Second, constant management and application development of universal design are needed. Third, as museums' primary roles and functions become more diverse, a direct application of delicate universal design is a necessary prerequisite to accommodate and fulfill users' needs.
This study aims to identify convenient surrounding of the hospital room to be improved by specifically focusing on light environment and to examine a change of inflow of the daylight in the hospital room by using blind and light shelf device as base data of preliminary research for comprehending the relationship between healing environment and natural day light. Simulation analysis on previous facilities and the installation of horizontal light shelf that derives the inflow of day light has been specifically referred by using ECOTECT2011 program. In case of C-facility that mostly adjoined to exterior spaces, it was shown to be closer to a proper uniformity factor when an angle was controlled on the light shelf with blind installed at the same time. However, it was not overall appropriate because of visual displeasure occurred from inflow of much day light. In conclusion, it is the form of flat surface such as H-facility that provides an effect after installing the device to derive day light. Especially, it was shown that interior day light environment was improved when installing blind and controlling the angle at the same time.
A methodology to the operation standards of the service performance of airport terminal fadlities using Perception-Response Model is discussed in this paper. The proposed approach has defined as the graphical presentation of the collective attitudes of a category of passengers towards the range of operational service at a facility of airport terminal. It adopts new concepts to establish service standards through special survey, that can achieve better interpretation of capadty and level of service at each facility. It is expressed in terms of perception of the passenger population of different amounts of the service measure and their response to the respective service conditions classified into distinct levels of satisfaction with service. The methodology can provide a practical service standards of airport terminals and may prove to be a practical and convenient technique to airport planners, designers, consultants, operators, and to airport managers.

The physical environments of each space in the group-home were investigated, In bed room, door, windows and illumination were relatively good but safety was extremely inferior. Living room mostly looked good except the doorsill which needs refurbishment. In kitchen, cooking table, windows, illumination, ventilator were somewhat satisfactory but gas-warning device should have been installed. In addition, in bath room and toilet, location, door, window, illumination and finished material were satisfactory. But the stepped difference between the bath room and other space, safety-bar, emergency bell and floor heating system were seriously deteriorated and must be improved for the safety of the elderly. Automatic control systems(AVR, Governor, Synchronizer) installed $1970{\sim}1980$ in K-water were considered to be rehabilitated around 2000. Moreover, Korea Power Exchange market system was changed from PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) to a bidding system. Therefore, depending on the power quality, the power provider could achieve additional profits. It is the excitation system and governor that have the functions of enhancing power necessities. During the 20 to 30 years of generator operation, there were many major and minor problems. Examples are SCR burnout (Andong: Excitation system), hunting (Imha: governor), field circuit breaker failure (Chungju 1st: excitation system), the rise of leakage current (Chungju 2nd: excitation system), power supply burnout (Chungju 2nd: governor). These are the typical examples of malfunction which hindered the generator operation and, consequently, diminished the profit of power business. In order to satisfy the needs of the power market and prevent malfunctions mentioned above, the rehabilitation of AVRs and governors were executed. A new system was made to have the flexibility of ancillary service (GF, AGC, etc.), PSS function. With user friendly HMI software, it is more convenient for the operator to fulfill suitable maintenance. It was possible to connect SCADA system by opening protocol of AVR, governor for the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
