근로자 정기건강검진을 기초로 한 영양 및 건강관리 전산화 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Computerized Nutritional and Health Guide Program Based on Periodic Health Examination at Work Sites)

  • In this study, a computerized nutritional and health guide program for workers was developed. The dietitian at the work site could utilize periodically conducted medical examination data to develop an effective health care counseling model based on the developed Nutritional and Health Guide Program. A personal computer (Pentium II PC MMX-150, 32MB RAM, 2.95 GB HDD) with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition and Microsoft Access 97 installed, was used. The Nutritional and Health Guide Program consisted of seven main menus and 43 sub-menus. Included in the main menu were Basic Information, Periodic Health Check-ups, Visitors' Consultations, Nutritional/Health Tips, Nutritional Education according to Diseases, Help and Exit. In the Periodic Health Check-up menu, dieticians could input the health examination data of employees and touch for the recommended treatments for diseases such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and hepatitis. The Visitors'Consultation menu has been designed to compile health information about the employees who sought consultations. The Nutritional/Health Tips menu was designed to provide 14 kinds of programmed nutritional educational media and information. In the Nutritional Education According to Diseases menu, the dietitian could judge the subject's willingness to obtain treatment based on the Stage of Change Model. According, the content of the administered respective nutritional education was classified by stages. The Help menu, provide a chart of the method and procedure used as nutritional guidelines, by which the results of the health examination were classified as people in good health and those requiring special medical attention. The results of the evaluation of this program showed highly positive rates for usefulness (4.09), convenience (4.04), lettering size (4.02), interest (3.93), design (3.49). It also showed that 97.5% of the subjects thought that this program would be helpful for implementation of their company's nutritional educational program. Therefore, this menu could help dietitians plan, conduct, and evaluate their nutritional guidelines for employees. It is expected that The Nutritional and Health Guide Program developed in this study will play a role as a scientific and effective guide in conjunction with health examination results.

신체활동증진 프로그램이 노인의 신체 기능 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (Effect of the Physical Activity Promotion Program on Physical Function and Quality of Life in Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the physical activity promotion program on physical function and quality of life in the elderly. Method: The research was designed with one single pre-post group. The study group of 295 elderlies were selected through the convenience sampling form in a senior citizen's center in Ulsan city. The subjects received the physical activity promotion program for 60 min three times a week for 3 months. To evaluation the effects of the physical activity promotion program, body mass index (BMI), physiological index, physical function (muscle endurance, agility, balance) and quality of life were measured at before and after the program. The data was analyzed through SPSS 10.0 program for descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Result: After performing the physical action promotion program for 3 months, the results were follows. 1) There were significantly increased in BMI (t=4.36, p=.000). 2) There were significantly decreased in diastolic pressure (t=.68, p=.009). 3) There were significantly improved in muscle endurance (t=6.50, p=.000), agility (t=4.74, p=.000) and Rt. leg balance (t=4.15, p=.000). 4) There were significantly improved in quality of life (t=7.28, p=.000). Conclusion: These findings showed that the physical activity promotion program was effective in improving physical function and quality of life in the elderly. Therefore, the physical activity promotion program could be applied as an effective nursing intervention program for the elderly to promote their health.

사용자 경험 개선을 위한 여행 애플리케이션 UI디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Travel Application UI Design for Improving User Experience)

  • 본 연구는 최근 1500만 명을 훨씬 넘어 현재에도 빠르게 상승 중인 국내의 여행객들에게 보다 정확하고 편리한 사용자 중심의 User Interface를 통해 효율적으로 국내 및 해외여행 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 5점 리커르트(Llkert) 척도 및 명목척도를 사용하여 UI 디자인에 관한 평가 설문지를 재구성한 뒤, 총 100명을 대상으로 조사하고 추가로 여행 애플리케이션을 자주 사용하는 10명에게 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사용자들이 사용성, 정보정확성 등의 어느 부분에서 편리함 및 어려움을 느끼고, 개선되기를 바라고 있는지 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 조사한 부분들을 바탕으로 새로운 UI 프로토타입과 추가적인 UI디자인에 대한 다양한 가이드라인을 제시하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

