Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate a plantar pressure distribution and the trajectory of the center of pressure on double limb support and single limb support according to level surface, air cushion, and aero step. Methods : 21 healthy adults participated in this study. The plantar pressure were assessed at three different surface conditions(on the level surface, air cushion, and aero step) on double limb support and single limb support. Testing orders were selected randomly. Results : Plantar pressure distribution show a significant difference contact area 1 and contact area 3 on double limb support and single limb support. The trajectory of the center of pressure show an significant difference anteroposterior(AP), mediolateral(ML), and total displacement on double limb support and single limb support. Conclusion : Through the use of soft surface as air cushion and aero step will be using the ankle strategy. This will be to strengthen the muscles around the ankle. Consequently, should help to improve stability and coordination.

In this study, we developed a 'shared-use mobility'-mounted local particulate matter monitoring terminal technology to measure the actual particulate matter concentration around me. As a mobile terminal device in the form of an IoT sensor platform, it is designed to be separated into a control module and a sensor module to minimize interference between sensors and to consider the optimal observation position of each sensor. As a result of the field test, it was confirmed that particulate matter was locally different depending on time and space even within the same area. In addition, it was confirmed that the concentration of particulate matter in the relevant section differed by up to 100 times compared to the surrounding area due to specific sources of particulate matter such as unpaved roads. In addition, we positively reviewed the applicability of the service in the real-time metaverse environment using this result. Through technological advancement and application of multiple shared-use mobilities, we expect to be able to provide new services for practical smart city air environment monitoring, such as localized particulate matter information, air pollution event information, and identification of causes of particulate matter.

During disaster response, prioritization of limited resources is one of the most important bust challenging tasks. At the same time, it is imperative to timely provide the rescuers with the adequate equipment to facilitate lifesaving operations. However, supply of high demand equipment was insufficient during the initial phase of disaster response, challenging lifesaving operations in the case of the 9-11 terrorist attacks. In respond to the Haiti Earthquake, spatial information of the geographic area was not sufficient to support the search and rescue operations in the early phase of disaster response. However, with the help of civilians, information such as road names, infrastructure damage, and victim locations were updated into the spatial data repository. At the same time, resource outside of the disaster affected zone converges into the area to assist the response efforts, which is the effect of convergence that often made resource coordination challenging in large scale disasters. To efficiently collect information and utilize the converging resources, this paper proposes a flexible data repository for information update for equipment utilization in large scale disaster response scenarios.

Most of protecting security activity is carried out by manpower partly by security equipment. The protecting security market and the area of protecting security activity is increasing in spite of change of economic and social environment situation. For more effective protecting security activity, the coordination of electronic equipment and manpower is required. So some application method is suggested throughout the thesis, which is especially focused on new approaching method. The integration of intrusion detecting system, C.C.TV system and Access control system is introduced for general application in chapter III, and some application systems are proposed for protecting security activity in chapter IV. But the security equipment is only aid for manpower, so manpower and equipment should be coordinated well.

The government had invested national resources in nano technology actively since 2000 to promote the R&D of nano technology. In addition, the government reorganized the science and technology administration system recently enacting new laws related with science and technology to promote the efficient policy of science and technology. At this point, we need to understand the status of national R&D expenditures for the efficient priority setting and budget coordination of national R&D expenditures by the concerned variables such as program objectives, sector of performance, character of work and technology fields and suggests the policy implications.

With the advent of local autonomy in the 1990s, the polemic issue of decentralizing the central government power will undoubtedly come to the fore. The purpose of this study is to reconsider the government functions both at the central and local levels, paritcularly in the fields of urban planning administration. Those policy guidelines administration. Those policy guidelines employed such delegations include : 1) leaving detailed land use regulations to the discretion of local governments; 2) increasing role of local administrations and people regarding development projects; 3) promotion of urban developers as well as public and private partnership; 4) simplifying the procedure related to development applications. In this context, the role of the central government should be redefined; macro-scale policymaking to cope with on-going globalization trends; area-wide coordination among various local bodies ; providing planning standards and information; straining manpower and operation of urban development funds and subsidies.

In recent years, wireless ad hoc networks have become increasingly popular in both military and civilian applications due to their capability of building networks without the need for a pre-existing infrastructure. Recently, IEEE 802.11 Task Group e has been working on a new mechanism, the Enhanced Distributed Coordination Function (EDCF), to enhance the performance of 802.11 DCF. However, EDCF only reduces the internal collisions within a station, and external collisions between stations remain high in ad-hoc networks. In this paper, we propose to adopt an adaptive backoff window control technique, based on a dynamic value of the initial value of the range in which the backoff is chosen, so the backoff timer is randomly chosen in the range (InitRng, CW-1). We use ns-2 simulation to evaluate the throughput of our scheme. Results show that the throughput is improved for our scheme compared to the original DCF due to the reduced the number of collisions.

EL (electro-luminescent) device as a light source has an advantage in embodying large area with great flexibility. On nickel foil as an electrode and backplane, we demonstrated a white EL flexible light source with blue phosphor layer combined with color change layer. A correlation between color change layer and color coordination was analyzed by Gaussian method, and then the color coordinate was controlled near to (0.33, 0.33) of pure white light.

Compared to other sources of electricity such as Thermal and Nuclear power plant, dispersed storage and generation system (DSG) is environmentally clean, quiet and efficient, thus this source is expected to be introduced In urban area by the utilities and customers. If a great number of DSG will be applied to electric power system in the rear future (around 2000, in Korea), these will give a great influence on the existing power system. In other words, the interconnection to electric power system of these source may bring many problems such as system operation, protection coordination, and service quality related with voltages (110${\pm}$6V, 220${\pm}$13V), harmonics (5%) and pour factor (90% over). So, this analysis of the interconnection to power system of DSG is required
