프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨터 관련학과 뿐만 아니라 공학과 자연과학분야에 걸쳐서 모두 요구되고 있다. 더욱이 최근에는 초등학교와 중등학교에서도 소프트웨어 교육의 중요한 부분으로 프로그래밍 교육이 강조되고 있다. 프로그래밍 능력은 국가의 경쟁력을 이루는 필수적인 요소로 이해되고 있어, 이를 위한 학습시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구글에서 개발한 Blockly graphic 툴을 이용해서 웹상에서 실행하는 webc 프로그래밍 융합 학습시스템을 구현하였다. 또 학습시스템 안에는 문제 중심의 학습에 이용할 수 있는 초보자용 문제세트가 내장되어 있다. 이 문제세트는 20여년 동안 현장에서 검증받은 문제들로 학습자들이 최단 시간 내에 초보를 탈출할 수 있게 해주는 문제세트 들이다. Blockly webc 프로그래밍 융합 학습시스템은 이미 개발된 Simple Visual Language2 프로그래밍 학습시스템과 함께 초보자를 위한 프로그래밍 학습시스템으로 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we try to define and classify the concepts of Convergent Research of Korean-Western Medicine (CRKWM) to clarify the goals of research. In addition, some suggestions that are necessary to promote the CRKWM were made. The results are as follows. First, the CRKWM should be used as a concept that refers to 'interdisciplinary research' jointly conducted by experts in both Korean and Western medicines beyond their own fields. Second, True CRKWM is an "eclectic combination of East-West" that combines the advantages of traditional Korean medicine and western medicine to create a new field; it is necessary to redefine the concept of 'Integrative medicine', which is used in different context by the traditional Korean medicine and western fields in Korea, as an "eclectic combination of East-West" type. Third, In order to promote the CRKWM, it is necessary to convert the current dual medical system of relativism to one of pluralism. Forth, In order for CRKWM to be promoted, methodologies, theories, and models that become the backbones of convergence should be developed. As of now, systems medicine and network science are the best fit. Fifthly, In order to promote convergent clinical research, the development of Korean-Western diagnostic model that integrates the pathologies of Western medicine and symptoms of Korean medicine is urgent. Lastly, Mutual understanding between Korean and Western medicine fields should be preceded in order for CRKWM to be stimulated.

본 논문에서는 경사진 그레인 포트 형상을 가진 고체 연료를 사용한 하이브리드 로켓의 연소 특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. $1^{\circ}$의 경사각을 갖는 수렴, 확산 형상 고체 연료는 원통형 연료에 비해 충전 효율이 6.8 % 더 높았다. 수렴 형상의 그레인 포트를 갖는 연료에서는 경사각이 없는 원통형 연료에 비해 동일 산화제 유속 구간에서 후퇴율이 평균 17.5 % 증가하였으나 확산 형상 연료에서는 후퇴율의 차이가 크지 않았다. 또한, 수렴 형상의 연료를 사용한 경우 특성속도 및 특성속도효율이 증가하였으며, 이를 통해 하이브리드 로켓 연료에서 수렴 형상의 그레인 포트가 연소 효율 및 성능을 개선하는데 효과적임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide useful information by analysis on mathematic classes for improve interactions between teacher and student using the Flanders Category System. For this, mathematic classes were observed by videotapes and recorded, 10 recorded videotapes were selected for analysis the property of linguistic interaction. The collected videotapes and records materials were transcribed by Advanced Flanders(AF) analysis program version 3.54. The detail investigated topics for studying are as follows. 1) What is the property of the Flanders 10 code analysis results? 2) What is the property of main and subsidiary linguistic flow of interaction? 3) What is the property of the Flanders index analysis results? The results of this study are as follow: 1) In Flanders 10 code analysis results, teacher's non-directive speaking is 12.76%, teacher's Indicative speaking is 50.28%, student's reactive speaking is 4.07%, student's voluntary speaking is 9.66%. 2) Among the 10 classes, 5 classes' main flow is 'ask convergent question ${\rightarrow}$ student's reactive speaking ${\rightarrow}$ lecture ${\rightarrow}$ ask convergent question', 2 classes' main flow is 'lecture ${\rightarrow}$ ask convergent question ${\rightarrow}$ student's reactive speaking ${\rightarrow}$ lecture', 3 classes' main and subsidiary flow is 'lecture ${\rightarrow}$ ask convergent question ${\rightarrow}$ lecture ${\rightarrow}$ work'. 3) In indices results, revised I/d ratio, student's speaking ratio, student question, wide answer ratio are higher than analysis standard and indirect ratio, teacher's question ratio are lower than analysis standard.

Objectives: Coriolus versicolor is an edible mushroom with physiological activities that has been used in traditional medicine. The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial activity of extracts obtained from Coriolus versicolor against oral pathogens. Methods: The antimicrobial activities of various extracts of Coriolus versicolor were examined by disc diffusion assay, and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of these extracts were also was determined by broth dilution method. The growth inhibition effect of extracts was measured at 600 nm for 12 hrs against Streptococcus ratti, Streptococcus criceti, Aggregati--bacter actinomycetemcomitans, Actinomyces viscosus, and Actinomyces israelii. Results: Coriolus versicolor extracts showed antimicrobial activities against all nine oral pathogens through disc diffusion assay. The ethanol extract and ethyl acetate extract differed significantly compared with acetone extract against Streptococcus ratti, Streptococcus criceti, Actinomyces viscosus, Actinomyces israelii and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (p<0.05). These extracts exhibited MIC ranges of 2.63 to >10.50 mg/ml against the tested bacteria. The ethanol extract from Coriolus versicolor showed lower MIC values of 2.63 to 5.25 mg/ml. According to the obtained growth curve, the extracts of Coriolus versicolor were more effective against Actinomyces viscosus. Conclusions: The acetone, ethanol, and ethyl acetate extracts from Coriolus versicolor showed antimicrobial activities against Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus sanguinis, Streptococcus sobrinus, Streptococcus ratti, Streptococcus criceti, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Actinomyces viscosus, and Actinomyces israeli.i Therefore, they could be considered as natural oral antimicrobial agents against oral pathogens.

