중국 동북지역에서 출토된 고조선, 포여, 고구려시대의 직물 연구 (A Study on the textiles of the Age of Kojosun Booyeo and Kogooreo which were excabated in the East and Nort Area of China.)

  • the purpose of study is to grasp the actual state of the textiles of Kojosun, Booyeo and Kogooryeo, by examining and studying about the excavated article of the textile of the Booyeo Age which was being gamered in the Research Institute of Study of antiquities of Civilization of gilimsung without being analyzed and examined after being excavated at September in 1990 and 1993, the textile of Kojosun Age wich was excavated and examined at East and North Gilimsung in China and the textile excavated and examined at the Kogooryeo grave at jiban China. 1. The kinds of textiles of Booye Age are warp kum plin weave silk plain weave bang gong Sa, and drawn and dyed textile, It is deemed that the real state of keum, Jeung and Hwi in the old literature of Sam guk Ji was grasped. 2. It emerges that more detailed wool than the wool fabric of China area of the same age was manufactured as the textile of Kojosun Age. hemp cloth corresponds to 12 Seung, in converting into fabric width of 50cm. 3. Keum was examined and reported as the textile of Kogooryeo Age and the real state of Woonkeum of Kogooryeo Age was grasped through "Wang ja moon keum" of Keumjang of mural of South and North I room of the grave that the same keum was excavated. The real state of dyed textile of hemp was grasped as the red hemp cloth was examined. Moreover the real state of development of advanced technique to weave with machine appeared by the grasp of inclination of loom with reed of Kogooryeo.Kogooryeo.

기하학적인 방법을 이용한 3 Rotary 형식 5축 가공기의 후처리 방법 (A Post-processing Method for 3 Rotary Type 5-axis Machines using Geometric Method)

  • This paper presents a post-processing algorithm for 5-axis machines with three rotary axes (3R-2L type). 5-axis machining needs the postprocessor for converting cutter location (CL) data to machine control (NC) data. The existing methods for post-processing use inverse kinematics equations from for-ward kinematics. However in case of 5-axis machines with three rotary axes, the inverse kinematics equations are not induced directly since the forward kinematics equations are non-linear. In order to get the joint values from the forward kinematics equations, previous algorithms use numerical method for the post-processing, which needs searching algorithms with computation time and may result in fail. This paper proposes a geometric method for the post-processing of 3 rotary type 5-axis machines. Our algorithm has three advantages: first, it does not need establishing forward kinematics equations. Second, it is reliable method that eliminates any numerical methods for the inverse kinematics, resulting in the exact solution. Finally, the proposed algorithm can also be applied to 2R-3L type of 5-axis machines.

  • 본 논문에서는 범용 영어 생성기인 펜맨을 이용한 한/영 번역기에 대해 소개한다. 펜맨은 영어문장 생성기로서 그 입력 언어는 문장생성을 위해 특별히 고안된 문장계획언어이다. 문장계획언어는 문장을 생성하기 위한 다양한 구문적, 의미적인 사양들을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서 우리는 한국어 분석을 위해서 의존문법에 기반한 한국어 분석기를 사용하고, 영어의 생성을 위해서 펜맨을 사용한다. 그리고 한국어 해석의 결과인 문장의 의존구조를 펜맨의 입력인 문장계획언어로 변환하는 모듈을 작성하였다.

  • NOx의 배출저감 방법으로 선박용 디젤엔진의 최적화만으로는 배기가스의 NOx 배출량 제한을 만족시킬 수 없기 때문에 반드시 배기가스를 후처리하여 NOx를 저감할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 개발 중에 있는 선박용 SCR 촉매 유닛 일체형 덕트용 오일 버너 시스템에서 요소수를 NH3로 효과적으로 변환하기 위한 이류체 노즐과 믹싱 챔버 덕트에 관한 설계 타당성 여부를 속도분포 및 온도분포에 대한 전산열유동 해석을 통해 검토하고자 한다.

