  • Multipath routing technique is recognized as one of the effective approaches to improve the reliability of data forwarding. However, the traditional multipath routing focuses only on how many paths are needed to ensure a desired reliability. For this purpose, the protocols construct additional paths and thus cause significant energy consumption. These problems have motivated the study for the energy-efficient and reliable data forwarding. Thus, this paper proposes an energy-efficient cooperative multipath routing protocol with a small number of paths based on an inter path communication. The inter path communication (namely, cooperative multipath routing) in the proposed protocol helps to reinforce the multipath reliability and reduce the use of network resources. In addition, the proposed protocol provides a reliable end-to-end transmission time by using a transmission recovery method based on the local decision for the path or transmission failures.

  • The spectrum sensing is one of the fundamental functions to realize the cognitive radios. One of problems in the spectrum sensing is that the performance of spectrum sensing can be degraded due to fading and shadowing. In order to overcome the problem, cooperative spectrum sensing method is proposed, which uses a distributed detection model and can increase sensing performance. However, the performance of cooperative spectrum sensing can be still affected by the interference factors such as obstacle and malicious user. Especially, most of cooperative spectrum sensing methods only considered the stationary primary user. In the ubiquitous environment, however the mobile primary users should be considered. In order to overcome the aforementioned problem, in this paper we propose a robust spectrum detection method based on localization where we estimate the location of the mobile primary user, and then based on the location and transmission range of primary user we detect interference users if there are, and then the local sensing reporting from detected interference users are excluded in the decision fusion process. Through simulation, it is shown that the sensing performance of the proposed scheme is more accurate than that of conventional other schemes

  • Cognitive radio (CR), which is proposed as a technology that utilizes the frequency resources effectively, has been studied to relive scarcity of the frequency resources. Also, FCC revises the regulation to reuse the TV white spaces for applying CR system and allows to use the TV white spaces by CR devices and use of CR device may be regularized after conversion by DTV in 2009. In order to reuse the TV bands without harmful interference to primary user, correct spectrum sensing should be needed to detect DTV signals that is the primary user in TV bands. In this paper, we detect the DTV signal using FFT-based pilot sensing and cooperative sensing scheme is applied for the reliability of the sensing performance and the accuracy of the detection probability. Also, in order to make the reliable decision, the majority rule is proposed.

  • In recent years, we recognize a new paradigm in the development process:From object oriented development, to the development process which has focused on the use of standard components. In recent years a lot of research related to the component-based development has been done, especially in business domain. but still there are many open and unresolved problems in this area. such as established development process for a distributed environment, formal process, infrastructure for COTS, development and management tool considering maintenance to guarantee a proper treatment of components. It also required a service and an application integration for component. In this paper, we propose cooperative information systems (CIS) that supports component based development. It must address for component based systems to achieve their full potential. We identify a set of CIS organized 3-tier which is a presentation layer, business logic layer and data control layer. We also discuss the specific roles and activities for the layers. we also define the behavior and managed information for business logic layer as core level. As an illustration of the CIS, we present a successful considerations which is widely helpful to user when they make decision in component development and assemble. Also, we expect to component reusability and efficiency in business domain.

  • The portability of Java language makes it possible to use heterogeneous computers without re-compiling of application programs. Java applet can also be transported to other computers via Web browser. In this research, a Cooperative Web Computing Environment(CWCE) that uses idle computers on the Intranet for cooperative parallel computing work is suggested. The CWCE allows to use more than a manager computer that sends applets and manages communication between other computers. The number of manager computers can be determined according to the characteristics of computing environment and any chosen application program. It can reduce the amount of communication overhead for the application programs especially with synchronized communication. For the CWCE, a decision function to determine the managing level is provided. The CWCE turns out to be useful computing environment for the applications with less computation request ratio and multi-managing can help to reduce the communication overhead especially for the applications with a high ratio of synchronization purpose communications.

