본 논문은 설계도 등 도로점용허가에서 발생하는 정보의 관리를 위한 웹기반의 도로점용시스템 개발에 대해 기술하였다. 도로점용시스템 개발은 도로점용허가 관련 국내외 정보시스템 사례조사, 도로점용허가 업무분석, 도로점용허가 관리대상 정보정의, 시스템 개발 및 적용의 순으로 진행하였다. 도로점용허가 업무분석은 도로법 등 법령조사와 도로관리청의 업무처리 사례를 조사하고, 사용자 요구사항파악을 위해 도로관리청 업무담당자 및 민원인을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 도로점용허가 각 업무에서 발생하는 정보의 관리를 위해 정보의 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 정보분류코드를 개발하고, 각 정보간의 위계관계를 고려하여 메타정보를 정의하였다. 정보분류코드 및 메타정보를 기반으로 도로점용허가 업무흐름 및 사용자요구사항을 반영하여 도로점용시스템 개발을 진행하였다. 개발한 도로점용시스템은 일선 도로관리청에 적용하였으며, 종이문서로 관리하던 도로점용허가 정보를 전자문서로 관리하게 됨에 따라 도로관리청의 도로점용허가 도서 관리업무 개선과 대국민 민원행정서비스의 품질이 향상될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

Technology innovation companies are focusing on contributing to business performance by R&D project as a strategic tool. Successful R&D leads to corporate competitiveness enhancement, national industrial development, but there are high uncertainty and risks in R&D. Public and private R&D projects are carried out to achieve various purposes. It was verified how the risk management and benefit management of the R&D project affect the detailed R&D project performance between the Public and private domain. The impact of Project Leadership on R&D performance was also analyzed. Those who have participated in the Public and Private R&D projects at companies or research institutes were surveyed. First, it was found that project risk and benefit management have partially an effect on R&D project performance. Second, Public and private R&D Project Leadership showed partially a interaction effect between project management and project performance.

Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).

FTA와 비즈니스 모델이 상호 얽히고 있는 융복합산업환경에서 최근 FTA는 두 국가의 협정을 넘어 경제권역간의 소위 Mega FTA의 양상을 띠고 있다. 한국은 52개국과 15건의 FTA가 발효됨으로써 미국뿐만 아니라 ASEAN, OECD 회원국 대부분과 모두 FTA 네트워크를 완성하여 이제는 이러한 FTA를 활용하는 것이 한국 경제의 성과를 결정하는 시점에 와 있다. 본 논문은 FTA 활용에 대한 선행연구 검토와 중소기업의 FTA 활용현황과 문제점을 분석하고, FTA 활용도 향상을 위한 중소기업의 원산지관리전문인력 양성방안으로 효과적인 원산지관리 지원체계 구축, FTA 원산지관리 역량강화, FTA 지원제도의 운용 내실화, 원산지관리 담당자의 실무역량 강화 등을 모색함으로써 디지털융복합시대 향후 FTA 활용정책에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study examines some successful and failed cases of Korean private universities' profitable business and explores the desirable economic value and direction of their profitable business business operations with a view to shedding light on some clues conducive to their financial health and quality education. Research design, data and methodology: This study reviews news articles, reports and literature to find out Korean universities' financial condition and examines some successful and failed examples of their corporations' profit-making business operations to suggest a direction. Results: Private universities suffer declining enrollments and/or tuition freeze but they lack in making efforts to secure financial health. The reviewed examples of private universities' profit-making business operations suggest both universities and their corporations should first assume the public accountability prior to engaging in diverse business activities. Conclusions: First, to remain financially healthy, university corporations should exert themselves to transform their low-profit-margin lands and buildings into high-profit-margin businesses and to credit the realized income to their school-expense accounts. And, the ultimate purpose of universities' profit-making business operations is to realize a decent income without prejudice to their public accountability for the country and community, while forging a virtuous cycle by investing the income for the betterment of their educational quality and competitiveness.

Purpose: South Korea is a close ally of the US and an important partner of China. Caught between the two most powerful countries, South Korea's strategic directions are critical. This article emphasizes that the deeper core of the US-China trade war is to improve the business environment to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) to boost the economy, rather than engaging in the trade war. Research design, data, and methodology: Considering the complexity of this issue, this article applies a systematic analytical tool, the ABCD (Agility, Benchmarking, Convergence, and Dedication) model, to provide strategic guidance for inducing investments into South Korea in the context of the ongoing US-China trade war. Results: Specifically, South Korea needs to provide a more attractive business environment along the four points: expedite commercial activities through deregulation (Agility); adopt global standards of the flexible labor markets and technological developments (Benchmarking); integrate various industries and connect them to global value chains (Convergence); and create more economy-friendly policies rather than politics-oriented ones such as protectionism (Dedication). Conclusion: This study stands out not just by utilizing the ABCD model but, also by providing more systematic analysis and practical implications, particularly within the context of the escalating US-China competition. Unlike many existing studies that analyze the broader impacts of this geopolitical rivalry, this research delves into specific strategic guidelines for South Korea to attract FDI. The findings also provide implications for multinational corporations (MNCs) in choosing the locations for their overseas operations, particularly in South Korea.

본 연구는 복합쇼핑몰 개발에 있어서 각 사업단계(사업기획단계, 분양준공단계, 관리운영단계)들이 개발사업의 전체적 관점에서 일관성 있는 최종 목적을 위해 그 연관관계가 목적달성에 적합하게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 실태 분석을 목적으로 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 검정하였다. 분석결과 사업기획단계가 분양준공단계에 양의 영향을 미쳐, 성공적 준공 및 분양을 위해서는 사업기획이 충실히 준비되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 사업기획단계와 관리운영단계 및 성공정도, 분양준공단계와 관리운영단계 및 성공정도, 관리운영단계와 성공정도 간에는 유의수준 0.05하에서 통계적으로 유의한 관련성을 나타내지 않아서 우리나라 복합쇼핑몰 개발에서의 각 사업단계들이 프로젝트 전체적인 관점에서 일관성 있는 목표달성을 위해 긴밀히 연관되지 못하고 각 단계 자체만의 수익창출을 위해 근시안적으로 업무가 수행되고 있다는 점을 보여주었다.

In today's dynamic and turbulent business environment, in order to become globally competitive, many companies are trying to get closer to the customer and deliver value added product and services in the shortest possible time which demands integration of business processes of an enterprise, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is such a strategic tool, which helps the company to gain competitive edge by integrating all business processes and optimizing the resources available. This paper throws light on how ERP evolved, what makes up an ERP system and what it has to offer to the industries. The paper includes the role of ERP, perception of ERP value, ERP plan and direction. The author also argues checkpoints as a preview to ERP introduction.

최근 정부에서는 창조경제 실현을 위해 IT, 과학기술의 융합과 혁신을 지속적으로 추진하고 있으며, 이에 중소기업이 성장하고 소상공인이 행복한 창조경제를 구현하기 위한 창조경제 생태계를 조성하고 있다. 최근 IT 변화를 주도하는 모바일의 확산에 따라 모바일 앱, SNS, 빅데이터 등 모바일 관련 다양한 융합기술 개발이 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정부의 창조경제 실현을 위해 중소기업이 상상력과 창의성을 기반으로 모바일 융합 기술개발을 통해 새로운 부가가치 시장과 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 체계적인 육성방안을 제안하였다.