구조적 프로그램밍 언어 교육을 위한 알고리즘 시각화 시스템의 효용성 분석 (Analysis on the Effectiveness of Algorithm Visualization System for Structured Programming Language Education)

  • 프로그래밍은 문제분석, 논리적 사고력, 절차적 문제해결과 같은 다양한 능력을 요구하므로 많은 학생들이 어려워하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 알고리즘의 개념을 쉽게 정립할 수 있도록 알고리즘 시각화 시스템을 이용하여 교육한 후 학업성취도 및 설문평가를 통하여 시스템의 효용성을 분석하였다. 평가를 위해 3개 대학의 프로그래밍과 알고리즘 교과목을 수강하는 학생들을 2집단 각각 6팀으로 분류하여 교육을 실시하였다. 알고리즘 시각화 시스템을 이용하여 교육을 적용한 집단은 비적용집단 보다 학업성취도가 17.4점 이상 높게 나타났다. 또한 적용집단에 설문조사결과 흥미도, 집중도, 이해도, 효과성, 편리성이 높게 나타났다.

개발주체별 자연휴양림 시설물의 차이 (Differences in Facilities of Natural Recreation Forests Developed by Public and Private Bodies)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the difference in facilities of natural recreation forests developed by public and private body to answer the research that what is the difference in development of natural recreation forest between public and private developer\ulcorner After reviewing the literatures, developer's decision-making and motivation of investment, and the planning process of natural recreation forest, we had constructed th conceptual framework and have found the hypothesis of this research. Using data on development status of natural recreation forests and questionnaire surveying of 625 visitors from 9 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea, We analyzed the data through the comparison of quantity of facilities per 1000 visitors and logistic regression method for quality of facilities. We have found that 1) the six facilities have been turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of public and private recreation forests. i.e., infrastructure including roads, maintenance and information and lodging and evacuation, indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, 2) public recreation forests are well equipped such basic facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation while private recreation forests are well equipped such facility as indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, and 3) the importance of such facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation, outdoor education, and shopping have been turned out to have 1.99, 2.26, 1.99, 3.01 and 2.24 times more important than that of indoor education, respectively. We can conclude that public recreation forest seems to be equipped with the facilities for sound recreational opportunities for general public, and private recreation forest turned out to have more facilities for pursuit of profits, installed basic facilities for user convenience and service, and special facilities for attracting user and raising revenue. Using the results of this research, we can make a guideline for a market positioning, and standards and provisions of natural recreation forests. We suggest that the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation facility is needed to be examined in the future research.

청소년의 올바른 항생제 사용을 위한 웹 기반 교육프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of a Web-based Education Program on Appropriate Antibiotic Use in Korean Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based education program on appropriate antibiotic use and test the effects of the program on knowledge and attitudes towards antibiotic use in Korean adolescents. Methods: The web-based education program was developed through an extensive literature review and professional advisory meetings including technical assistance from a web-based education programmer and content experts. A convenience sample of 851 students from middle and high schools participated in the assessment of effects of the program. Knowledge and attitudes of the students towards antibiotic use and satisfaction with the web-based education program were measured. Descriptive statistics and paired t-test were used to analyze the data. Results: There were significant improvements in knowledge and attitudes towards antibiotic use following self-learning via the web-based education program in both middle and high school students. High school students demonstrated higher scores in knowledge and attitudes than middle school students. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that this web-based education program on appropriate antibiotic use is a convenient and effective medium for self-learning in adolescents. Therefore the web-based program should be put into wide use as an effective and convenient teaching method for health education in secondary schools.

