  • Means-Ends Network model was used to identify factors of means objective(means supplied by vendor) and fundamental objectives(purchasing motivations) for purchasing decision-making structure and dimensions of customer values on purchasers of internet shopping mall in Korea and China. In Means-Ends Network 6 factors(shopping travel, shipping assurance, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems) were found as a means objectives and 3 factors(shopping convenience, internet environment, customer support) as a fundamental objectives of shopping. However the results of hypotheses test for Means-Ends Network show some important differences between two countries. Something important to notice here is that Chinese customers shopping in China recognize shipping assurance factor and vendor trust factor as important factors satisfying all fundamental objectives unlike as in the case of our country. As these two factors are attribution factors responsible to the sellers, it is identified that customers do not trust the sellers and sellers have not met the expectations of customers. Therefore, these results show that the seller efforts assuring the reliability of the seller themselves, such as conducting its own compensation scheme are more important rather than the establishment of the guarantee institution to guarantee reliability and delivery assurance of sellers and implementation of legal and institutional apparatus such as the settlement of e-commerce licence system. Though this study presents such an important marketing implications, it can be pointed out that the limits are this research was done on the general Internet shopping malls without considering the Internet shopping mall types of diversity, the survey was designed around the student samples for convenience of the investigation because it was an international survey and the collected data has been limited to the western coast cities, such as China's Beijing, Shanghai, and Dalian.

  • The thesis examines genealogical study of various aspects to overcome lots of problems which come by when we execute SWIFTNet TSU BPO. Practical implications regarding the innovation of electronic trade infrastructure are as follows. First, the shipping documents in the SWIFTNet TSU BPO are directly sent to an importer by an exporter after the baseline is confirmed. With this process itself, therefore, the bank cannot secure the account receivable. When initiating the SWIFTNet TSU BPO deal, it is needed to set regulations on the bank's account receivable security in the contract. Second, the SWIFTNet TSU BPO should also have an institutionally unified sharing platform with security, stability and convenience. It other words, it is needed to develop services which meet e-payment paradigm and international environments through continued analysis on market changes and flow. Third, the SWIFTNet TSU is useful in terms of promptness, reduction of risk in foreign exchange payment, cost reduction. Therefore, the SWIFT should be perfectly united and linked among the banks, importer and exporter to make the SWIFTNet TSU more convenient in countries around the world. Fourth, the SWIFT should be approached from the aspect of expansion of network and creation of a new business model through analysis on these problems with a worldwide perspective. At the same time, it is necessary to build a cooperative system to share information and promote comprehensive management for efficient operation.

As one of Smart Wallet functions, Integrated ID is proposed for users' convenience, handiness, and immediate responses. It is designed for the effective management of users' IDs which are easy to be forgot because of its unusual structures. To be detail, instead of user, Integrated ID system can certificate users identification from various online sites (where user resisted) authorization requests via one-clicking, not putting identification data in each sites. So, this technology would be helpful much to a certain user who has lots ID and its Password in multiple Online shopping companies by establishing integrated ID. However, although Integrated ID has lots advantages to be used, most Mobile Service Companies has hesitated to apply Integrated ID service in their shopping systems because this technology requires them sharing their users' data. They have worried that this service would be not helpful to gain their profits. Furthermore, Users who join in multiple shopping companies and use Integrated ID services also are difficult to decide which company they have to save their points in before payment because this system could not show any financial benefit analysis data to their users. As following facts, via this paper majorly we propose the advanced Integrated ID system which concern shopping point management. Basically, this system has a strong security payment service and secure network services like other mobile Shopping systems. Additionally, this system is able to service (or to support) shopping -point -saving guide for customers' financial benefits and conveniences.

  • This study is intended to be used as basic data to understand the role of a food coordinator who creates an environment for eating and to develop menus by studying the expectations of female customers about the food coordinator's role. The reported concepts of the role of a food coordinator were divided into six factors-food(Eigen value 3,181), seat, cutlery, atmosphere, convenience, and sanitation. According to an analysis of the expected factors concerning the role of a food coordinator in terms of the amount paid, when women visited any restaurant once, the factors of "food" and "atmosphere" showed a significant difference(p<0.05) while the other factors did not. According to an analysis of the recognition of a food coordinator in terms of the number of visits, the questions concerning recognition of the job of "food coordination," the necessity of the role and the expectations of the role showed a significant difference (p<0.05). The question on willingness to pay, in relation to the role of a food coordinator, showed a negative response about the direct payment of guests regardless of the number of restaurant visits.

  • Various non-face-to-face services are being activated due to the influence of the Corona 19 virus around the world. However, unlike the rapid development of delivery services, social awareness of delivery services is causing many problems. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the quality attributes of delivery services from the consumer's point of view, and based on the results, we try to derive a direction for service improvement. In this study, quality factors were established through interviews and surveys with actual consumers, and quality attributes were classified through the Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. "Attractive" is ('Ease of ordering, Accurate delivery to the designated place'), "One Dimensional" is ('Variety of payment methods, Accurate delivery on time, Accurate delivery of ordered food, Degree of non-deformation of packaging conditions, etc., Convenience of use time'), "Must be" is ('Kindness of the delivery person'), "Reverse" is ('provision of services, service response to order discrepancies'). This study has academic significance in that it compensated for the disadvantage of not being able to interpret the mathematical meaning of the Kano model with Teamco's customer satisfaction coefficient. It also has practical implications in that it provides an indirect clue to future improvement directions.

The author collected 300 copies from interviewees who made use of the app services of 13 general hospitals within one year, and classified quality factors by using table of quality assessment and also estimated the customer satisfaction index (Timko, 1993). The study made quality improvement priority by the PCSI index. Results - Reaction of the mobile app service quality ranked the highest PCSI, and payment safety ranked the highest, and customer support and supply of the information ranked high as well. It was observed that design ranked comparatively lower in these categories. Conclusion - Safety, reaction and supply of information should be prioritized to reorganize and improve the mobile app services.
