Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide information for other journals as well as the continuous development of distribution science research by confirming the globalization performance of the Journal of Distribution Science (JDS), the main journal of KODISA. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: A total of 863 papers published in JDS from 2011 to 2021 searched by scienceON were divided into 4 periods and analyzed under the headings of submission system, standardity, collaboration, and degree of achievement of publication goals. SPSS 24.0 and R 4.1.1 package were used to perform the publication frequency analysis, crosstab-analysis, keyword frequency analysis, and LDA topic modeling were performed. In addition, trend analysis with weight applied to each word was performed. Results: It was found that the ratio of English-written papers, which is the indicator of a journal's starndardity, is continuously increasing, and the ratio of overseas authors, which is the indicator of collaboration, is also continuously increasing. It was confirmed through keyword trend analysis by period and LDA topic modeling results - which were weighted to confirm the degree of achievement of the journal's publication goal - that the articles published by the journal has been in agreement with monthly research topic proposed by JDS. Conclusion: By examining the five criteria for globalization, it can be concluded that JDS's efforts for globalization are achieving significant results and providing effective directions for other academic journals. However, in order for JDS to become a top academic journal, it was suggested that efforts should be made to establish a system for collaborative research by domestic and foreign authors, as well as to provide a clear definition for the monthly research topics and classification of sub-topics.

With the recent full-fledged MyData service, interest in the use of personal data is increasing. However, studies on MyData are still in the early stages, focusing on legal and institutional discussions, and studies from a comprehensive perspective are insufficient. Therefore, this study aimed at finding the potential topics formed by social discussions by analyzing news data from 2018 to the present. News data analysis using LDA topic modeling were conducted and 6 potential topics including digital transformation in finance, scope of Mydata business license, amendments and data-related laws, safe use of big data, data economy promotion policy and strategy of the financial industry were derived. This study has significance in that it comprehensively viewed the issues that emerged with the MyData and deriving gaps in previous discussion. Future research is expected to identify changes after the launch of MyData service and provide specific implications through research by specific industries.

The purpose of this study is to take a look the situation of social enterprises under CIVID-19 Pandemic and to suggest future directions. The virus is spread through human respiratory, and it is working as a disability factor in human focused social economy. Under the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Social entrepreneurs are being constrained in financial aspects. In the process of continuing pandemic, the size of the social economy has been expanded and cleaning & health businesses are showing economic performance. This is to tell the fact that social economy is solving COVID-19 issues based on a reciprocity and solidarity. To create a sustainable ecosystem for the social economy, we should select and promote universal and concrete future directions at the economic and social safety net building level rather than to respond to COVID-19.

The purpose of this study is to provide the entrepreneurs with positive entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship education that meets the needs of founders related to cultural tourism products. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy of founders was verified in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. For the empirical analysis, this study conducted a survey on founders of cultural tourism products in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The results of the study are as follows: First, entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, self-efficacy confirmed the mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for stable and sustainable development of the culture and tourism industry.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of corporate innovation activities on corporate innovation performance using data from companies participating in the smart farm project. A company's innovation activities were divided into planning capacity, R&D capacity, and commercialization capacity, and the impact of each innovation activity on the company's sales and patent creation was estimated. The moderating effect was also analyzed. Regression analysis was conducted as a research method, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that planning capacity, R&D capacity, and commercialization capacity related to innovation within a company have an impact on corporate performance creation. appeared to be In order to increase the business performance of technology commercialization, it was confirmed that planning and R&D capabilities as well as governmental technology policy support are needed.

There have been more demands for the culture and leisure activity services in the industry friendly to older adults. Of these culture and leisure activities, the activity of their watching TV programs and online media content has been on the increase. High-resolution display devices have become popular and are cheaper than before, and hardware for realizing multi-dimensional images can be easily configured. However, it is not easy to view high-resolution multi-dimensional images that reflect the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly. It is expected that the results of this study contributes to developing a variety of content for older adults' culture and leisure activities with the use of reality image technology and promoting the industry friendly to older adults by developing.

The construction business has a high accident rate among all the industries, and it accounts for 68% of the total accident rate for the small and medium-sized construction sites where a safety manager is not appointed,. Thus, through effective safety management and education of the construction sites, the accident rate can be significantly reduced. This study proposed a plan to improve the system suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites by integration with the basic safety & health education system. Through previous research and survey, the improvement points of special safety & health education at small and medium-sized construction sites, and the preference for integration with basic safety & health education were analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to overcome the crisis of regional industrial complexes by examining the changes that the digital transformation era will bring and the crisis situation of regional industrial complexes. To this end, first, we examine the changes brought about by the digital transformation era from various angles in the fields of industrial sites, industrial complexes, policy areas, and changes in working methods, and identify the problems and crises of local industrial complexes from various aspects. Due to natural disasters such as heavy rain that occurred in the metropolitan area in August 2022, human casualties and property damage are increasing. Accordingly, the government is making efforts to respond to natural disasters, but due to the absence of related standards and standardized standards, problems such as increased construction costs and deterioration in construction quality for disaster prevention facility maintenance projects are occurring. Accordingly, a rough construction cost estimation module was developed and applied to 25 new pumping stations in Korea. As a result of the analysis, the accuracy of the rough construction cost derived through the module recorded 70% of the detailed design cost, which is 4% higher than the previously used rough construction cost accuracy of 66% by the Ministry of Environment. Accordingly, it is expected that the efficiency of the disaster prevention project can be increased if the developed module is used to calculate the rough construction cost for storm and flood disaster prevention in the future.

This study not only examines the intermediating process of the association between ethical leadership and safety behavior, but also tries to find a factor which moderates the positive influence of ethical leadership. To achieve it, this paper tried to identify the mediating effect of employee's psychological safety between ethical leadership and safety behavior, as well as the moderating influence of moral identity in the ethical leadership-psychological safety link. By utilizing 3-wave survey data from 227 employees in Korean companies with conducting structural equation modeling(SEM), this paper found that ethical leadership had a positive influence on safety behavior through mediating effect of psychological safety. In addition, employee's moral identity positively moderated the positive impact of ethical leadership on psychological safety.
