사회적으로 규정된 성별 역할차이는 디지털기기가 일상화된 21세기에도 디지털기기 활용의 성별차이로 이어지고 있다. 디지털기기 활용에 대한 성별, 연령대별 차이에 대한 종전연구가 디지털기기 접근성을 중심으로 발생한 격차를 다루었다면, 초고속 인터넷과 모바일의 급속한 성장으로 열린 스마트시대는 휴대전화이용객의 80%이상이 언제 어디서나 물리적으로 디지털기기에 접근가능한 상태이므로 전시대의 물리적 접근격차로서는 중장년 여성의 디지털기기 미활용 현상을 설명하는 데 한계가 있다. 본고에서는 여성의 디지털기기 활용을 사회기술융합적인 관점에서 접근하여 가장 보편적인 여가활동이며 디지털화에 민감한 관광이라는 목적적 활동을 중심으로 2013년에 열린 순천 정원박람회 참가객을 대상으로 중년여성의 디지털기기 활용을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 인터넷과 디지털 기술 선진국에서 보여지는 여성의 디지털기기 활용의 이중적인 양상으로 해석될 수 있으며, 중년여성의 디지털기기 활용의 비활성화는 기술적 요인과 융합된 사회적, 정서적 요인으로 파악되어 한국사회에서 여성의 사회적 경제적 위치를 함의적으로 시사하며 동시에 생산자 측면에서는 향후 디지털기기 마케팅에 정성적 커뮤니케이션의 필요성을 환기시킨다.

The IT convergence industry is expected to create some high added-value, yet the IT convergence service is still in its introductory stage, which requires the utilization of yet to be tried future technologies and development methodologies that have been never tried in the past; therefore, there is certain risk involved regarding the success of development during the introduction of service and the development of technology. From such perspective, this study found examples of the services in the IT convergence industries and the application technologies for the realization of those services; and conducted a research based on the examples, using the technical Characteristics classification; and based on the result, analyzed the standards and the peculiarity of technologies employed for the IT convergence service and the correlation and the complementarity between them; also identified the standards and the peculiarity of technologies required by the IT convergence services and analyzed the correlation between them; and finally analyzed the compatibility between the IT convergence services and the applied technologies. The conclusion of this study is expected to be utilized for selecting technologies for the introduction and the operation of the optimal IT convergence service and as a benchmark as well.

공공 디자인에서 공공성의 실현 여부를 판단하는 데는 해당 디자인의 수행 과정과 방향성 등 다양한 측면이 고려 돼야한다. 공공 디자인이란 공공성을 갖춘 디자인이다. 그럼에도 무엇보다도 사용자에게 미적관심을 유발시키는 것이 우선이다. 한편, 디자인의 편의성은 심미성을 높이는데 기여하기도 한다. 연구자가 시도한 융복합적인 인터랙션을 적용한 공공디자인은 공공장소에서 사적 영역의 보호와 같은 공공성을 체험토록 기획하였다. 꽃술을 모티브로 하여 심미성에 바탕을 두면서 기능적으로는 뉴미디어의 인터랙션을 활용한 이 공용 벤치 디자인 제안은 사용자의 미적 반응에서 시작하여 편의성과 쾌적함 나아가 사용자가 체험하는 공공성의 경험이 공공 디자인의 의미와 가치판단을 가능하게 하는 요소임을 제시한다.

Research data means data used or created in the course of research or experiments. Research data is very important for validation of research conducted and for use in future research and projects. Recently, convergence research between various fields and international cooperation has been continuously done due to the explosive increase of research data and the increase in the complexity of science and technology. Developed countries are actively promoting open science policies that share research results and processes to create new knowledge and values through convergence research. Communities to promote the sharing and utilization of research data such as RDA (Research Data Alliance) and COAR (Confederation of Open Access Repositories) are active, and various platforms for managing and sharing research data are being developed and used. OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research In Europe), a research data platform in Europe, ARDC (Australian Research Data Commons) in Australia, and IRDB (Institutional Repositories DataBase) in Japan provide research data or research data related services. Korea has been establishing and implementing a research data sharing and utilization strategy to promote the sharing and utilization of research data at the national level, led by the central government. Based on this strategy, KISTI has been building a Korean research data platform (DataON) since 2018, and has been providing research data sharing and utilization services to users since January 2020. This paper reviews the characteristics of DataON and how it is used for research by showing its applications.

