본 연구의 목적은 고객의 정보참여행동 중 대표적 행동유형인 구전과 협조를 중심으로 참여유형의 결정요인과 구전과 협조간의 단계적 행동경로의 관계, 그리고 행동단계의 촉진변수에 대하여 살펴보았다. 구전은 대고객시민행동, 만족, 몰입의 선행요건에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 협조는 구전의 선행요건의 영향을 받기 보다는 구전의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 만족, 몰입 등의 관계적 선행요건이 정보참여행동에 중요한 전제요건이기는 하지만 보다 적극적인 정보참여유형을 결정하진 않았다. 구전과 협조간의 참여수준 이행에 대한 분석은 경쟁모델 비교분석을 통해 구전에서 협조로의 참여수준이행이 확인되었고, 관여는 참여수준을 조절하는 촉진변수의 역할을 하였다.

연구는 국내 철도(도시철도 포함) 운영기업에 종사하는 철도 관제사 및 기관사를 대상으로 이들이 경험하는 감정소진과 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입이 안전행동, 협력행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 감정소진과 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입, 안전행동과 협력행동은 부(-)의 관계를 나타내었다. 그러나 임파워먼트와 조직몰입은 안전행동, 협력행동에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 감정소진과 안전행동, 협력행동 간의 영향관계에 있어 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입은 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 높은 안전행동과 협력행동을 바탕으로 열차의 운행안전을 확보하기 위해서는 철도 관제사 및 기관사의 감정관리, 임파워먼트, 조직몰입도의 제고가 중요한 요소임을 시사하고 있다.

기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학협력의 연계(LINK)는 경로의존성에 의해 향후 지속적인 상호협력을 통해 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 다양한 상호채널의 폭을 통해 산학협력의 연계(LINK)는 더욱 더 강력해지나, 반면 거래관련 장벽이 늘어나게 된다. 즉, 대학과 기업 간 링크(university-industry linkages) 관계를 다루는 문헌은 많이 검토되어져 왔지만, 상대적으로 이들 간에 존재하는 장벽과 그 장벽을 줄일 수 있는 요인에 대한 연구는 그리 많이 다뤄지고 있지 않다. 산학협력 정책의 중요성을 감안할 때, 산학협력의 장애물에 대한 연구의 부족은 효과적인 정책을 설계하는데 심각한 장애요인이 될 것이다. 본 논문은 산학협력의 상호채널의 폭과 산학협력의 장벽에 대해 기존의 문헌을 조사하고, 대학행정의 POB(Positive Organization Behavior)을 통해 산학협력의 장벽을 낮출 수 있는지를 분석해보고 이를 통해 정책점시사점을 제시해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the child's cooperation in the dental procedure. This study was undertaken in 69 children, 39 in male, and 30 in female, whose ages ranged from 2 to 5 years old. The response of young children and their mother during dental procedure was examined by questionaire and observation. The results were as follows: 1. With continued experience, the child's cooperation was improved, indicating desensitization to dental stress 2. The Higher the mother's educational level was, the higher the behavior of the child was. 3. The mother and child's anxiety were significantly related to the dental behavior of the children, but child's past history and predicted cooperation were not to be related. 4 The child's familiarity and early education were not significantly related to the dental behavior of the children.

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 혁신 수단으로서 구성원들의 창의성을 높이기 위해서 진성리더십이 창의성에 미치는 영향과 심리적 안전, 협력 행동의 매개효과를 실증하는 것이다. 각 변인별 관련 이론 및 선행 연구를 토대로 가설을 설정하였다. 국내 기업 근무자 353명에게 수집한 자료를 CFA를 통해 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였고, 가설검증을 위해 SPSS25, AMOS25, Macro Process3.0을 사용하였다. 연구 모형에 대한 가설 검증 결과 진성리더십은 심리적 안전, 협력행동, 창의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 안전과 협력행동의 매개효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 진성리더십이 조직원들에게 어떤 과정을 거쳐 창의성을 높이는지 창의성의 요인분석적 모델 중 내재적 동기부여를 중심으로 검증한 점과 구성원의 창의성을 리더십을 통한 조직문화 변화를 통해 높일 수 있는 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

