  • Since the domestic internet banking environment has established for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), the internet banking service is not able to use in the open operating system and web browser such as linux and freeBSD. To solve the :problem, we develop the digital signature system used the seed for the digital payment system in the open software environment. Because the domestic internet banking performs the certificate and digital signature verification through official certificate that the official certificate authority issues, we analyze and develop the verification of validity system for the official certificate. Since the virtual internet banking environment is already established in the web server developing under the self-abilities, the basic internet banking service can be performed installing the certificate in the client which has the mozilla porting the seed. Finally, we can confirm that the certificate and digital signature are performed normally through the experiment.

  • Robot collects surrounding information to recognize tile unknown environment by using various sensors such as visual, infrared ray and ultra sonic sensors. Although visual sensor is the most popular one, it has some difficulties in collecting data in dark or too bright environment due to sensitivity of the light. It also requests significant amount of calculation on collecting data from certain images with marked, straight and curved ones. As an alternative, ultra sonic sensor can simply overcome this visual sensing system's flaw and easily be used. It is easier than visual system, especially in case of collecting data on object and distance in dark environment. Ultra sonic sensor can replace the expensive visual sensing system not only in avoiding obstacles but also in reaching to the target area smoothly. The purpose of this paper is to develop the algorithm to optimize the environmental recognition, path planning and free-ranging by minimizing errors caused by inaccurate information and by considering characteristics of the ultra sonic rays such as refraction and diffusion. This paper also realizes the system that can recognize the environment and make the appropriate path planning by applying the algorithm on this moving robot.

  • The sensor network that is component of the Internet of Things require a lot of research to select the best route to send information to the anchor node, to collect a number of environment and cost efficient for communication between the sensor life. On the sensor network in one of the components of IOT's environment, sensor nodes are an extension device with low power low capacity. For routing method for data transmission between the sensor nodes, the connection between the anchor and the node must be accurate with in adjacent areas relatively. Localization CA (Centroid Algorithm) is often used although an error frequently occurs. In this paper, we propose a range-free localization method between sensor nodes based on the Radical Line in order to solve this problem.

  • Squat exercise is one of the free weight exercises that are recognized as important from a bio-mechanical point of view. It is an important exercise to train lower extremity muscles in daily activities or sports activities and to strengthen trunk and lower body strength. It is effective and accurate to use a variety of assistive devices to calibrate athletic posture with squat exercise supported interactive device. The issues of the structural analysis for design a foot plate for squat exercise is to model the behavior by simplifying the dynamic behavior. In this paper, the authors proposed a exercise system design method for the vertical load distribution and bio-mechanical signal process used for the squat exercise mechanism analysis, and based on these results, designed device can make the more safe and reliable free weight exercise. It is applied to system design through design method with kinematic dynamic, VR device and estimation model of exercise.

  • Objectives : Agrimoniae Herba is a herbal medicine widely distributed in Asia and contains flavonoids including catechin, quercitrin, rutin, hyperoside, and quercetin. This study aimed to investigate the anti-oxidant activity and skin barrier function of different solvent fractions (Hexane; methylene chloride, MC; ethyl acetate, EA; n-butanol, Bu; Water) obtained from Agrimoniae Herba. Methods : Anti-oxidant activity of different solvent fractions obtained from Agrimoniae Herba was investigated through total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity, and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activity measurements. Then, filament aggregating protein (Filaggrin), Type I collagen, ceramide synthase (CERS) 3, and CERS4 were analyzed to evaluate the skin barrier strengthening effect of different solvent fractions obtained from Agrimoniae Herba on UVB-stimulated HaCaT cells. Results : As a result of measuring total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, and ABTS radical scavenging activity, antioxidant activity was found to be excellent in the order of EA > Bu > MC > Hexane > Water. As a result of measuring mRNA gene expression of Type I collagen, Filaggrin, CERS3, and CERS4 after UVB-stimulated was applied to HaCaT cells treated with different solvent fractions obtained from Agrimoniae Herba, it was found to increase significantly in the Bu-treated group. Conclusion : Our findings show that the Bu sample obtained from Agrimoniae Herba has excellent anti-oxidant ability, which increases Type I collagen, Filaggrin, and ceramide synthetase in UVB-stimulated HaCaT cells to control the skin barrier improvement effect.

