  • 구조방정식 모델링은 경로분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 동시에 수행해 주는 통계적 절차를 따르고 있다. 오늘날이 통계적 절차는 사회과학 분야의 연구자에게 필수적인 도구이다. 구조방정식 모델링 분석을 해주는 대표적인 도구로는 (AMOS, LISREL and PLS)가 있다. AMOS는 초보자가 사용할 수 있도록 편리한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 제공해 주고 있다. PLS는 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스뿐만 아니라 정규분포에 대한 제약조건도 없다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 사회과학 분야에서 가장 많이 사용하는 3가지 도구(Applications)를 비교분석 하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Performance of a hydraulic system is influenced by its working temperature. Therefore, it is very important to make the system perform uniformly in an entire range of the working temperature. In this study a simulation of a hydraulic control system for the powershift transmission of tractors was conducted and the effect of the temperature was investigated in terms of design conditions of the system. Results of the simulation are as follows. The hydraulic control system with a spring accumulator was found to be more convenient to control the shifting time than that with a gas accumulator. By returning the oil from the clutches to the system through a path between the filter and pump, the time delay due to the pressure difference between the low and high temperatures could be reduced. Therefore, it was recommended that the hydraulic control system for the powershift transmission of tractors must be equipped with a spring accumulator and a circuit to return oil from the clutches to the system through a path between the filter and pump.

  • The purpose of the study is to survey the effective methodology of composition and connection for the third pedestrian routes in mixed-use building by case studies. The study is performed as follows: First of all, pedestrian routes are classified into malling route, evacuation route, and the Third route. Secondly, case studies are conducted based on the classification. Thirdly, it is investigated about the composition and connection of the malling and the Third pedestrian route. The investigation is focused on gate, path, central area, vertical circulation(EV and escalator) and the four circulation elements. Finally, the effective methodology is extracted for setting the Third route in mixed-use buildings. The conclusion of the study is as follows: The enhancement of consistency and connection between the main route and the Third route is important for providing convenient paths especially to users who needs shortcut, EV/ES users. Additionally, the connections between EV and gate, between shortcut and EV/ES should be increased to enable users choosing their path as needed.

경로모형을 통한 엑스포 방문객 만족도 및 재방문 의사에 관한 실증연구: 2009 천안웰빙식품 엑스포를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Visitor's Sastisfaction and Revisiting Intention of EXPO Using Path Analysis: Focused on Cheonan Well-being Food Expo)

  • 본 연구는 2009년 천안에서 개최된 웰빙식품 엑스포를 토대로 문화관광부에서 제시한 방문객 관점의 만족도 측정지표를 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 2009년 9월 11일에서 20일까지 10일간 개최 장소에서 수집한 설문지 900부를 SPSS12.0과 Amos7.0을 활용하여 확증요인 및 경로모형을 분석하였다. 문화관광부에서 제시한 엑스포 행사내용, 행사구성, 편의시설 운영 및 진행, 행사장 환경 및 상품품질 모두 방문객 전반적 만족도에 유의한 인자로 판명되었고, 만족도 측정을 위해 활용된 전반적으로 만족한 방문객은 그렇지 않은 방문객 보다 재방문 의사가 높은 것으로 판명되었다. 본 연구의 결론을 바탕으로 연구에서 사용된 방문객 만족도 지표는 타 행사에 반복적으로 활용될 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다.

Mode Decomposition of Three-Dimensional Mixed-Mode Cracks using the Solution for Penny-Shaped Crack

  • A simple and convenient method of analysis for obtaining the individual stress intensity factors in a three-dimensional mixed mode crack is proposed. The procedures presented here are based on the path independence of J integral and mutual or two-state conservation integral, which involves two elastic fields. The problem is reduced to the determination of mixed mode stress intensity factor solutions in terms of conservation integrals involving known auxiliary solutions. Some numerical examples are presented to investigate the effectiveness and applicability of the method for a three-dimensional penny-shaped crack problem under mixed mode. This procedure is applicable to a three-dimensional mixed mode curved crack.

촉각 정보를 이용한 이동로봇의 원격제어 (Remote Control of a Mobile Robot using Haptic Device)

  • A mobile robot system is developed which is remotely controlled by a haptic master called ‘PHANTOM’. The mobile robot has 4 ultrasonic sensors and single CCD camera which detects the distance from a mobile robot to obstacles in the environment and sends this information to a haptic master. For more convenient remote control, haptic rendering process is performed like viscosity forces and obstacle avoidance forces. In order to show the effectiveness of the developed system, we experiment that the mobile robot runs through the maze and the time is checked to complete the path of the maze with/without the haptic information. Through this repeated experiments, haptic information proves to be useful for remote control of a mobile robot.

  • The power wheelchair is an important and convenient mobility device. The demand of power wheelchair is increasing for assistance in mobility. In this paper we proposed a robotic wheelchair for mobility aid to reduce the burden from the disabled. The main issue in an autonomous wheelchair is the automatic detection and avoidance of obstacles and going to the pre-designated place. The proposed algorithm detects the obstacles and avoids them to drive the wheelchair to the desired place safely with panning scan from sensors of distance measurement and fuzzy control. By this way, the disabled will not always have to worry about paying deep attention to the surroundings and his path.

  • Structure-borne noise is the interior noise that results from the low frequency vibrational energy transmitted through those body and joint parts. The relation between the excitation of powertrain and resultant interior sound must be analyzed in order to identify and predict the structure borne noise. The method of acoustic source excitation is preferred than the method of mechanical force excitation to measure the NTF(noise transfer function). Because acoustical method is more convenient and reliable. In this paper, to analysis and identify vehicle interior noise by powertrain is performed, and the vibro-acoustic transfer function is extracted from experimental measurement. These are important step of TPA(transfer path analysis) to identify effect of interior noise resulted from powertrain running excitation.

Acoustic Echo Canceller using Adaptive IIR Filters with Prewhitening Method and Variable Step-Size LMS Algorithm

  • The future teleconferencing systems will need an appropriate system which controls properly the acoustic echo for the convenient communication. The conventional acoustic echo cancellation algorithms involve large adaptive filters identifying the impulse response of the echo path. The use of adaptive IIR filters appears to be a reasonable way to reduce computational complexity. Effective cancellation of acoustic echo presented in teleconferencing system requires that adaptive filters have a rapid convergence speed. One of the main problems of acoustic echo cancellation techniques is that the convergence properties degrade for an highly correlated signal input such as speech signals. By the way, the introduction of linear prediction filers onto the structure of the acoustic echo cancellation represents one approach to decorrelate the speech signal. And variable step-size LMS algorithm improves the convergence speed through a little increasing of computational complexity. In this paper, we applied these two methods to the acoustic echo canceller(AEC) and showed that these methods have better performances than the conventional AEC.

Development of a Flash-based Schedule Management Tool for Smart Devices

  • Schedule management of construction work is critical to completing construction projects within a given period of time. Many efforts have been made and multiple tools have been developed to support the management of construction projects using smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs. This study proposed a method for managing construction schedules via a smart device using Flash. The interactive and graphic properties of Flash enable the development of an app that can allow a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A prototype was implemented using Adobe Flex Builder, and a sample network was applied in a smartphone. It is convenient for a construction manager to manage construction schedules using the tool because Flash controls graphic components easily. In further studies, network diagrams such as CPM (Critical Path Method) should be developed and applied to the app.