Evaluation of abrasion for non-abrasive denture cleanser

  • Objectives: To compare and evaluate the degree of abrasion of the denture base resin according to the type of denture cleansers. Methods: Denture base resin specimens were prepared and dried. The resin specimens were installed in the automatic brushing machine so that the toothbrush weighed 200 g. The brushing was performed 1,000 times each, a total of 10,000 times using (1) distilled water (DW), (2) non-abrasive cleanser (NAC), and (3) toothpaste (TP), respectively. Thirty specimens were allocated for each group. The thickness of abrasion by brushing was calculated by converting the weight of the specimen. Results: In all DW, NAC, and TP groups, significant differences were found in the average amount of abrasion of the resin specimen due to 1,000 to 10,000 brushings (p<0.001). The average abrasion amount of the resin specimen due to brushing 10,000 times was 2.31±1.20 ㎛ in DW group, 2.52±0.25 ㎛ in NAC group, 6.50±0.60 ㎛ in TP group, and the amount of abrasion in the TP group was statistically significant compared to other groups (p<0.001). Conclusions: The use of TP is not recommended as a method for maintaining the longevity of dentures and for oral health, and NAC was considered to be possible to be used as a denture cleanser because it had a similar amount of abrasion of that of DW.

Production automation system for three-dimensional template pieces used to evaluate shell plate completeness

  • In the shipbuilding industry, three-dimensional (3D) templates play a key role in the completeness evaluation of shell plates with a large curvature in the shell-plate fabrication process. Currently, the information of 3D templates from a ship computer-aided design system is limited; thus, manufacturers depend on their experience to produce the templates manually. This results in the inaccuracy of templates in addition to increased production time. Therefore, if the pieces of the 3D templates can be produced automatically with accurate information, the lead time of the fabrication process can be reduced. In this study, we define a new type of template piece and develop methods for extending a boundary template and converting manufacturing information into numerical control machine input. In addition, based on the results of the study, we propose a production automation system for 3D template pieces. This system is expected to reduce the lead time of the fabrication process.

  • The EV electric vehicle market is growing rapidly worldwide. An electric vehicle means a vehicle that uses energy charged through an electricity source as power. The precision of the press is important to mass-produce the drive motor, which is a key component of the electric vehicle. The size of the driving motor is increasing, and The size of the mold is also growing. In this study, the precision of large high-speed presses for mass production of driving motors was measured. A study was conducted on the measurement method of press and the analysis of measurement data. A drive motor is a component that transmits power by converting electrical energy into kinetic energy. EV driven motors have key material properties to improve efficiency. The material properties are the thickness of the material. As a method for improving performance, use a 0.2mm thin steel sheet. Mold is also becoming larger. As the mold grows, the size of the high-speed press for mass production of the driving motor is also increasing. Also, the precision of the press is the most important because it uses a thin iron plate material. So the importance of large press precision is being emphasized. 오디세우스 대용량 검색 엔진을 위한 병렬 웹 크롤러의 구현 (Implementation of a Parallel Web Crawler for the Odysseus Large-Scale Search Engine)

  • 웹의 크기가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 인터넷에서 정보를 얻는 수단으로서 검색 엔진의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 검색 엔진은 사용자에게 최신의 정보를 검색 결과로서 제공하기 위해 웹 페이지를 주기적으로 수집하고 이를 데이타베이스에 저장한다. 웹 크롤러는 이러한 목적으로 웹 페이지를 수집하는 프로그램이다. 대부분의 검색 엔진은 제한된 시간 내에 많은 수의 웹 페이지를 수집하기 위해 다수의 머신을 사용하는 병렬 웹 크롤러를 이용한다. 그러나, 병렬 웹 크롤러의 아키텍처와 세부 구현 방법이 잘 알려져 있지 않기 때문에 실제로 병렬 웹 크롤러를 구현하는 데에 어려움이 많다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 웹 크롤러(parallel web crawler)의 아키텍처와 세부 구현 방법을 제시한다. 병렬 웹 크롤러는 다수의 머신에서 웹 페이지를 병렬적으로 수집하기 위해 조정자(coordinator) 대리자(agent) 구조의 2-티어(tier) 모델을 사용한다. 조정자/대리자 모델은 각 머신에서 웹 페이지를 수집하기 위한 다수의 대리자들과 이 대리자들을 관리하기 위한 하나의 조정자로 구성된다. 병렬 웹 크롤러는 웹 페이지를 수집하기 위한 크롤링(crawling) 모듈, 수집한 웹 페이지를 데이타베이스 로딩 포맷으로 변환하기 위한 컨버팅(converting) 모듈, 수집된 웹 페이지의 중요도를 계산하기 위한 랭킹(ranking) 모듈로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 웹 크롤러의 각 모듈들을 설명하고, 세부 구현 방법을 설명한다. 마지막으로, 실험을 통해 병렬 웹 크롤러의 성능을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 제안된 병렬, 웹 크롤러가 수집해야할 웹 페이지 개수와 머신 개수에 따라 확장 가능함을 보였다.

