패션브랜드 판매원의 내적특성이 판매 중심직무에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effects of the Internal Characteristics of Fashion Brand Salespeople on Core Sales Tasks)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of internal characteristics, such as fashion involvement, personality characteristics, and customer orientation of fashion brand salespeople on the core sales tasks, and how the core sales tasks and internal characteristics differ depending on differences in the way salespeople are remunerated. The data were collected as a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, fashion involvement comprises factors such as 'fashion passion and sense'and 'fashion trend interest', and the greater the 'fashion passion and sense', the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'jobs. Second, 'esthetic openness', 'responsibility' and 'extroversion' of the big five personality characteristics have a positive impact on 'sales management' and 'customer relationship management' tasks. Third, customer orientation comprises factors such as 'customer-centric understanding'and 'gain customer trust', the greater the customer-orientation, the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'tasks. Fourth, according to the position of the salesperson, the group of professional salespeople at manager level had high responses in core sales tasks, fashion involvement, customer orientation, and characteristics such as 'agreeableness', 'esthetic openness', and 'responsibility'.

게임 테마의 특성에 대한 연구 : 미국과 일본의 RPG를 중심으로 (A Study on The Characteristics of Game Theme : Focusing RPGs in USA and Japan)

  • 게임을 포함한 모든 미디어에서 테마는 작품의 핵심이다. 성공적인 게임을 개발하기 위해서는 게임의 테마를 효과적으로 표현해야 한다. 이를 위하여 게임 테마의 특성을 이해하고 잘 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 문헌 연구를 통하여 게임 테마의 11가지 특성을 추출하고 정리하였으며, 학계와 업계 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 게임 테마의 4가지 핵심 특성인 공감성, 방향성, 일관성, 통합성을 도출하였다. 미국과 일본의 대표적인 RPG 게임에서 공통적으로 게임 테마의 4가지 핵심 특성이 잘 표현되고 있음을 설문조사를 통하여 정량적으로 검증하였다. 미국과 일본의 RPG는 공통적으로 4가지 핵심 특성에서 5점 만점에 3.45~4.59를 받아 높게 평가받았다. 미국과 일본의 성공적인 RPG 게임에서 게임 테마의 4가지 핵심 특성을 정량적으로 분석하였고 이는 다른 게임에서 테마에 대한 가이드라인이 될 것이다. 게임 테마의 특성을 효과적으로 활용하여 성공적인 게임 디자인과 개발을 하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • 65마력급 UAV용 초소형 터보샤프트 엔진의 코어를 55lbf급 터보제트 형식으로 개조 개발하였다. 터보샤프트 엔진의 동력발생기와 동일한 유량 특성을 갖는 배기 노즐을 부착함으로써 코어 엔진은 완제 엔진과 완전히 동일한 기계적, 공력적 특성을 보유하고 있다. 엔진 출력은 축 마력 대신 비교적 계측이 용이한 추력으로 나오기 때문에 터보샤프트 엔진의 성능과 수명을 좌우하는 코어의 검증 시험 용도로 매우 유용하다. 뿐만 아니라 코어 엔진은 그 자체로 하나의 터보제트엔진으로 추력이 필요한 소형 비행체의 추진기관으로 직접적인 활용이 가능하다.

Electromotive Force Characteristics of Current Transformer According to the Magnetic Properties of Ferromagnetic Core

  • The most common structure of the current transformer (CT) consists of a length of wire wrapped many times around a silicon steel ring passed over the circuit being measured. Therefore, the primary circuit of CT consists of a single turn of the conductor, with a secondary circuit of many tens or hundreds of turns. The primary winding may be a permanent part of the current transformer, with a heavy copper bar to carry the current through the magnetic core. However, when the large current flows into a wire, it is difficult to measure its magnitude of current because the core is saturated and the core shows magnetic nonlinear characteristics. Therefore, we proposed a newly designed CT which has an air gap in the core to decrease the generated magnetic flux. Adding the air gap in the magnetic path increases the total magnetic reluctance against the same magnetic motive force (MMF). Using a ferrite core instead of steel also causes the generation of low magnetic flux. These features can protect the magnetic saturation of the CT core compared with the steel core. This technique can help the design of the CT to obtain a special shape and size.

