Recently, big data analysis can use various techniques according to the development of machine learning. Big data collected in reality lacks an automated refining technique for the same or similar terms based on semantic analysis of the relationship between words. Since most of the big data is described in general sentences, it is difficult to understand the meaning and terms of the sentences. To solve these problems, it is necessary to understand the morphological analysis and meaning of sentences. Accordingly, NLP, a technique for analyzing natural language, can understand the word's relationship and sentences. Among the NLP techniques, the transformer has been proposed as a way to solve the disadvantages of RNN by using self-attention composed of an encoder-decoder structure of seq2seq. In this paper, transformers are used as a way to form associations between words in order to understand the words and phrases of sentences extracted from big data.

Electricity is essential energy in modern society, such as being used in various industries. However, the rate of fires occurring on electric wiring to deal with it is very high. In this work, we implemented a system to predict the temperature change of an electric circuit through analysis using various regression models. To do so, we collected the temperature data of 27 types of magnetic switches which control electric circuits as well as trained the regression models by using the collected temperature data. In our experiments, we confirmed that the regression models can be trained at a sufficiently usable level since the difference between the actual temperature and predicted temperature is about 4℃. The results of our work will be useful to predict the temperature of electric circuits and preventing fires on them.

Under the Act on Medical Technicians, etc. in Korea, medical technicians are supposed to perform their duties under the guidance of a doctor or dentist. However, considering the actual work behavior, domestic and international trends, and the level of education of medical technicians, professionalism must be recognized. Such a professional and independent operating system must guarantee the autonomy of medical technicians, and it can be said that changes are necessary in law. In other words, it is necessary to change to "request and prescription" rather than "supervision" according to the needs of the times when the concept of "request" and "cooperation" is applied in many countries and an excellent curriculum. These changes can be called the demands of the times and changes for the improvement of medical services and social contribution.

We analyzes representative technologies of IoT patents and reflects these results in the curriculum of IoT. In order to identify the representative technologies, the IPC codes of the patents were analyzed. Among the main category IPC codes, the most used IPC codes were H04L in Single IPC Patent with 974 cases(32.0%) and G06Q in Multiple IPC Patent with 710 cases(29.2%). As a result of classifying the IPC code into the WIPO technology classification system, the most emphasized technologies are Digital Communication, accounting for about 60.5% in the Single IPC Patent and IT Methods for Management(710 cases, 29.2%) in Multiple IPC Patent. The main points to be considered when organizing the curriculum of IoT are: ∇Emphasis on Digital Communication, ∇Expansion of Education related to IT Methods for Management(Including entrepreneurship and patent application), and ∇Consideration of subjects related to the Convergence of IoT. This research can contribute to the curriculum design of new industrial technologies such as AI and Fintech.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on policy development using big data analysis and machine learning algorithms as part of preparing measures to prevent child abuse. In order to analyze big data for developing machine learning algorithms to prevent child abuse, frequency analysis, related word analysis, and emotional analysis were performed after defining academic databases and social network service data as big data. related words, and emotional analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, a preventive child abuse algorithm can be developed by preparing a data collection and sharing network system to prevent child abuse from the perspective of children affected by child abuse, perpetrators, and government authorities. Although it will be possible by institutionalizing infant self-esteem, depression, and anxiety tests with clues that depression and anxiety appear due to a decrease in self-concept in the characteristics of children affected by child abuse. We suggest that continuous progress of big data collection and analysis and algorithm development research to prevent child abuse, and expects that effective policies to prevent child abuse will be realized to eradicate child abuse crimes.

The Republic of Korea Army(ROKA) has carried out a deep change to prepare for the future war since 2017. For this, Korea Army Research Center for Future & Innovation(KARCFI) established in 2018 tried to spread out boom of innovation toward the whole ROKA. A number of ROKA members mentioned the necessity of research methodology creating future crucial capabilities, weapons, combat concepts, structures, etc. KARCFI researchers established a thinking process for revolution in military affairs(RMA) to rapidly respond field requests and optimized it through validity assessment of professionals and experiment in Army Innovation School. As a result, a thinking process for RMA provided creative ideas with the Army's vision and strategy, was included in its education system. Simultaneously, it became one of methodologies for the Army's research tasks and KCI journals. From now on, a thinking process for RMA will be able to signpost for RMA of the Army through diverse following studies.
The aim of this study was identify national forensic psychiatric hospital nurses' attitudes, perceived meaning, facilitators and barriers to the recovery of mental health. A descriptive study design was used. The participants were 100 nurses working in a national forensic psychiatric hospital. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, scheffe-test using SPSS 26.0 WIN program. Also, content analysis was used for the responses described by the participants. The participants attitude toward recovery from mental health was positive(3.90±0.41), attitude showed significant differences in certification of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner(t=-2.06, p= 042), certification of addiction nurses(t=-2.36, p= 020). The meaning of recovery that participants perceived were symptom mitigation(42.0%), barriers were family indifference and prejudice(31.0%), facilitators were medication, psychiatric rehabilitation program and therapeutic interviews(33.0%). It is necessary to provide education to improve nurses' understand to mental health recovery, organizational efforts are needed to establish a family support system and therapeutic environments for the recovery of mentally disordered offenders.

This research presents the actual situation analysis and suggestions for the changes, experiences, and process of adaptation that college students have experienced throughout their studies and life over the past two years and more. In-depth interviews were conducted with university students, who are educational objects, and qualitative analysis methods were used to explore the overall living experiences under the pandemic situation. The interview questions were composed to cover classes, life, and emotional experiences after COVID-19, and the result of analyzing the responses boiled down to four super-categories of 'adaptation process to a new system, daily incontinence, struggle for health, and longing for connection.' This study is significant in that it analyzed the experiences and intimate changes of individual college students in unexpected and challenging situations, and urged the myriad aspects that universities, society, and the government should illuminate and respond to.

Recently, RFID/USN technology has been applied in various fields such as logistics, environment, education, home network, disaster prevention, military, and medical care, but despite the remarkable development of RFID/USN technology, it is difficult to apply it to marine industry due to the characteristics of poor marine environment. Therefore, satellites are mainly used in the marine sector, and existing communication networks are used in the coast, so measures for forming a shelf-only short-range network in the ocean are being considered. In this paper, we consider the use of drones as mobile base stations of USN as a base station role using USN in existing PS-LTE and LTE networks.Since autonomous navigation vessels are aiming for the intelligent system, the number of crew and labor force should be reduced and the function of autonomous network formation in the form of more stable and intelligent ICT convergence technology should be strengthened.
