온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로 (The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust)

  • 기업들은 고객을 하나의 자산으로 여기고 관리함으로써 고객로열티가 높아질 것으로 기대를 하고 있다. 하지만 고객자산관리 노력에도 불구하고 고객로열티 증대 효과는 선형적으로 나타나지 못하고 있는데 이러한 현상은 고객 자산요소들이 고객로열티에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않을 수 있음을 말해준다. 본 연구에서는 고객자산요소와 고객로열티 사이에 숨겨진 매개요소를 찾고자 하였으며 매개요소로 신뢰를 고려하였다. 본 연구에서는 세 가지 고객자산관점 중 고객가치를 중심으로 분석하였는데 고객가치는 품질, 가격, 편의성으로 구분되다. 연구 결과, 온라인 쇼핑몰 환경에서는 신뢰가 고객가치요소와 로열티에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 편의성과 가격은 로열티에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않고 신뢰를 통해 영향을 줌을 밝혀 냈다. 또한 고객가치요소가 신뢰에 미치는 영향순서는 인지적 편의성, 품질, 가격 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 온라인쇼핑몰은 고객가치요소 관리를 함에 있어서 가격보다는 편의성과 품질에 보다 중점을 둬야 할 것이며, 이러한 요소들은 고객과의 신뢰를 강화시킴으로써 로열티를 증대시키므로 고객과의 신뢰강화 노력에 집중해야 할 것이다. 또한 이러한 인과관계를 바탕으로 고객과의 신뢰를 고객관계관리의 지표로 관리할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

  • Purpose - This study plans to adopt a more sophisticated approach toward service recognition by customers in general supermarkets in order to revise the service quality measurement methods that suit the context of Korean distribution channels. In particular, in general supermarkets, where much of the shopping process is in the form of self-service, there is high reliance on the service recognized by the consumers; therefore, it is highly likely that consumers would make their purchasing decisions based on their recognition of service quality or guarantees. It also utilized service quality elements of a basic level in the KD-SQS development model in order to indicate that the quality recognized by consumers impacts their loyalty to the stores with financial value and abstract value. Research design, data, and methodology - The study suggested a theoretical model comprising 13 hypotheses on relations between theoretic variables, and conducted surveys with consumers using discount stores in Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses, while using SPSS 20.0, AMOS 21.0 as the verification program. The survey sheets used amounted to 332, and a structural equation model was used to analyze the reliability and validity of constituent elements and to verify the suggested hypothesis. Therefore, this study analyzes the interrelations between service quality and guarantee factors in the distribution channel and their relations with the loyalty to stores as a dependent variable. Results - First, the results of the hypotheses tests helped identify the relations between service quality, service guarantees, service value, and customer loyalty, providing an opportunity to define the relations between constituent elements. In particular, service convenience in service quality has no impact on financial values. Further, stores' service policy had no impact on abstract values. Service recognition by service convenience has an impact on abstract values such as good image, comfort, and usability, while mileage systems promote financial values for consumers. In order to improve consumer values in service quality and values, general supermarkets should improve their service convenience, membership, and mileage programs using various strategies. Conclusion - In order to improve consumer values in service quality and values, general supermarkets should improve their service convenience, membership, and mileage programs using various strategies. Further, as service guarantee systems have a significant and direct impact on customer loyalty, rather than customer value recognition, service guarantees should be used to encourage customers to re-visit the stores. Finally, this study applied the findings of preceding studies in terms of service quality measurement; it had limitations in referencing preceding studies in a comprehensive manner. It also had limits in expanding upon various preceding studies because it was difficult to apply new measurement tools due to the lack of service quality measurement tools for general supermarkets. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct more studies on service quality to measure service quality and develop measurement tools by incorporating various industry characteristics.

