Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the association between interpersonal relationships and the 4C core competencies of dental hygiene students. It also examined how interpersonal competence can be enhanced by the development and application of programs so that the 4C core competencies of university students can be improved. Methods: A survey was conducted from March to May 2019 on students from the Department of dental hygiene in Busan, South Korea, and 177 valid responses were analyzed. The general characteristics of the students were calculated using frequency and percentage, and their degree of 4C core competencies and interpersonal abilities were expressed as means (±standard deviation). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of interpersonal competence on the 4C core competencies. Results: The findings revealed the factors affecting the 4C core competencies as; (a) communication ability was affected by interpersonal cognition and confidence building; (b) critical thinking ability was affected by person-oriented, self-expression, and confidence building; (c) creative problem-solving ability was affected by self-confidence, person-orientation, self-expression, and confidence building, and (d) cooperative self-efficacy was affected by person-oriented and confidence building. Conclusions: Based on the above findings, it is necessary to develop systematic program items and education systems that can effectively develop interpersonal competency, and thereby improve 4C core competencies among students.

이 연구의 목적은 영국, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 캐나다 온타리오주, 싱가포르 및 우리나라의 과학교과 핵심역량에 대한 동향을 조사하여 과학교육을 통해 기를 수 있는 핵심역량이 무엇인가을 알아보는 것이었다. 또한, 현장 과학교사들이 핵심역량 기반의 과학수업에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 탐색하고, 특히 최근 핵심역량 기반의 과학교육과정을 접한 경기도 지역 교사들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보는것이었다. 외국의 역량 기반 과학과 교육과정을 탐색하기 위해 각종 문헌연구를 실시하였으며, 현장 과학교사들의 인식 조사를 위해, 135명의 초 중 고등학교 교사들에게 설문을 실시하였다. 외국의 역량기반 과학과 교육과정 탐색 결과, 각 국가들의 공통적인 특징으로 '범교과 역량과의 연계', '과학 내용과 과학 활동의 결합', '의사소통 능력중시', '역량별 성취 수준 제시' 등이 나타났다. 또한, 각국에서 강조하는 과학과 핵심역량으로는, '비판적 사고력', '창의적 사고력', '문제해결력', '탐구능력', '의사소통능력', '문화적 이해력', '학문간 통합능력', '적용능력', '개인적 역량과 사회적 역량'이 있었다. 현장 과학교사들은 현재 핵심역량에 대한 인지정도 및 과학수업에서의 실행 정도는 보통으로 생각하고 있었으나, 가르쳐야 한다는 움직임과 가르칠 의사에는 긍정적인 인식을 보임으로써, 필요성에 대해서는 공감하고 있었다. 중요한 핵심역량으로는, 초 중 고 세 학교급 모두에서 '창의적 사고력', '문제 해결력', '탐구 능력'을 꼽았으며, 교육 요구도가 가장 높은 역량은 '창의적 사고력'이었다. 경기도 지역의 교사들이 다른 일반지역의 교사들보다 핵심역량에 대한 인지정도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 핵심역량 기반의 과학 수업이 과학적 태도와 의사소통능력 형성에 큰 도움이 된다고 보았다. 그러나 수업 운영 방법에 익숙하지 않은 점, 많은 수업 준비시간 등을 어려운 점으로 꼽았다.

본 연구는 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과 영향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 대상은 경기도 지역의 평생교육기관에서 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 성인을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 총 520부가 연구분석에 사용 되었으며, AMOS 22.0 프로그램의 구조방정식 모형을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였으며, 부트스트래핑 방법을 이용하여 성인학습자의 창의성에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 성인학습자의 생애능력 중 문제해결능력이 평생교육자의 핵심역량의 하위요인인 기획역량, 실행역량, 지원역량과 상관이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 성인학습자의 창의성 중 독창적 유연성이 성인학습자의 생애능력과 가장 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 창의성은 성인학습자의 생애능력에 74.6%의 영향력이 있었고, 이중 창의성이 평생교육자의 핵심역량보다 성인학습자의 생애능력에 가장 많이 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과를 살펴 본 결과, 창의성을 생애능력에 미치는 영향력이 검증되어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 창의성은 생애능력을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 변인으로 나타났으며, 평생교육자의 핵심역량을 기반으로 성인학습자 창의성에 대해 질적 향상이 이루어져야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 생애능력에 미치는 영향 요인이 핵심역량보다 창의성이 높다는 점을 통해 평생교육 성인학습자의 창의성을 높일 수 있는 실무적 방안을 통하여 성인 학습자 자신의 삶의 질을 높이고 성공적인 삶을 모색할 수 있는 교육환경과 기회가 제공되어야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to describe core competencies and identify factors affecting core competencies among infection control nurses (ICN). Methods: Infection control nurses from hospital with more than 200 beds comprised the sample. Questionnaires were sent to the sample via e-mail. One hundred and three questionnaires were returned. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression via SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The core competency level of healthcare workers area was the highest that of the education and research was the lowest. There were significant differences in core competencies related to demographics such as age, clinical carrier, infection control carrier, position, academic degree, infection control specialist license, hospital location, and hospital type. The explained variances for the core competency were 38.3% and the contributing factors to core competencies were infection control carrier and infection control specialist license. Conclusion: It showed various levels of core competencies depending on infection control nurses' demographics and hospital traits, therefore consistent management efforts for the licensing and career path of infection control would be required.