  • This paper proposes a compensating algorithm for the secondary current of the measurement current transformer (CT) that removes the effects of the hysteresis characteristics of the iron-core. The exciting current resulting from the hysteresis characteristics of the core causes an error between the primary current and the secondary current of the CT. The proposed algorithm decomposes the exciting current into the magnetizing current and the core loss current and each of them is estimated. The core loss current is calculated from the secondary voltage and the secondary voltage-core loss current curve. The core flux linkage is calculated and then inserted into the flux-current curve to estimate the magnetizing current. The exciting current at every sampling interval is obtained by summing the core-loss and magnetizing currents and then added to the measured current to compensate the secondary current. The performance of the proposed algorithm is validated under various conditions using EMTP generated data. The test results of the real CT were also included. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of the measurement CT significantly, and thus reduce the size and the cost of the CT.

A study of Polymerization and Thermal Characteristics of Core-Shell Emulsion particles

  • Emulsion polymerization was carried out using RMA like MMA, EMA, BMA and Styrene(St.) as monomer for core-shell latex preparation. It was synthesized at $80^{\circ}C$ in the presence of anionic surfactant SLS. FT-IR, TGA and DSC analysis are used to confirm synthesized core-shell emulsion latexes and to investigate the thermal characteristics of them. From analysis of TGA and DSC, the differences of the decomposition rate and the activation energy are not so large. It considers that the pendent group is not affect of the thermal characteristics and stability on core-shell latexes, which is synthesized with RMA and Styrene.

E-I철심을 이용한 변압기형 초전도한류기의 권선 위치에 따른 전류제한 및 자화특성 분석 (Analysis on Current Limiting and Magnetizing Characteristics Due to Winding Locations of Superconducting Fault Current Limiter Using E-I Core)

  • This paper compared current limiting characteristics of superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) using E-I core due to the location of windings. Since E-I core has three legs and two magnetic paths, the current limiting characteristics of SFCL were expected to be affected by the installation location of windings, either center leg or right/left leg. To analyze its characteristics, the electrical equivalent circuit of the SFCL were derived and the electromagnetic analysis for the SFCL with the designed structure were performed. From the short-circuit tests, the hysteresis curve and the voltage-current trajectory of the SFCL due to the installation location of windings were extracted and compared each other. The SFCL with windings in the center leg of E-I core was shown to be larger magnetizing inductance compared to the one with windings in the right or left leg of E-I, which was analyzed from the hysteresis curve. In addition, larger decreased fault current right after the fault occurrence in the SFCL with windings in the center leg of E-I core was confirmed than the SFCL with windings in the right or left leg of E-I.

Analysis on magnetizing characteristics of current limiting reactor using HTSC module

  • In this paper, the magnetizing characteristics of the current limiting reactor (CLR) using $high-T_C$ superconducting (HTSC) module were analyzed. Since the saturation of iron core comprising the CLR using HTSC module deteriorates its current limiting operation, the design of the CLR using HTSC module considering the magnetizing characteristics is needed. For the analysis on the magnetizing characteristics, the flux linkage and the magnetizing current of this CLR using HTSC module were derived from its electrical equivalent circuit. Through the analysis on the linkage flux versus the magnetizing current, obtained from the short-circuit tests, the suppressing effect of the iron core's saturation was discussed.

  • This paper has been studied the electronic ballast by the self-oscillated inverter. The self-oscillated ballast can reduce the stress of the switch of the inverter. But the self-oscillating method is not easy to analyze and design. There arc three kinds of cores for the oscillating transformer: Ring core, EI-core, and Drum core. In this paper, we are studied the characteristics of three kinds of cores in using electronic ballast by the self-oscillated inverter.
