역량기반 비교과활동이 건축학 융합교육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Competency-based Extracurricular Activities on Architectural convergence education)

  • 건축학 핵심 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 교과목을 실무 위주로 개편해야할 뿐 만 아니라 건축학 교육 인증에서 요구하는 다양한 역량들을 함양할 수 있도록 여러 가지 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고 학생들에게 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 D 대학에서 구축한 역량 기반 교과-비교과 융합교육시스템에 대해 살펴봄으로써 학생들의 자발적인 비교과 활동 참여율을 높이고 궁극적으로 대학에서 비교과 교육을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 건축학 전공 재학생과 지역의 건축 설계사 대표들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 비교과 활동이 건축학 교육과 학생의 진로에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 대학의 융합교육시스템은 학생들이 비교과 활동에 적극 참여하게 하였고, 건축학 학습역량에도 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 설문조사 결과 공모전 참여와 자격증 취득 프로그램과 같이 창의성 역량 함양 비교과 활동이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

A Demand Survey on the Priority of Agricultural College Students' Core Competencies Required by Agricultural Companies: A case study on G University

  • Background and objective: As the agricultural industry becomes a more convergent industry, it is believed that the demand for human resources by companies will change. Therefore, a survey was conducted to investigate the human resources required by agriculture companies. Methods: In the survey on 77 agriculture companies, 98.7% of respondents answered that new employees with a college degree needed additional training to adapt to practical affairs. Results: The first priority of education was "community spirit" (22.1%) and the second priority was "convergence capability" (15.6%). The most important educational goal desired by agricultural companies was "cultivating human resources with community spirit and ethical judgment", followed by "cultivating human resources with serious communication and problem-solving skills", and "cultivating human resources with scientific thinking and unique creative imagination." Sub-competencies that companies want agricultural colleges to strengthen were "community spirit" 4.32(SD=0.96), "desirable values" 4.30 (SD = 1.05), "sympathy" 4.28 (SD = 0.95), "convergence capability" 4.16 (SD = 0.88), "creativity" 4.11 (SD = 0.83), "civic spirit" 4.10 (SD = 0.91), and "rational/critical thinking" 3.94 (SD = 1.04). There was a significant difference in sub-competencies that require reinforcement depending on the number of full-time employees. "Creativity" was most necessary in companies with less than 3 employees (4.39), and 4~7 employees (4.33), and "aesthetics"" in companies with less than 3 employees (3.94), and 4-7 employees (3.61) "Civic spirit" was most necessary in companies with 31 employees or more (4.33). Conclusion: The most important educational goal desired by companies was "cultivating human resources with community spirit and ethical judgment".

IT인력의 경력변경의도 영향요인 분석: KSA와 자아효능감을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effecting Factors in IT Worker's Career Change Intentions: Based on the KSA and the Self-efficacy)

  • IT산업의 현황을 살펴보면, IT산업에서 요구되는 핵심역량인 KSA를 지닌 인력이 타산업으로 이탈하거나, 이탈하고자 하는 의도를 지니고 있는 경우가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유능한 인력의 배출만큼이나 우수인재의 이탈방지는 기업이나 산업의 경쟁력 강화에 주된 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 IT 인력의 경력변경의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 살펴봄으로서 IT인력의 경력몰입을 위한 전략적 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 분석 결과 IT 인력의 기술적 KSA와 행동적 KSA가 자아효능감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 나아가 이러한 자아효능감이 경력몰입 및 경력변경의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 경영관리적 KSA는 자아효능감 및 경력몰입에 영향을 마치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

러프집합과 정보이론을 이용한 대학생역량강화 진단 (Diagnosis by Rough Set and Information Theory in Reinforcing the Competencies of the Collegiate)

  • 본 논문은 대학생을 대상으로 학생들의 학업 및 취업경쟁력 강화에 필요한 핵심 역량의 도출과 진단에 관한 연구이다. 이러한 데이터의 처리에는 매우 많은 변수로 인한 차원의 증가로 인하여 계산상의 어려움이 수반되어지고 변수의 중복성과 중요도에 있어서 다양한 통계적 관계가 존재한다. 따라서 범주형 데이터의 분류에서 발생하는 애매함이나 불확실성을 처리하기 위하여 러프집합과 정보 엔트로피를 기반으로 불확실성의 척도를 정의하여 학생들의 유사행동을 분석하고, 기존의 통계적인 방법과의 비교우위를 위하여 속성간의 변별력을 비교하였다. 도출된 공통 핵심역량과 전공핵심역량을 이용하여 학생들이 가지고 있는 역량의 정성적인 보유수준과 부족한 역량을 파악할 수 있기 때문에, 대학생활지도와 취업진로지도의 보조자료로 활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 대학 적응을 높이고 취업 활성화에 부합될 수 있다고 사료된다.