In a rapidly changing global environment and the massive development in IT technology, Manufacturing SMEs have difficulties in lack of resources and competencies continued to have strong growth potential "Korean Hidden Champion(K Champ)". In order to overcome the difficulties of Manufacturing SMEs, we examined the core competencies using the AHP and proposed the K Champ development strategy. The implications in the academic is as follows: First, the suggestions for development strategy plan was drawn for the K Champ's core competencies with the recognized importance by the CEO or business executives. Secondly, the manufacturing SMEs were broken down by industry structural characteristics variables(sales amounts, industry sectors, business types and delivery methods) and the importance was investigated, analyzed and clarified. This study is intended to develop strategies of Gyeongsangnam-do manufacturing SMEs for K Champ such as German 'Hidden Champion'. We identified the importance of the level of core competencies and the coherent alternative policy direction and practical alternative were proposed. These mean the concrete relationship of core competencies for the K Champ transition and suggest a realistic directional needed for the local manufacturing SMEs in the proposed 'Government's Development Policy for Korean Hidden Champion'.

In this study, as a competency strengthening program to support learner-centered education, we developed the 'Capstone-design competency Program' for the purpose of cultivating the 4C skills and problem-solving ability required as core competencies of the 21st century. The program was based on the project method, and strategies were derived and materialized for each step through core competency analysis. Then, the validity was confirmed through the implementation of the program. As a result of the implementation of the program, it was confirmed that this program was effective in cultivating the core competencies of college students. In addition, it was confirmed that learners showed results such as specific reflection on core competencies, changes in perspective, and action plans, so that the possibility of actual application was high.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 재난간호핵심역량에 미치는 융합적 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. D 광역시 소재 간호대학생 187명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 t-검정, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 재난간호핵심역량의 평균 평점은 3.15점(±0.40) 이었고, 대상자의 학년이 높을수록, 임상실습만족도가 높은 군이 재난간호핵심역량이 높았다. 재난간호핵심역량은 재난인식, 재난 관련 태도 및 자기효능감과 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 대상자의 재난간호핵심역량 예측요인으로는 자기효능감, 재난 관련 태도 및 학년으로 나타났고, 이러한 변수들은 간호대학생의 재난간호핵심역량을 19.1% 설명하였다. 그 중에서 자기효능감이 가장 중요한 예측요인이었다. 간호대학생의 재난간호핵심역량을 강화하기 위해서는 재난인식, 재난 관련 태도 및 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 재난 관련 교육과정 및 교과목을 개발하여 실질적이고 효과적인 교육이 운영될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

Textbooks play a very important role as a medium for implementing curriculum in the school. This study aims to analyze tasks for mathematical competencies in the high school 'mathematics' textbooks based on the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum emphasizing competencies. And our study is based on the following two research question. 1. What is the relationship between core competencies and mathematical competencies? 2. What is the distribution of competencies of tasks for mathematical competencies presented in the textbooks? 3. How does the tasks for mathematical competencies reflect the meaning of the mathematical competencies? For this study, the tasks, marked mathematical competencies, were analyzed by elements of each mathematical competencies based on those concept proposed by basic research for the development of the latest mathematics curriculum. The implications of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen the connection with core competencies while making the most of characteristics of subject(mathematics). Second, it needs to refine the textbook authorization standards, and it should be utilized as an opportunity to improve the textbook. Third, in order to realize competencies-centered education in the school, there should be development of teaching and learning materials that can be used directly.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the international trends of how the core competencies are reflected in mathematics curriculum, and to find the implications for the revision of Korean mathematics curriculum. For this purpose, the curriculum of the 9 countries including the U.S., Canada(Ontario), England, Australia, Poland, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong were thoroughly reviewed. It was found that a variety of core competencies were reflected in mathematics curricula in the 9 countries such as problem solving, reasoning, communication, mathematical knowledge and skills, selection and use of tools, critical thinking, connection, modelling, application of strategies, mathematical thinking, representation, creativity, utilization of information, and reflection etc. Especially the four most common core competencies (problem solving, reasoning, communication, and creativity) were further analyzed to identify their sub components. Consequently, it was recommended that new mathematics curriculum should consider reflecting various core competencies beyond problem solving, reasoning, and communication, and these core competencies are supposed to combine with mathematics contents to increase their feasibility. Finally considering the fact that software education is getting greater attention in the new curriculum, it is necessary to incorporate computational thinking into mathematics curriculum.

본 연구는 영재 청소년의 자아개념과 핵심역량의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 이 둘 간의 관계를 매개하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전북교육청에 자료를 요청하여 영재 청소년 총 221명을 대상으로 자아개념, 핵심역량, 긍정심리자본을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 영재의 자아개념, 핵심역량, 긍정심리자본은 서로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영재의 자아개념과 핵심역량 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 영재 청소년을 대상으로 그들의 핵심 역량을 강화하기 위해 그들의 심리내적인 요인으로 긍정심리자본의 내적 특성이 매우 중요함을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이 연구의 결과가 영재교육과 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 참고 될 수 있기를 바란다.