  • The objective of this study was to quantitatively estimate the level of grazing area damage in outdoor free-range pig production using a Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) with an RGB image sensor. Ten corn field images were captured by a UAV over approximately two weeks, during which gestating sows were allowed to graze freely on the corn field measuring 100 × 50 m2. The images were corrected to a bird's-eye view, and then divided into 32 segments and sequentially inputted into the YOLOv4 detector to detect the corn images according to their condition. The 43 raw training images selected randomly out of 320 segmented images were flipped to create 86 images, and then these images were further augmented by rotating them in 5-degree increments to create a total of 6,192 images. The increased 6,192 images are further augmented by applying three random color transformations to each image, resulting in 24,768 datasets. The occupancy rate of corn in the field was estimated efficiently using You Only Look Once (YOLO). As of the first day of observation (day 2), it was evident that almost all the corn had disappeared by the ninth day. When grazing 20 sows in a 50 × 100 m2 cornfield (250 m2/sow), it appears that the animals should be rotated to other grazing areas to protect the cover crop after at least five days. In agricultural technology, most of the research using machine and deep learning is related to the detection of fruits and pests, and research on other application fields is needed. In addition, large-scale image data collected by experts in the field are required as training data to apply deep learning. If the data required for deep learning is insufficient, a large number of data augmentation is required.

  • To distinguish cancer cells from normal cells, H&E (Hematoxylin & Eosin) staining is required. Pathological staining requires a lot of money and time. Recently, a digital dyeing method has been introduced to reduce such cost and time. In this paper, we propose a novel digital pathology algorithms. The first algorithm is the Pair method. This method learns the dyed phase image and unstained amplitude image taken by FPM (Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy) and converts it into a dyed amplitude image. The second algorithm is the unpair method. This method use the stained and unstained fluorescence microscopic images for modeling. In this study, digital staining was performed using a generative adversarial network (GAN). From the experimental results, we noticed that both the pair and unpair algorithms shows the excellent performance.

  • 100 different yeast colonies were isolated from spontaneously fermented kiwis, persimmons, apples, pears, watermelons, grapes, grape fruits, peachs, and plums, and selected yeast strains were used to produce kiwi-persimmon mixed wine (KPMW). Among the isolates, five representative strains exhibited tolerance to sucrose, alcohol, pH, and potassium metabisulfite when compared with the control yeast strain (Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCCM 12615). All five yeast strains (Y4, Y10, Y28, Y78, and Y81) exhibited 99% 26S rDNA sequence similarity to S. cerevisiae. The pH, acidity, Brix, reducing sugar, alcohol, and organic acid contents were consistent in KPMW prepared from the S. cerevisiae KCCM 12615 and Y28 strains. KPMW made from the Y4, Y10, and Y28 strains exhibited lower quantities of free sugars than those of the KPMW made from the other yeast strains. The level of ethyl esters in KPMW prepared from the Y28 was higher than that in the other KPMWs. All strains, except for Y28, produced lower concentrations of sulfur and ketone compounds. Furthermore, the KPMW produced by the Y28 strains had total phenolic contents with 1.1 g/L, with DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of 57.06% and 55.62%, respectively, and a FRAP assay value of 0.72. Our results suggest that Y28 is a promising yeast strain for producing high-quality wines.

  • Exact solutions are presented for the free vibration and buckling of rectangular plates haying two opposite edges ( x=0 and a) simply supported and the other two ( y=0 and b) clamped, with the simply supported edges subjected to a linearly varying normal stress $\sigma$$_{x}$=- $N_{0}$[1-a(y/b)]/h, where h is the plate thickness. By assuming the transverse displacement ( w) to vary as sin(m$\pi$x/a), the governing partial differential equation of motion is reduced to an ordinary differential equation in y with variable coefficients. for which an exact solution is obtained as a power series (the method of Frobenius). Applying the clamped boundary conditions at y=0 and byields the frequency determinant. Buckling loads arise as the frequencies approach zero. A careful study of the convergence of the power series is made. Buckling loads are determined for loading parameters a= 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5. 2, for which a=2 is a pure in-plane bending moment. Comparisons are made with published buckling loads for a= 0, 1, 2 obtained by the method of integration of the differential equation (a=0) or the method of energy (a=1, 2). Novel results are presented for the free vibration frequencies of rectangular plates with aspect ratios a/b =0.5, 1, 2 when a=2, with load intensities $N_{0}$ / $N_{cr}$ =0, 0.5, 0.8, 0.95, 1. where $N_{cr}$ is the critical buckling load of the plate. Contour plots of buckling and free vibration mode shapes ate also shown.shown.