This paper analyzed effects Web-Based cooperation Learning have on improvement in Social Adaptability and problematic behavior, using Web-Based cooperation Learning system that is designed for Mental retardation children. Is Made Teaching Design according to students level, based on elementary school Bareunsaenghwal subject. Teaching and Learning program that is going with flash and PPT Embodied is. Designed to bulletin the evaluation data for cooperation studying after studying a part of the lesson. Verification of learning effect went with experimental group and comparison group consisted of groups of 8. Students studied the Internet web data and Teaching material paper and they took pencil test. As a result, point of post-inspection was higher than that of pre-inspection. Web-Based cooperation Learning is confirmed to be effective on Social Adaptability and problematic behavior improvement.

Korea Highway Corporation(KHC) began the ambitious KHC Test Road construction project from 1997. It is 7.7km long two-lane highway next to the mainline of Jungbu Inland Expressway. The KHC Test Road construction was completed at the December 2002. It is composed of twenty-five PCC test pavement sections. Section design parameters are (1) concrete slab thickness, (2) base type, (3) base thickness (12, 15, and 18cm), and (4) pavement type. Twenty-five PCC test pavement sections contain 1241 sensors to evaluate the behavior of pavement system under traffic load and environmental change. The behavior of pavement systems will be identified by the observation of sensor measurement and pavement distress survey from test pavement sections. The Test Road research outcome will validate the Korean Pavement Design Guide which is develop by on-going funded research from the Ministry of Construction and Transportation.

본 연구는 한국국제협력단(Korea International Cooperation Agency, KOICA)에서 주관하는 대학교 국제개발협력 이해증진사업이 대학생의 세계시민의식과 진로정체성, 진로준비행동 및 협력적 효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유사실험연구 설계를 적용하였으며, C시 소재 일개 대학교에서 국제개발협력의 이해 수업에 참여한 32명의 수강생 및 수업에 수강하지 않은 32명의 대조군을 대상으로 학기 초와 학기 말에 세계시민의식, 진로정체감, 진로준비행동, 그리고 협력적 효능감을 수집하였다. 연구 결과 국제개발협력의 이해 수업을 수강한 실험군의 세계시민의식(p=.003)과 진로준비행동(p=.013) 수준은 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 진로정체성(p=.385)과 협력적 효능감(p=.488)은 두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구는 국제개발협력의 이해수업의 효과를 확인하여 국제개발협력 이해증진사업의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of jigsaw cooperative learning on the communication ability, problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning ability and cooperation of nursing students. Methods: A one-group, pre-post design was utilized with 92 nursing students as subjects. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: The scores on problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability and cooperation were significantly increased after the education intervention. Conclusion: These findings indicate that cooperation learning is an effective intervention for improving problem-solving, self-directed learning ability, and cooperation in nursing education.

2012년부터 실무적인 교육 훈련을 촉진시키기 위해 정부로부터 많은 대학이 산학협력선도대학(LINC) 사업을 활발히 적용해왔으며, 주로 기술혁신형 프로그램과 현장밀착형 프로그램으로 구분된다. Fishbein과 Azjen에 의해 주장된 계획행동이론은 마케팅, 친환경구매, 기술 등과 같은 영역에서 행동의도를 예측하기 위해 연구되었으나 산학협력과 관련하여 이를 적용한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 계획행동이론을 적용하여 기업 실무자의 산학협력 참여의도 및 행동을 실증적으로 검증하는 것이며, 총 32개의 설문문항을 바탕으로 132개의 데이터 중 115개를 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제는 LINC사업 참여의도에 유의한 예측변수로 나타났으며, LINC 사업 참여는 LINC 사업 참여 행동에 유의한 예측변수임을 실증적으로 확인하였다.
