  • Information Security Check System was Introduced in 2004, higher than in 2013, the effectiveness of Information Security Management System(ISMS) certification scheme was to unification. This is incident to the Internet affecting people's lives telecommunications service provider to target accountability because, considering the subject's duty selection criteria need to be clarified. however, Obligations under the current legislation, subject selection criteria applying the law itself is ambiguous, the result being a significant problem. Moreover, the regulatory system of certification systems subjects, although selection criteria should be clear and objectively not the obligation not to distrust the system itself and the subject was raised many issues for you. In this study, with SMART Technic in order to improve this certification you can easily determine whether a medical person authorized to develop a model for selection of medical subjects, The developed model is verified through empirical ways to improve the system by presenting the system to help, to secure the effectiveness.

  • The Defense Technology Security Act was enacted in 2015 to protect the defense industrial technology from being duplicated or interfering technologies being developed, which prevents its value and utility from deterioration and prevents inappropriate export. Defense industrial technology refers to technology that should be protected for national security among the national defense science and technology related to the defense industry. However, technical identification criteria of identification and management system of protection technology are not regulated. Therefore, in this study, through the Delphi survey, diesel engine core technology identification criteria related to the high efficiency internal combustion engine propulsion technology among the 141 defense industrial technologies is established to improve the identification and management system of the technology to be protected among the defense industrial technology protection system. As a result of the study, operational operability, durability, safety, sequencing and modularization were established as diesel engine core technology identification criteria.

  • Since the Personal Information Protection Act was enacted in 2011, it has played a role in safely protecting people's personal information and protecting their rights. Personal information controller must comply with the duty of safeguards for safe personal information management. Even though administrative regulation is an accompanying issue, it is not clear to whom, when and how it applies. According to the imposition of duties, the scope, standards, safety measures, procedures, etc. for the target person should be clearly and specifically specified, but the current legal system is insufficient .In this study, problems and reasonable improvement plans were presented for the classification criteria for applicable subjects, the criteria for the criteria for determining the targets, and the criteria for measures to ensure safety. Through this, we intend to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the system by presenting reasonable measures by clarifying and specifying the scope and standards of application.

  • By its simplicity and efficiency, subdivision is a widely used technique in computer graphics, computer aided design and data compression. In this paper we prove a regularity theorem for ternary interpolatory subdivision scheme that can be applied to non-stationary subdivision. This theorem converts the convergence of the limit curve of a ternary interpolatory subdivision to the analysis of the rate of the contraction of differences of the polygons.

  • In this paper, we introduce and study a system of mixed variational inequalities in Banach spaces. By using J-proximal mapping and its Lipschitz continuity for a nonconvex, lower semicontinuous, subdifferentiable, proper functional, an iterative algorithm for computing the approximate solutions of system of mixed variational inequalities is suggested and analyzed. The convergence criteria of the iterative sequences generated by iterative algorithm is also discussed.

  • South Korea is carrying out and expanding smart grid pilot projects to build a framework for a national smart grid and expand overseas markets. It is important to properly evaluate performance for the projects and further develop related businesses in a more desirable direction. This study is to provide evaluation criteria for the performance of smart grid pilot projects and a basis for further continuous development according to the type of projects. Evaluation criteria were selected through reviews of documental materials and expert discussions. The viability of the proposed draft in the situation of South Korea was examined by expert Delphi surveys. The Delphi surveys were conducted twice, and therefrom drawn were 18 evaluation criteria for 6 evaluation categories.

  • This study is to suggest legislation and criteria for public service drones for disaster safety in order to enhance the research and development of the drones by helping setting right direction of the R&D. Many foreign governments are now conducting research and development on using drones as public service for disaster safety. Although there are also some efforts to using drones for public service in Korea, domestic laws and performance criteria for the drones for the purpose have not prepared yet. To set a right direction of the R&D, the laws and criteria shall be legislated and established immediately and then we can enhance the efforts to develop related technology for the drone. So this study proposed a performance criteria to fit various circumstances and situations by analyzing the aviation law in overseas. We hope this study can help R&D on the public service drones for disaster safety.

  • ACM's CSTA has drafted standards for computing curricula and recommended them to schools in the United States. The five core concepts of the US elementary school computing curriculum are computing systems, network and the Internet, data and analysis, algorithms and programming, and impacts of computing. In 2005, Korea prepared ICT education guidelines, including five fields, their subfields, and achievement criteria for each subfield. In the 2015 revised curriculum, software education was introduced and five achievement standards were set. The ACM CSTA has 18 achievement criteria up to K-2 and 21 achievement criteria up to K-5. If we compare the 39 achievement standards of the US to Korea, Korea's 2005 ICT education guidelines include 25 of these, and the 2015 revised curriculum includes 5 of them. In this study, we aim to study the CSTA achievement criteria that second graders should know and the achievement criteria that fifth graders should know. This is compared and analyzed with Korea's 2005 ICT Guidelines and 2015 Software Curriculum. In comparison with the number of achievement standards, the US elementary school's computing achievement standards are much higher than in Korea. Comparing with each standard, there are many areas that are not covered in Korean curriculum, and we can see that the 2015 curriculum has rather receded from 2005.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in the degree of self-determination between the criteria that general high school students consider important when selecting subjects (hereinafter referred to as 'importance') and the criteria that are actually applied when selecting subjects (hereinafter referred to as 'implementation'), based on the existing motivation type discrimination scale and subject selection criteria scale. As a result of analysis based on the data of a total of 786 high school students, the degree of self-determination was found to be different for all 34 questions and 8 factors in importance and implementation. In general, the questions and factors showed a simple structure with the motivation types and showed the lowest correlation with the motivations at both ends of the self-determination continuum. Among the factors that students consider important when selecting subjects and the factors that are actually applied, the 'SAT' factor showed the highest positive correlation with identification control. In addition, it was found that autonomous subject selection was more preferred than subject selection based on extrinsic motivation. These results are not only meaningful as the first study to analyze the degree of self-determination in the subject selection of high school students, but also can be used as useful data for customized subject selection guidance according to the degree of self-determination. The implications of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