본 연구의 목적은 유도된 발목 근피로 시 테이핑, 스트레칭 그리고 초음파가 융합적 균형능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 건강한 성인 남녀 39명이 본 연구에 자발적으로 참여하였다. 발목 근피로 유발 이후 대상자들은 테이핑, 정적 스트레칭 또는 초음파 그룹으로 무작위 선정되었다. 그리고 각 그룹에 해당하는 중재방법이 적용되었다. 균형 능력은 Space Balance 3D를 이용하여 발목 근피로 전과 후 그리고 중재 후에 측정되었다. 균형능력은 그룹 간 유의한 차이는 없었지만(p>.05), 그룹 내 모두에서 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). 그러므로 발목 근 피로에 테이핑, 정적 스트레칭 그리고 초음파는 융합적 균형능력에 효과적일 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 측정변수 측정과 치료적 중재를 적용하여 치료적 효과를 증명할 필요가 있다.

In the current lighting market, LEDs that have a high luminous efficiency, a long life and consume less power have emerged as next generation lighting. Owing to various designs and sizes of LEDs, the production process of existing LEDs involves many tasks that require manual labor; hence, the assembly of LEDs necessitates manpower. Because of the use of manpower, the production costs of LEDs increases and production efficiency decreases. Recently, the assembly parts of LEDs have been standardized for minimizing manual labor, and an LED is developed as an LED panel. The automatic assembly system produces LED convergent lighting by assembling two LED panels and one diffusion cover. To increase the production efficiency of the LED convergent lighting module, it is important that the development of a feeder can continuously supply the LED panels is required, and whose design has sufficient stability. The automatic assembly system of the LED convergent lighting module consists of two feeders, which convey LED panels and diffusion covers to a main conveyor, which assembles the lifted panels and covers. In this study, structural analysis and fatigue life for forced loads on the conveyer line of the feeder in the process of lifting LED panels and diffusion covers of each feeder, is analyzed. In addition, the drive of the belt constituting the conveyor line of each feeder is simulated, and the dynamic characteristics of the belt is analyzed using the virtual engineering method.

디지털 컨버전스의 기술 혁신은 언론 부문에서 핵심적인 노동이라고 할 수 있는 기자노동에도 막대한 영향을 주고 있다. 노동과정론에 따르면, 자본주의적 생산양식에서 기술혁신으로 인해 노동자들은 노동에 대한 통제력을 상실해가면서 탈숙련화의 과정을 겪어 왔고, 경영진들은 억압적인 노동조건을 은폐하고 노동자들을 더욱 효율적으로 통제하기 위해 이데올로기적, 정치적 장치들을 도입해 왔다. 이러한 문제의식 위에서 본 연구는 뉴스룸 통합의 기술혁신이 기자노동의 숙련도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지, 또 경영진들이 기자들을 통제하기 위해 사용하는 전략이 무엇인지를 CBS 통합뉴스룸의 사례를 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 통합뉴스룸 도입으로 인해 기자들은 숙련노동에 대한 통제력을 상실해가면서 탈숙련화되고 있었다. 또한, 경영진들은 새로운 뉴스생산관행, 가족주의 노사문화에 대한 노동자들의 동의를 획득해 나갔으며, 내부노동시장 분절화를 통해 기업권력의 강화와 노동사회의 고립화 전략을 취하고 있었다.

본 연구에서는 왕호장 열매 추출물(FSR)의 항염증 효과를 측정하였다. 왕호장 열매 추출물은 RAW 264.7 macrophage 세포에서 염증 사이토카인($1L-1{\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$)의 발현을 억제하였으며, 농도 의존적으로 NO 생성을 억제하고, 그 효과는 $100{\mu}g/mL$ 농도에서 51%로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라, iNOS와 COX-2의 mRNA와 단백질 발현을 모두 억제함을 확인하였다. 따라서 왕호장 열매 추출물은 항염증 효능을 갖는 화장품 소재로서의 개발 가능성이 클 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 혈액여과투석 환자의 치료이행을 측정할 수 있는 지표와 분류기준을 개발하고 치료이행 정도를 측정할 수 있는 전문가의 의견이 반영된 융합형 도구를 개발하고자 시도되었다. 총 300명의 혈액여과투석 환자를 대상으로 자료가 수집되었으며, 저유량 혈액투석, 고유량 혈액투석 치료이행과 불이행에 대한 선행연구 결과 및 전문가 그룹, 임상전문가 그룹의 구성타당도, 내용타당도를 거쳐 혈액여과투석 지표와 분류기준을 개발하였다. 개발된 혈액여과투석 치료이행 지표와 분류기준의 판별분석력을 정준상관판별분석으로 검증한 결과 3가지 지표의 혈액여과투석 치료이행 판별분석력은 95.6%(wilks ramda=.256, p=.002)이었다. 또한 임상형 혈액여과투석 치료이행 측정도구는 91.7%의 판별력을 가진 것으로 검증되었다. 혈액여과투석 치료이행은 환자의 건강상태 악화와 합병증 발생 전 단계에서 환자교육과 간호중재가 이루어질 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있으며 본 연구의 결과는 향후 혈액투석환자의 합병증 예방을 위한 간호중재의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