Setting RAM target value for a defense system plays a crucial role in the development and design phases and the production phase as well. It is apparent that the achieved RAM target value can help maximizing the combat capability of a defense system and improving its performance throughout the system's life cycle from acquisition phase to disposal. Usually a defense system operates according to its OMS/MP (Operational Mode Summary / Mission Profile) and it consists of several subsystems which are supposed to be operated at each utilization rate under its operating conditions and the mission profiles assigned. In this study, a method of setting RAM target value is proposed for a defense system that are composed of several independent subsystems considering their utilization rates and the mission profiles assigned. And the case study of applying the proposed method of setting RAM target value to system A is dealt with.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the strategic direction of organizations and their employees to efficiently utilize smart factories and enhance business performance among Korean manufacturing companies. Research design, data, and methodology: We derived a structured research model to check the mediated effect of utilization of smart factory between the characteristics of smart factory and the innovation activities. Results: Quality characteristics of smart factory and Innovation activities were all found to have a statistically significant effect on utilization of smart factory, utilization of smart factory was found to have a statistically significant effect on the business performance. And it has been shown that the utilization of smart factory is partially mediated relative to the quality characteristics of smart factory and business performance and relative to innovation activities and business performance. Conclusions: Smart factory builders can reflect the areas that affect utilization of the smart factory in their strategies by considering the quality characteristics of the smart factory and innovation Activities. Therefore, smart factory builders can identify the quality characteristics of smart factory and reflect them in the process and analyze active utilize measures through the innovative activities of the employees of the organization, thereby influencing business performance.

본 연구는 중·고령자의 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도(PC, 모바일)와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원에서 수집한 '2017년도 디지털 정보격차 실태조사' 데이터를 활용하였으며, 만 55세 이상 중·고령자 2,300명 중 인터넷을 이용하는 1,488명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 이후 구조방정식을 활용하여 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 수준이 높을수록 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인하였다. 그러나 PC 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도는 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 중·고령자의 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 교육과 사회적 지지 증진 교육과의 연계성을 높이거나 사회적 지지를 함께 활용하여 효과적인 삶의 만족도 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 방안의 기초자료로 활용 가능하다. 또한 온라인 사회관계서비스 활용도를 하나로 측정했던 한계점을 극복하고, 모바일과 PC로 구분하여 실질적으로 효과가 높은 도구를 선별해내었다는 것에 연구의 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 교육청 공무원들의 데이터 활용 실태와 빅데이터 활용에 대한 인식을 조사하여 광역시·도교육청 차원에서의 빅데이터 활용을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 A도교육청 공무원 440명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 조사결과 교육청 공무원들이 업무에 활용하는 데이터 유형과 출처는 다양하였으며, 데이터 활용에 있어 데이터 수집 및 정제가 가장 어려운 부분으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 데이터 활용을 위한 소속 교육청의 인프라는 부족한 실정으로, 빅데이터 인프라 구축이 가장 필요한 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 빅데이터에 대한 지식수준은 낮지만 빅데이터 활용의 관심과 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 빅데이터 활용 목적은 현재의 교육 문제점과 해결 대안, 미래 예측에 대한 전망과 해결, 교육 수요자들의 요구 파악 등 교육정책 의제 설정과 관련되어 있었다.

2015 개정 교육과정은 창의 융합 인재를 키우고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 SW 교육은 컴퓨팅 사고력을 높이기 위한 다양한 융합교육 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 위한 독서교육과 로봇활용 교육 중심의 SW융합교육의 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 카드코딩 기반의 로봇을 이용한 SW 교육과 온작품읽기와 상호텍스트성을 토대로한 독서교육을 융합하여 SW 교육 교수학습을 설계하였다. 결국 이러한 독서와 SW의 융합교육은 컴퓨팅 사고력의 개념, 실습, 관점의 3가지 영역을 모두 향상시켰으며 학습자의 만족도를 높였다.
