Under the Act amended on August 4, 2011, a special fire-fighting investigation was conducted by the relevant person (owner, manager, oil refineries), and the responsibility was also given to the relevant person. Instead of directly entering all existing fire-fighting targets and investigating the maintenance and management status of fire-fighting facilities, the fire-fighting agency selects and visits some targets every year, checks the maintenance and management status of fire-fighting facilities, corrects them, and imposes fines, etc. Reasons for the introduction of the system were the establishment of a private autonomous correction system by strengthening the responsibility of officials, lack of firefighting professionals, possible corruption due to frequent public contact, and responsibility of fire agencies. Unexpected massive disasters have occurred around the world, causing enormous socio-economic damage. The military has long been enacting laws, organizing organizations and establishing systems for crisis and disaster management, but it did not consider the situation when military essential functions were suspended due to unpredictable and massive disasters. With the September 11 terrorist attacks, the U.S. military has developed COOP strategy aimed at continuing military essential functions in all crisis, and is contributed to national continuity by ensuring uninterrupted national security functions. Korean military has established a crisis and disaster management system, but focuses on managing and controlling disasters and crisis situations. Korean military needs a system to guarantee military essential functions even in national crisis beyond its management capabilities. In this study, We compared and reviewed the U.S. administration and military COOP guidelines and directives, ISO22301 international standards., and developed planning guidelines suitable for the Korean military situation by responding to detailed items based on ISO22301. In particular, the U.S. military(DoD, Army, Navy, Air Force) COOP guidelines were drawn and incorporated into the guidelines(such as protection and succession of command authority, the fulfillment of essential functions and operational security, etc.). The planning guidelines are expected to be used as reference materials for the introduction of COOP systems in the military and the establishment of plans in the future.

In the era of Corona, companion animals provide a lot of comfort to people, and the Pet Pam group, who thinks of companion animals as family members, has appeared. There is also the Pet Pour phenomenon, in which young consumers spend less on their pets and spend on their companion animals. Despite these changes in the times, pet products, including pet food, are still highly dependent on imports. In addition, since domestic standards for cosmetics and supplies for companion animals have not been established, they rely only on cosmetic safety standards and regulations. In addition, the terminology for domestic pet cosmetics has not been established yet. Currently, only the Animal Protection Act related to companion animals has been amended in the domestic law, but in the case of Japan, the Companion Animal Feed Safety Act came into effect in June 2009. In the United States, the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Control Act covers pet cosmetics and supplies. Germany, which has strong animal protection laws, has various national regulations on food and feed, and detailed national regulations are also provided on the website of the Food Safety Administration. National policies and environments should be established to manage and develop the companion animal industry in Korea as in such a country, and it is considered essential for the development of companion animal cosmetics and various companion animal industries.

Seafarers are exposed to various unpredictable maritime risks due to the spatial specificity of the working environment of the sea; thus, sufficient compensation for injured crewmembers is needed. However, Korea does not provide such compensation. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the Maritime Labor Act and the Industrial Accident Insurance Act of Germany, an advanced European social insurance country, and derive implications compared to Korea. First, we investigated how compensations are managed by a public institution in Germany and by shipowners in Korea. Second, regarding the contents of accident compensation, Germany does not only provide continuous treatment and care through various support systems, but also operates various programs to enable a return to ship work. In contrast, Korea has a temporary compensation system that allows shipowners to avoid liability for accident compensation, which is disadvantageous to shipwrecked seafarers. Finally, in Germany, workers' compensation insurance is public, judged considering the origin of work, whereas in Korea, it is determined by shipowners or insurance companies. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a public institution in charge of crew accident compensation to ensure proper compensation for crewmembers in Korea and to improve the Seafarers Act or system to provide compensation for additional medical care, disability pension, and rehabilitation benefits.