화자 겹침 검출 시스템의 프레임워크 전환 연구 (Framework Switching of Speaker Overlap Detection System)

  • 본 논문에서는 화자 겹침 시스템을 소개하고 인공지능 분야에서 널리 사용되는 프레임워크에서 이미 구축된 시스템을 전환하는 과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 화자 겹침은 대화 과정에서 두 명 이상의 화자가 동시에 발성하는 것을 말하며, 사전에 화자 겹침을 탐지하여 음성인식이나 화자인식의 성능 저하를 예방할 수 있으므로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 인공지능을 이용한 다양한 응용 시스템의 활용도가 높아지면서 인공지능 프레임워크 (framework) 간의 전환이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 프레임워크 전환 시 각 프레임워크의 고유 특성에 의하여 성능 저하가 관찰되고 있으며 이는 프레임워크 전환을 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 케라스 (Keras) 기반 화자 겹침 시스템을 파이토치 (pytorch) 시스템으로 전환하는 과정을 기술하고 고려해야 할 구성 요소들을 정리하였다. 프레임워크 전환 결과 기존 케라스 기반 화자 겹침 시스템보다 파이토치로 전환된 시스템에서 더 좋은 성능을 보여 체계적인 프레임워크 전환의 기본 연구로서 가치를 지닌다고 할 수 있다.

A Study on Infra-Technology of RCP Interaction System

  • The RT(Robot Technology) has been developed as the next generation of a future technology. According to the 2002 technical report from Mitsubishi R&D center, IT(Information Technology) and RT(Robotic Technology) fusion system will grow five times larger than the current IT market at the year 2015. Moreover, a recent IEEE report predicts that most people will have a robot in the next ten years. RCP(Robotic Cellular Phone), CP(Cellular Phone) having personal robot services, will be an intermediate hi-tech personal machine between one CP a person and one robot a person generations. RCP infra consists of $RCP^{Mobility}$, $RCP^{Interaction}$, $RCP^{Integration}$ technologies. For $RCP^{Mobility}$, human-friendly motion automation and personal service with walking and arming ability are developed. $RCP^{Interaction}$ ability is achieved by modeling an emotion-generating engine and $RCP^{Integration}$ that recognizes environmental and self conditions is developed. By joining intelligent algorithms and CP communication network with the three base modules, a RCP system is constructed. Especially, the RCP interaction system is really focused in this paper. The $RCP^{interaction}$(Robotic Cellular Phone for Interaction) is to be developed as an emotional model CP as shown in figure 1. $RCP^{interaction}$ refers to the sensitivity expression and the link technology of communication of the CP. It is interface technology between human and CP through various emotional models. The interactive emotion functions are designed through differing patterns of vibrator beat frequencies and a feeling system created by a smell injection switching control. As the music influences a person, one can feel a variety of emotion from the vibrator's beats, by converting musical chord frequencies into vibrator beat frequencies. So, this paper presents the definition, the basic theory and experiment results of the RCP interaction system. We confirm a good performance of the RCP interaction system through the experiment results.