  • Due to increasing spectrum demand for new wireless devices applications, cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) paradigm is the most promising solution to alleviate the spectrum shortage problem. However, in the interweave cognitive radio (CR) system, the inherent nature of CSS opens a hole to Byzantine attack, thereby resulting in a significant drop of the CSS security and efficiency. In view of this, a weighted differential sequential single symbol (WD3S) algorithm based on MATLAB platform is developed to accurately identify malicious users (MUs) and benefit useful sensing information from their malicious reports in this paper. In order to achieve this, a dynamic Byzantine attack model is proposed to describe malicious behaviors for MUs in an interweave CR system. On the basis of this, a method of data transmission consistency verification is formulated to evaluate the global decision's correctness and update the trust value (TrV) of secondary users (SUs), thereby accurately identifying MUs. Then, we innovatively reuse malicious sensing information from MUs by the weight allocation scheme. In addition, considering a high spectrum usage of primary network, a sequential and differential reporting way based on a single symbol is also proposed in the process of the sensing information submission. Finally, under various Byzantine attack types, we provide in-depth simulations to demonstrate the efficiency and security of the proposed WD3S.

  • In this research, we conducted an empirical study on the influence of social capital on cooperative governance for the Gwangju city social economy. The results of the study are as follows. First, the social capital factor commonly affecting cooperative governance is trust. Secondly, we were able to learn that there was a difference in the results of the hierarchical regression analysis to grasp the magnitude of the relative influence of detailed elements of social capital by cooperative governance factors in order. Network(4.843) exerted the most influence in Common Decision-making, followed by Trust(3.855). Trust(3.130) exerted the most influence on Management of Governance, followed by Network(2.936). Network(2.647) exerted the most influence on Cowork System, followed by Trust(2.244). Finally, Network(4.153) exerted the most influence on Partnership Building, followed by Trust(2.244). In particular, 'Participation' was an important factor in 'Co-work System'.

  • Most of the conflict problems between 2 persons can be represented as a bi-matrix game, because player's utilities, in general, are non-zero sum and change according to the progress of game. In the bi-matrix game the equilibrium point set which satisfies the Pareto optimality can be a good bargaining or coordination solution. Under the condition of incomplete information about the risk attitudes of the players, the bargaining or coordination solution depends on additional elements, namely, the players' methods of making inferences when they reach a node in the extensive form of the game that is off the equilibrium path. So the investigation about the players' inference type and its effects on the solution is essential. In addition to that, the effect of an individual's aversion to risk on various solutions in conflict problems, as expressed in his (her) utility function, must be considered. Those kinds of incomplete information make decision maker Bayesian, since it is often impossible to get correct information for building a decision making model. In Baysian point of view, this paper represents an analytic frame for guessing and learning opponent's attitude to risk for getting better reward. As an example for that analytic frame. 2 persons'bi-matrix game is considered. This example explains that a bi-matrix game can be transformed into a kind of matrix game through the players' implicitly cooperative attitude and the need of arbitration.

  • As the world's population grows, how to maintain the food supply is becoming a bigger problem. Now and in the future, big data will play a major role in decision making in the agriculture industry. The challenge is how to obtain valuable information to help us make future decisions. Big data helps us to see history clearer, to obtain hidden values, and make the right decisions for the government and farmers. To contribute to solving this challenge, we developed the Agriculture Big Data Analysis System. The system consists of agricultural big data collection, big data analysis, and big data visualization. First, we collected structured data like price, climate, yield, etc., and unstructured data, such as news, blogs, TV programs, etc. Using the data that we collected, we implement prediction algorithms like ARIMA, Decision Tree, LDA, and LSTM to show the results in data visualizations.

  • Conventional Or Rule decide final sensing result depending on all of SU making sensing result. So Conventional Or Rule must be combined all of local result to decide PU absent or not. But Proposed Or Rule is not needed all of local result depending on each of SU of local result. So Proposed Or Rule can reduce decision time. In this Paper, we verify proposed Or Rule using simulation tool similar with matlab. And we can calculate false alarm probability and miss detection probability of proposed Or rule and conventional Or rule.