Kano 모델과 Timko의 고객만족계수를 이용한 이러닝 만족 및 불만족 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factor of Satisfaction or Dissatisfaction of e-Learning Using Kano Model and Timko's Customer Satisfaction coefficients)

  • 본 연구는 Kano 모델과 Timko의 고객만족계수를 이용하여 이러닝 학습자인 대학생들의 만족 및 불만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 경상북도에 소재한 Y대학의 대학생을 대상으로 실증조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 시 청각적으로 학습하기 편리하고 궁금한 사항에 대해 언제든지 질문이 가능하며 교수자가 관심을 가져줄 때 학생들은 높은 매력을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 성적과 과제에 대한 합리적인 기준과 정확한 평가는 당연히 충족해야하는 요소로 나타났다. 셋째 기초연구의 결과에서 언급한 대학생들이 이러닝을 이용하는 가장 큰 이유인 학습시간 및 학습공간의 편의성과 학습과정의 용이성은 더 이상 이러닝을 이용하는 매력적 요소로 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 이원적 인식방법으로 분류된 각 요인들의 전략적 활용방안과 이러닝 교육 개발에 있어 효과적인 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Service Quality in Special Library of Local Autonomous Entity Research Institution)

  • 이 연구는 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질 평가를 통하여 실제 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질을 파악하고 전문도서관의 기능과 역할을 더욱 효율적으로 개선하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지방연구원 소속 6개의 전문도서관 이용자 111명을 대상으로 LibQUAL+을 기반으로 수정된 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 인력품질이 공간품질과 정보품질 보다 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었고, 서비스 품질 하위변수 중에서는 인력품질의 서비스 태도, 공간품질의 공간 편의성, 정보품질의 정보 유용성이 이용자의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인터뷰 결과로 자료부족, 디지털 자료의 비활성화, 도서관 공간개념의 환경, 타 기관과의 자료공유 비활성화, 인력부족 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

수질오염총량제도 유역의 수질 및 부하량 평가를 위한 웹기반 LDC 시스템의 적용 (Application of Web-based Load Duration Curve System to TMDL Watersheds for Evaluation of Water Quality and Pollutant Loads)

  • In South Korea, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) has been enforced since 2004 to restore and manage water quality in the watersheds. However, the appraisal of TMDL in South Korea has lots of weaknesses to establish the plan for recovery of water quality because it just evaluates the target water quality during the particular flow duration interval. In the United States, Load Duration Curve (LDC) method bas been widely used in the TMDL to evaluate the water quality and pollutant loads considering variation of stream flow. In a recent study, web-based Load Duration Curve system was developed to create the LDC automatically and provide the convenience of use. In this study, web-based Load Duration Curve system was applied in the Gapyeongcheon watershed using the daily flow and 8-day interval water quality data, and Q-L Rating Curve was used to evaluate the water quality and pollutant load in the watershed, also. As a result of study, water quality and pollutant load in Gapyeongcheon watershed were met with water quality standard and allocated load in the all flow durations. Web-based Load Duration Curve system could be applied to the appraisal of South Korean TMDL because it can be used to judge the impaired flow duration and build up the plan of load reduction, and it could enhance the publicity. But, web-based Load Duration Curve system should be enhanced through addition of load assessment tools such as Q-L rating curve to evaluate water quality and pollutant load objectively.

xy 색도좌표 표현을 위한 방송 조명용 LED 신경망 제어기 (Neuro-controller for Broadcast Lighting LED to Express xy Chromaticity Coordinates)

  • 기존 방송용 LED 조명 제어방법은 RGB LED에 3자극치 이론을 적용한 LED 전류제어를 사용한다. 제어의 편의성을 위해 이러한 제어방법은 1차 선형함수로 근사하거나 시행착오를 통해 적절한 값을 사용한다. 그리고 실제 방송 조명에서 요구되는 충분한 광량과 색 혼합을 위해 적용되는 확산 판 등을 사용하지 않아 방송 조명으로는 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 방송 조명용 LED 패널 제어방법으로 비선형함수 근사 능력이 뛰어난 순방향신경망을 사용하여 원하는 색도좌표 값과 조도의 디밍 값에 맞는 RGBW LED 패널 제어기를 구현하고자 한다. 성능 평가 결과 xy 색도좌표의 오차가 대부분 ±0.02 이내이며, ANSI C78.377A의 허용범위를 만족하였다. xy 색도좌표 값의 평균 오차는 xerror=0.0044, yerror=0.0030로 제안한 알고리즘의 우수함과 안정적인 성능을 확인하였다.