Real estate data can be big data. Because the amount of real estate data is growing rapidly and real estate data interacts with various fields such as the economy, law, and crowd psychology, yet is structured with complex data layers. The existing Relational Database tends to show difficulty in handling various relationships for managing real estate big data, because it has a fixed schema and is only vertically extendable. In order to improve such limitations, this study constructs the real estate data in a Graph Database and verifies its usefulness. For the research method, we modeled various real estate data on MySQL, one of the most widely used Relational Databases, and Neo4j, one of the most widely used Graph Databases. Then, we collected real estate questions used in real life and selected 9 different questions to compare the query times on each Database. As a result, Neo4j showed constant performance even in queries with multiple JOIN statements with inferences to various relationships, whereas MySQL showed a rapid increase in its performance. According to this result, we have found out that a Graph Database such as Neo4j is more efficient for real estate big data with various relationships. We expect to use the real estate Graph Database in predicting real estate price factors and inquiring AI speakers for real estate.
Supply chain attacks target critical infrastructure, causing large amounts of damage and evolving into a threat to public safety and national security. Accordingly, when establishing cybersecurity strategies and policies, supply chain risk management is specified to enhance security, and the US Biden administration recently issued the Executive Order on Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity, SBOM was mentioned as part of the guidelines for strengthening software supply chain security. If the government mandates SBOM and uses it as a security verification tool for supply chains, it can be affected by the domestic procurement system in the future and can be referenced when establishing a security system for domestic supply chains according to the progress of policy implementation. Accordingly, in this paper, countries that are promoting the SBOM policy as a way to strengthen the security of the software supply chain were selected and analyzed with a focus on related cases. In addition, through comparison and analysis of foreign SBOM policy trends, methods for using domestic SBOM in terms of technology, policy, and law were considered. As the value of using SBOM as a supply chain integrity/transparency verification tool is expected in the future, it is necessary to continuously identify trends in the establishment of international standardization and policy development for SBOM and study the standard format.

Recently, as the number of voice recording files submitted as court evidence increases, the number of cases claiming forgery is also increasing. If the audio recording file structure and metadata, which are objective grounds, are completely forged, it is actually impossible to detect forgery of the sophisticated audio recording file. It is extremely rare for the court to reject the file structure and metadata analysis performed with the forged audio recording file. The purpose of this study is to prove that forgery of voice recording file structure and metadata is easily possible. To this end, in this study, it was introduced that forgery detection is impossible when the 'mixed paste' function, which enables sophisticated editing based on the typification of the editing method of voice recording files, is applied. Moreover, it has been proven through experiments that forgery of file structure and metadata is possible. Therefore, a stricter standard for judging the admissibility of evidence is required when the audio recording file is adopted as digital evidence. This study will not only contribute to the standard of integrity in the adoption of digital evidence by judges, but will also contribute to the method of constructing a dataset for artificial intelligence in detecting forgery of recorded files that is expected to be developed in the future.
In this study, the physical and chemical fiber damage caused by knives, scissors, and chemicals was analyzed and used as technical data to determine the cause of the damage. Using 4 types of knives, 5 types of scissors and 4 types of chemicals(Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide) physical and chemical to Cotton, Wool, Polyester, Rayon, T/C (Polyester 50%, Cotton 50%), T/W (Polyester 50%, Wool 50%) Damages were created and analyzed for damage caused by tools and chemicals. For penetrating damage caused by knives and scissors, 'V' type damage was generally seen when the blade part was penetrated, 'T', 'ㅁ', ''C' type damage was found, and in the case of scissors, 'Y' ' This type of damage was common. Fiber damage caused by chemicals showed various damage such as remanent trace, corrosion, degraded, contracting, and color changes. Physical damage of fibers showed differences in characteristics according to the shape characteristics of tools, and chemical damage showed differences in characteristics according to chemicals and types of fibers.

'Powol(包越)' means that all the developmental evolution is to surround the sub-region developed into the higher realms. View of the God in the perennial philosophy is 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. but 'powol immanent God(包越的 內在神論)' rather than building regulations as 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. Recently, China-Taiwan relations are facing a crisis, and at the same time, the U.S.-China relationship and the structure of Northeast Asia are greatly shaken, so we should pay attention to changes in cross-strait relations. This study aims to predict how cross-strait relations will change after the party convention by analyzing Xi Jinping's Taiwan policy, focusing on the "Political Report" of the 20th party convention and the content analysis of leadership personnel. The results of the study are as follows. First, as the amendment to the party constitution announced after the closing of the party convention stipulates the possibility of armed invasion, Xi Jinping will implement a tough Taiwan policy emphasizing unification. Second, strategic competition with the United States will continue to intensify in the future when analyzing the contents of Chapters 2, 11, 13, and 14 of the "Political Reporting" and the personnel management of diplomatic and security leadership. As a result, cross-strait relations are expected to show instability for a considerable period of time. Third, at a time when Taiwan rejects the unification plan of "one country, two systems" and the tendency to de-Chineseize is strengthening, there is a possibility that legislation or specific enforcement ordinances will be enacted to strengthen the existing "Anti-Secession Law."
