distinct late intusions might have resulted from emplacement of any different magma batch.
In this study, the thermal analysis is carried out for a result of borehole heater test using ABAQUS ver 6.10 based on finite element analysis code. Thermal-mechanical rock properties as determined by laboratory tests before the in situ test and characteristics of the atmosphere at the test section are used as the initial condition. When comparing the results of the in situ test and thermal analysis, the temperature of C3 observation hole that is 0.9 m away from the heater showed very similar patterns and figures (about $1.3^{\circ}C$ difference). But the results of the A and B observation hole showed a significant difference around $15^{\circ}C{\sim}20^{\circ}C$. To find the reason for these results, the over-coring is carried out for the A1 and B1 observation holes. As a result of checking the excavated rock core with the naked eye, there is no problem on the number and position of the sensor as the test plan. However the state of cement injection in the observation hole is poor.
During the 100 years since the initial discovery of meiotic phenomenon many brilliant aspects have been elucidated, but further researches based on light microscopy alone as an experimental tool have been found to have some limits and shortcomings. By the use of electron microscopy and armed with the advanced knowledges on modern genetics and biochemistry it has been possible to applu molecular technology in gaining information on the detailed aspects of meiosis. As synapsis takes place, a three-layered proteinous structure called the synatonemal complex starts to form in the space between the homologous chromosomes. To be more precise, it begins to form along the paired chromosomes early in the prophase I of meiotic division. The mechanism that leads to precise point-by-point pairing between homologous chromocomes division. The mechamism that leads to precise point-by-point pairing between homologous chromosomes remains to be ascertained. Several items of information, however, suggest that chromsome alignment leading to synapsis may be mediated somehow by the nuclear membrane. Pachytene bivalents in eukaryotes are firmly attached to the inner niclear membrane at both termini. This attached begins with unpaired leptotene chromosomes that already have developed a lateral element. Once attached, the loptotene chromosomes begin to synapse. A number of different models have been proposed to account for genetic recombination via exchange between DNA strands following their breakage and subsequent reunion in new arrangement. One of the models accounting for molecular recombination leading to chromatid exchange and chiasma formation was first proposed in 1964 by Holliday, and 30 years later still a modified version of his model is favored. Nicks are made by endomuclease at corresponding sites on one strant of each DNA duplex in nonsister chromatid of a bivalent during prophase 1 of meiosis. The nicked strands loop-out and two strands reassociate into an exchanged arrangement, which is sealed by ligase. The remaining intact strand of each duplex is nicked at a site opposite the cross-over, and the exposed ends are digested by exonuclease action. Considerable progress has been made in recent years in the effort to define the molecular and organization features of the centromere region in the yeast chromosome. Centromere core region of the DNA duplex is flanked by 15 densely packed nucleosomes on ons side and by 3 packed nucleosomes on the other side, that is, 2000 bp on one side and 400 400 bp in the other side. All the telomeres of a given species share a common DNA sequence. Two ends of each chromosome are virtually identical. At the end of each chromosome there exist two kinds of DNA sequence" simple telpmeric sequences and telpmere-associated sequencies. Various studies of telomere replication, function, and behabior are now in progress, all greatly aided by molecular methods. During nuclear division in mitosis as well as in meiosis, the nucleili disappear by the time of metaphase and reappear during nuclear reorganizations in telophase. When telophase begins, small nucleoli form at the NOR of each nucleolar-organizing chromosome, enlarge, and fuse to form one or more large nucleoli. Nucleolus is a special structure attached top a specific nucleolar-organizing region located at a specific site of a particular chromosome. The nucleolus is a vertical factory for the synthesis of rRNAs and the assenbly of ribosome subunit precursors.sors.
The object of the study is to examine the change of social-economic structure and poverty-shape to escape poverty. In Korea, the working poor have been increased by flexibility and division of labor market since the economic crisis in 1997, and are faced with hard conditions due to the vulnerable welfare system. Especially the workers who engage in irregular jobs were increased by restructure of labor market. Besides they are in unstable employment terms such as low payment, low-skill and exclusion from welfare-benefit. Many small independent businessmen are also in danger of poverty for enterprises trend to move abroad by globalization. Poverty policy in our country was focused on the absolute poor class that has relation with old age, unemployment, disable, disease etc, so they were the object of welfare policy. The poverties, however, are increasing rapidly after the economic crisis, and they work so hard but are still poor, that is, participation in labor market doesn't become an element to escape poverty. Thus the emergence of new poverties whose core consists of the working poor becomes to need new poverty policy. The study is to survey change of their economic conditions, their welfare conditions, their experiences and responses of social dangers after the economic crisis, then to explore the policy to escape poverty. As the result of the study, it shows that the working poor experienced many kinds of social dangers like unemployment, decrease of income etc. In their welfare conditions as their responses to the social dangers, the benefit of social insurance, enterprise welfare like legal retirement pay and paid leave and private welfare such as private pension and insurance are low. The working poor are faced with social dangers, moreover, they don't have skill or education for adapting themselves to information society. The study says that it needs variable policies for the working poor to escape poverty, and suggests payment & tax policies as stable income policy, occupational discipline and skill-education for promoting the quality of employment, moreover, social insurance as expansion of social welfare policy and housing & education policies whose objects are the working poor.

In this paper, we propose a novel reconfigurable coprocessor for multimedia mobile terminals. Because most of multimedia operations require fast operations of large amount of data in the limited clock frequency, it is necessary to enhance the performance of the embedded processor that is widely used in current multimedia mobile terminals. Therefore, we proposed and have designed the coprocessor which had the ability of fast operations of multimedia data. The proposed coprocessor was not only reconfigurable, but also flexible and expandable. The proposed coprocessor has been designed by using VHDL and compared with previous reconfigurable coprocessors and a commercial embedded processor in architecture and speed. As a result of the architectural comparison, the proposed coprocessor had better structure in terms of hardware size and flexibility. Also, the simulation results of DCT application showed that the proposed coprocessor was 26 times faster than a commercial ARM processor and 11 times faster than the ARM processor with fast DCT core.
