국내 벤처산업은 정부 주도의 벤처육성정책, 정보·통신 기술의 발달, KOSDAQ시장의 활황 등으로 인하여 급격한 성장을 하였다. 그러나 최근 국내 벤처산업은 정부의 인위적인 정책과 지원으로 인한 압축성장에 따른 많은 폐해에 직면하고 있으며 장기 침체상태로 빠져들 가능성이 있어 보인다. 이것은 국내 벤처산업이 선진국에서 볼 수 있는 벤처캐피탈시장에 바탕을 둔 자생적 성장을 하지 못했기 때문이다. 본 논문은 향후 국내 벤처산업의 지속적인 발전에 관건이 될 벤처캐피탈시장의 현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하였다. 또한 본 논문은 국내 벤처캐피탈시장을 활성화시키기 위한 방안으로 투자조합의 규모 증대 및 해외 벤처캐피탈의 유입 등을 통한 자금조달인의 확대, 지분참여 투자형태로의 자금운용, 코스닥시장의 활성화 등을 제시하였다.

웹 사용자들의 QoS를 위해 채택되는 프락시 캐쉬의 관리 정책은 크게 페이지 교체와 일관성 유지 정책으로 볼 수 있다. 현재까지 이 두 가지의 연구는 서로간의 관린 유무를 떠나 독립적으로 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 LRU 페이지 교체 방식에 일관성 유지 정책에서 사용하는 최종 수정 인수의 특성을 도입함으로써 두 정책간의 상호 보완으로 프락시 캐쉬의 효율적 운영이 가능함을 보였다. 프락시 캐쉬의 관리를 위해 다양한 정책이 논의되고 있는 시점에서 이러한 시도는 캐쉬의 히트율 증가와 서버로의 전송 부하 감소 등과 같은 성능 향상을 위한 의미 있는 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study examined the trend of healthcare status and compared the status of South Korea and other member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) using the OECD health statistics 2022. We used the OECD health statistics from 2022 and a position value for relative comparison (PARC) index to compare the five elements of the healthcare system. The study also used a Mann-Kendall test to analyze the trend of the PARC values from 2000 to the present year. The findings of the study indicate that many South Korea's PARC values were higher than the OECD median. But practicing physician in supply part and medical cost were lower than OECD median but the trend significantly increased. Medical accessibility part and quality of care part except primary care, and mental health had a high relative position but the trend did not increased significantly. After outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, there were changes in medical accessibility. Health screening and vaccinations showed an overall decline in 2020 compared to 2019. These results suggest that policymakers need to take necessary steps for a sustainable healthcare system in the country.

This paper covers a plan to build supply chain cooperation systems among stream of the textile industry to strengthen international competitiveness. To obtain the study objective, it has been reviewed the theoretical rationale relating to organizational cooperation model and discussion and performed the case study that analyzed stream group and participated firms to the textile stream policy project. The analyzed stream cooperative types that measured configuration of cooperative degree and productive type are new market creation, technology improvement, relation maintenance, and relation cease. Two types - new market creation and technology improvement - have significant effect of the textile stream cooperation. Key successful factors of these two effective types are the external intervention of specialized consulting organization and build internal coordination and integrated mechanism to the cooperative stream group and participated firms.

This article discusses the deadlock in the WTO on multilateral harmonization of nonpreferential rules of origin (RoO) and reviews some of the RoO included in recent preferential trade agreements. We argue that there is a trend towards adoption of similar approaches and that this suggests that cooperation to reduce the trade-impeding effects of differences in RoO across jurisdictions is more feasible than often is assumed by observers and policymakers. From a trade facilitation perspective such cooperation could be based on plurilateral initiatives under the umbrella of the WTO. These could include a focus on pursuit of greater convergence between preferential and nonpreferential RoO helping to achieve the long-standing goal of moving towards harmonization of rules of origin.

Logistics standardization not only stands for logistics industry competitiveness, but also it is core competitive power. And Logistics industry makes smooth the exchange of goods, service and information in improving economic efficiency. Logistics cooperation between Korea and China becomes important issue because it has strategic meaning for two countries' benefit. Korea and China should reform logistics standardization and cooperate each other. This study based on analysing the China's logistics standardization policy, and comparison of ywo countries' logistics standardization, explored the alternatives of its cooperation between Korea and China in the new perspective.

공공민간협력(Public-Private Partnerships)은 공공부문과 민간부문의 협력적 관계를 통해 공동의 목표를 달성하는 운영방식이다. 최근 우주분야에서 공공민간협력이 중요해짐에도 불구하고 민간부문과 공공부문 간 협력적 네트워크를 활성화 시키는 정책수단에 관한 연구는 부족했다. 이 연구는 선진국에서 사용 중인 16가지 정책수단을 4가지(구매계약, 재정지원, 연구개발지원, 자원지원)로 유형화하였다. 그리고 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 5가지 공공민간협력 운영사례 연구를 통해 우주산업 경쟁력 강화에 도움이 되는 정책적 시사점을 발굴하였다.

우리나라 20대의 고용률은 57%로 최근 4년래 최저치에 머물고 있다. 대졸자들이 몰려 있는 25~29세의 실질 실업률은 20%를 웃돈다는 분석도 있을 만큼 청년실업 문제는 심각하다. 이에 따라 산학협력 활성화는 이제 이러한 국가현안을 해결해주는 주요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 향후 정부정책이나 국가지표에서 더욱 관심과 지원을 받게 될 것이 분명해 보인다. 정부는 2012년부터 '산학협력선도대학 육성사업'(LINC: Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation)을 추진함으로써 기업이 요구하는 인력양성, 실제적인 연구개발 및 기술이전을 활성화시키고 대학-산업체-연구기관간의 유기적인 상호연계를 바탕으로 지역대학과 산업의 동반성장을 위해 다양한 산학협력 선도모델을 창출-확산시키고 있다. 이러한 배경하여 본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 현장밀착형 인재를 발굴 육성하는데 필수적인 현장밀착형 교과과정 개발에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전공학과(부)별 실시한 전공교과과정 수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 산학협력을 확산하기 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정을 분석하고 연차별, 영역별 추진방안을 제안하였다.

A consequence of global trade liberalization is that domestic regulatory policies have become a focal point for efforts to reduce the costs of engaging in cross-border production and exchange. This article discusses the general challenges of reducing trade frictions created by regulatory differences, focusing specifically on the role trade agreements might play in addressing regulatory spillovers. A case is made for a greater focus on plurilateral cooperation under the umbrella of the WTO.
