  • In Korea, National spatial data infrastructure has implemented in order to integrated manage and share the national spatial information producted by public agencies and local governments. The necessities of systematic quality management are raised, because information, which is generated by different agencies, is integrative managed by national level. Quality management business is defined as quality management object definition, quality measuring, evaluation and analysis, and quality enhancement process. We derive the BR for six objects(legal-dong, railway boundary, railway centerline, road boundary, road centerline, building) among the basic spatial information. Other information's BR can be generated by using the derivation method described in this paper. Based on the BPR of this paper and derived BR, national spatial data infrastructure quality management system can be implemented in the future.

  • The government enforced policies such as social distancing and limiting business hours to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, the impact of the long-term COVID-19 pandemic is causing more serious difficulties for small business owners. The government intended to relieve the business management pressure for small business owners by drawing up the COVID-19 emergency disaster relief funds. The funds provided temporary support for the small business owners, but the prolonged pandemic worsened the business management difficulties. Therefore, this study will apply fixes that fail and shifting the burden archetypes from the system archetype of system thinking for the exploratory deduction of policy measures as the policy leverage to effectively enhance the recovery of small business owners. In response to the situation, emergency financial aid for small business owners and support that can enhance the self-sustaining powers are required to heighten the recovery of small business owners.

  • Our society is increasingly dependent on the Internet, and this trend will be accelerating in the ear of All-IP convergence. As the core infrastructure of the All-IP convergence, the next generation Internet should enable end-to-end Quality of Service(e2e QoS). For that purpose, major international standardization institutes such as ITU(International Telecommunication Union) and IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) are building the concept and architecture of the Next Generation Network(NGN). However, these institutes focus only on technical issues, and leave many business/policy-oriented challenges unresolved. For example, the standards raised by ITU assume that the entire service delivery process for e2e QoS services is perfectly working. But required is a standardized business interface and process for seamless inter-operations across many stakeholders including ISPs(Internet Service Providers), CPs(Content Providers), so on. On the other hand, TMF(TeleManagement Forum) and QuEST(Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunication) Forum, global consortiums of telecom operators and vendors, present sets of interface rules and process which playa crucial role as de facto standards: for example, NGOSS/eTOM and TL9000 authorization system. However, these standards focus on telephone services, and provide little principle for the next generation Internet. Our study seeks a way to combine these two strains for a successful implementation of NGN. In particular, we find a missing link in the NGN architecture and the elements that could be complemented with the help of NGOSS/eTOM and TL9000. Finally, presented is a strategic direction that our standardization policy should purse in order to reinforce our global leadership for the next generation Internet.

  • The convergence of fixed and wireless networks in data communication is providing the necessary driver for M2M commerce to take-off. The opportunities provided by M2M Commerce areonly limited by imagination. Automotive Fleet and Freight, Tolling, Water and Power Metering, Supply Chain Management including Asset Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Energy Management and Access Control and Security are among the many M2M applications that are currently getting rolled out. ARC Group expects the worldwide solutions market to be worth in excess of US$ 100 billion by 2007. In addition, operator revenues worldwide from the transport of Telematics data alone will rise from US$ 3.5 billion in 2002 to US$ 78 billion by 2007. Research design, data and methodology: Using the case study method, this study conducts in-depth research on the business model of Tesla, a representative enterprise of the new energy automobile industry. This study mainly uses secondary data obtained from the official websites to support our research. Results: With its top-level innovative technology, distinctive marketing model, and extensive strategic model, Tesla holds the largest share of the new energy vehicle market. Local market brands such as BYD and Hyundai-Kia still have a considerable competitive advantage, and there is a need to learn from each other for further development. Conclusions: To adapt to the needs of economic transformation and environmental development, implementing business strategies related to new energy automobile enterprises is a topic worthy of study. Enterprises such as BYD and Hyundai-Kia have unique advantages in their home markets. However, as sustainable development progresses, these advantages will gradually weaken, and further measures are necessary to maintain their competitive advantage.

  • In today's highly competitive and fast changing business environment, key account management-a supplier company initiated relationship marketing approach targeted at the most important customers to solve their complex requirements with special treatment that eventually ensures both parties' financial and nonfinancial objectives- has regarded as a strategic weapon of many companies' sales efforts to manage their strategically important customers. On the basis of the existing studies, this research introduces a theoretical model highlighting the hypothetical relationship between key account management performance and repeat order. In addition, moderating effect of length of relationship on the relationship between key account management performance and repeat order is also introduced. We theorize the conditions under which key account management performance influences key customer repeat order behavior as well as the influence of moderating variable of length of relationship on key account management performance-repeat order relationship. Theoretical and managerial implications are provided along with suggestions to isolate a platform for future empirical research.

  • Big data is prominently used as a prediction method in achieving a goal, because it can analyze the regularities to predict future results from a vast amount of past data. Furthermore, big data has huge influence in very diverse academic fields. On such awareness, this study analyzed the regular effect of e-Commerce usefulness from the effects which expectations on big-data service affect the usage purpose of e-Commerce usefulness. This study categorized e-Commerce usefulness into quality recognition, service, and ease, and studied how each category works between the relationship of big-data service expectation and the use intention.