핵심역량 기반 관점에서의 치위생(학)과 교육목표 분석 (Analysis of the education objectives of the dental hygiene department from core competencies-based perspective)

  • Objectives : It will be necessary to make statement about the competence targeted in the dental hygienic education that adopts the competence-based curriculum from the standpoint of core competence which the students need to be equipped with in the society. Methods : To achieve the education objective of Dental Hygienics, the information available on the website of the Korean Dental Association, universities and graduate schools were used, and the education objectives of the concerned universities which were posted in the websites of 82 universities from July to August, 2011 were analyzed. Results : C7 and C1 accounted for 21.1%, the highest percentage, in the core capability, while HP1 comprised 79.6% in the health improvement and disease prevention. CM1 stood at 73.7%, the highest percentage, in the community involvement(CM) area, and PC4 accounted for 90.8%, the highest percentage, in the patient care(PC) area. In the professional growth and development(PGD) area, PGD1 was the highest, followed by PGD3. In relation to the comments on the occupational types after graduation, 63.1% of respondents mentioned the dental hygienists at the school, while 33.3% did not make any comment on the dental hygienists. Conclusions It was necessary to re-establish the essential objectives of the graduates based on the competence as the accomplishments of studying and learning in the department of dental hygiene. It may be a useful method to set the competency-based education objective on the basis of the implementation ability and the level of graduates.

Computational Investigation of Turbulent Swirling Flows in Gas Turbine Combustors

  • In the first part of the paper, Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis of the combusting flow within a high-swirl lean premixed gas turbine combustor and over the $1^{st}$ row nozzle guide vanes is presented. In this analysis, the focus of the investigation is the fluid dynamics at the combustor/turbine interface and its impact on the turbine. The predictions show the existence of a highly-rotating vortex core in the combustor, which is in strong interaction with the turbine nozzle guide vanes. This has been observed to be in agreement with the temperature indicated by thermal paint observations. The results suggest that swirling flow vortex core transition phenomena play a very important role in gas turbine combustors with modern lean-premixed dry low emissions technology. As the predictability of vortex core transition phenomena has not yet been investigated sufficiently, a fundamental validation study has been initiated, with the aim of validating the predictive capability of currently-available modelling procedures for turbulent swirling flows near the sub/supercritical vortex core transition. In the second part of the paper, results are presented which analyse such transitional turbulent swirling flows in two different laboratory water test rigs. It has been observed that turbulent swirling flows of interest are dominated by low-frequency transient motion of coherent structures, which cannot be adequately simulated within the framework of steady-state RANS turbulence modelling approaches. It has been found that useful results can be obtained only by modelling strategies which resolve the three-dimensional, transient motion of coherent structures, and do not assume a scalar turbulent viscosity at all scales. These models include RSM based URANS procedures as well as LES and DES approaches.

Stochastic micro-vibration response characteristics of a sandwich plate with MR visco-elastomer core and mass

  • The magneto-rheological visco-elastomer (MRVE) is used as a smart core to control the stochastic micro-vibration of a sandwich plate with supported mass. The micro-vibration response of the sandwich plate with MRVE core and supported mass under stochastic support motion excitations is studied and compared to evaluate the vibration suppression capability. The effects of the supported mass and localized magnetic field on the stochastic micro-vibration response of the MRVE sandwich plate are taken into account. The dynamic characteristics of the MRVE core in micro-vibration are described by a non-homogeneous complex modulus dependent on vibration frequency and controllable by applied magnetic fields. The partial differential equations for the coupled transverse and longitudinal motions of the MRVE sandwich plate with supported mass are derived from the dynamic equilibrium, constitutive and geometric relations. The simplified ordinary differential equations are obtained for the transverse vibration of the MRVE sandwich plate under localized magnetic fields. A frequency-domain solution method for the stochastic micro-vibration response of sandwich plates with supported mass is developed based on the Galerkin method and random vibration theory. The expressions of frequency-response functions, response power spectral densities and root-mean-square velocity responses of the plate in terms of the one-third octave frequency band are obtained for micro-vibration evaluation. Finally, numerical results are given to illustrate the large response reduction capacity of the MRVE sandwich plate with supported mass under stochastic support motion excitations, and the influences of MRVE parameters, supported mass and localized magnetic field placement on the micro-vibration response.

Modeling and analysis of selected organization for economic cooperation and development PKL-3 station blackout experiments using TRACE

  • A series of tests dedicated to station blackout (SBO) accident scenarios have been recently performed at the $Prim{\ddot{a}}rkreislauf-Versuchsanlage$ (primary coolant loop test facility; PKL) facility in the framework of the OECD/NEA PKL-3 project. These investigations address current safety issues related to beyond design basis accident transients with significant core heat up. This work presents a detailed analysis using the best estimate thermal-hydraulic code TRACE (v5.0 Patch4) of different SBO scenarios conducted at the PKL facility; failures of high- and low-pressure safety injection systems together with steam generator (SG) feedwater supply are considered, thus calling for adequate accident management actions and timely implementation of alternative emergency cooling procedures to prevent core meltdown. The presented analysis evaluates the capability of the applied TRACE model of the PKL facility to correctly capture the sequences of events in the different SBO scenarios, namely the SBO tests H2.1, H2.2 run 1 and H2.2 run 2, including symmetric or asymmetric secondary side depressurization, primary side depressurization, accumulator (ACC) injection in the cold legs and secondary side feeding with mobile pump and/or primary side emergency core coolant injection from the fuel pool cooling pump. This study is focused specifically on the prediction of the core exit temperature, which drives the execution of the most relevant accident management actions. This work presents, in particular, the key improvements made to the TRACE model that helped to improve the code predictions, including the modeling of dynamical heat losses, the nodalization of SGs' heat exchanger tubes and the ACCs. Another relevant aspect of this work is to evaluate how well the model simulations of the three different scenarios qualitatively and quantitatively capture the trends and results exhibited by the actual experiments. For instance, how the number of SGs considered for secondary side depressurization affects the heat transfer from primary side; how the discharge capacity of the pressurizer relief valve affects the dynamics of the transient; how ACC initial pressure and nitrogen release affect the grace time between ACC injection and subsequent core heat up; and how well the alternative feeding modes of the secondary and/or primary side with mobile injection pumps affect core quenching and ensure stable long-term core cooling under controlled boiling conditions.

중소기업의 기술경쟁력과 기술마케팅이 사업화성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Technological Competitiveness and Technology Marketing on Commercialization Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 기술경쟁력과 기술마케팅이 중소기업의 사업화성과에 미치는 영향을 실증조사 하는데 목적이 있다. 정부의 인정을 받은 기업부설연구소 및 연구개발전담부서를 보유한 중소기업의 신제품 및 신기술 담당자 204명을 대상으로 기술경쟁력과 기술마케팅, 사업화성과에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 기술경쟁력이 기술마케팅과 사업화성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고 기술마케팅이 사업화성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 기술경쟁력의 기술혁신능력과 기술사업화능력, R&D집중도(인적투자) 변수는 기술마케팅에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째, 사업화능력은 사업화 판매와 비판매성과에 R&D집중도(물적투자)는 사업화비판매성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 기술마케팅의 핵심기술 및 보완기술 요인이 높을수록 사업화성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기술중심의 중소기업은 기술경쟁요인인 기술혁신능력과 기술사업화능력, R&D집중도를 높이기 위하여 지속적인 노력을 수행하여야 한다.

디지털 콘텐츠 프로세스를 위한 역량성숙도 조사 (Survey of Capability Maturity for Digital Contents Process)

  • 제품 개발에 있어 제품 자체의 품질요소를 관리하는 것 뿐 아니라 제품개발 과정의 핵심 프로세스를 관리하는 것 역시 중요하다는 점이 강조되고 있다. 이 연구는 향후 높은 시장규모가 예상되는 디지털 콘텐츠의 개발에 프로세스 관점의 품질개념을 도입, 활용하기 위하여 국내의 콘텐츠 개발업체를 대상으로 역량성숙도 모델의 레벨 2와 3을 중심으로 프로세스 성숙도를 측정해 보기 위하여 추진되었다. 연구결과는 업종에 관계없이 대체적으로 프로세스 성숙도가 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 업종별로는 모바일 및 게임 업체가 애니메이션 업체들보다 다소 성숙한 프로세스를 운용하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 논문은 디지털 콘텐츠 업체들의 프로세스성숙도를 개선을 위해 필요한 사항들을 제시하고 있다.