광주.전남지역 대학생의 주거가치와 주거 만족도 (Housing Values and Satisfaction among University Students in Gwangju and the Chonnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to gather baseline data on perceived housing values and satisfaction rates among consumers with the aim of using this information for future planning. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 1000 university students from Gwangju and the Chonnam area from 2007 October 8th to 30th. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, $x^2-test$ and one-way ANOVA. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, in relation to perceived house values, students identified three factors as important: pursuit of convenience, disposition toward individuality-orientation and consciousness of others. The respondents regarded convenience as very important, especially in regard to one's safety, health and location of amenities. Secondly, cluster analysis based on perceived house value revealed passive and energetic types. Students in the energetic type exhibited a tendency to prefer convenience, independence, and consciousness of others. Finally in terms of housing satisfaction, the respondents identified four factors as important: house quality, neighborhood environment, local socio-psychological environment, and location. Housing satisfaction was higher among students who lived in large or new houses, shared the same house with their family, and had a room all to themselves. Accoding to these findings, university students important value safety, health and environmental-friendliness in a house and they find location important. Therefore, future houses should reflect these wants.

대구시 거주청소년의 주거관에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Residential Outlook of Juveniles in Taegu)

  • The research was carried out by posing a questionnaire, making middle and high schoolstudents 549 in Taehu an object of this research, in order to grasp the residential outlook of juveniles.1. The first order of reason why they have resided in present their houses was by a school group and their parents' choice and work place and second order of reason was by their parents' choice, life convenience in present house add traffice convenience And there was littledifference in the first and second residential reasons according to sew.2. In compareson with past and present house type, past and present house type shewed same tendency and future wanted house type was separate house absolutely.3. Points to be considered in selectong future were in the order of facilities, traffice,, surrounding, educational, social and economical circumstances. There was little difference in almost items to be considered in choosing accordant to sew. But in case of schoolgirls, they consisered more items in selecting houses than in schoolboys.4. As a result of researching ideal house of juvenile, happy family was most Preferred and the desire to possess house was expressed strongly.5. The first value on house was health of family, the stability, the stabi]ity and the residential convenience. And schoolboys attacged more importance to the gealth of family, ghe stability and the education fer children than in case of school-girls but on the other hand school girls attached more importance to economical value house and happy and harmonious family.

온라인 식품 구독서비스 특성이 지각된 가치와 고객인게이지먼트에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Online Food Subscription Economy Characteristics on Perceived Value and Customer Engagement)

  • This study classified five types of online food subscription economy: replenishment, curation, surprise, membership, and visitation. An online survey was conducted with 314 customers who experienced 5 types of online subscription economy. This study selected the characteristics of the food subscription economy as convenience, perceived personalization, economic utility, and timeliness through previous studies. The effect of the four characteristics on perceived value (utilitarian and emotional) and the relationship between customer engagement and perceived value, which are dependent variables that have never been used in the food subscription economy, were verified through the S-O-R model. In this relationship, we demonstrated how consumers' personal tendencies, such as need for cognitive closure and self-efficacy, mediate between timeliness and perceived value related to online food delivery. The study results are as follows. Perceived personalization, convenience, and timeliness had a positive effect on the utilitarian value in the order. It also had a positive effect on emotional values in the order of perceived personalization and timeliness. On the other hand, economic utility had no significant effect on practical branches. Customer engagement had a positive effect in the order of emotional value and utilitarian value. The lower the need for cognitive closure the more positive the utilitarian value. The lower the self-efficacy, the more positive the emotional value was perceived. Through the above study, companies that want to operate or start an online food subscription economy need a strategic approach rather than unreasonable price discounts in pricing policy. In addition, it is necessary to focus on marketing activities that provide emotional value by focusing on perceived personalization, which is the satisfaction factor of online food subscription.

주거만족도 모델에서의 주거가치의 역할 연구 (The Effects of Housing Values on Housing Satisfaction Model)

  • This study was designed to examine the effects of housing values on housing satisfaction model. The empirical model of this study was based on the Goulart(1982). Data were collected through questionnaire survey, and the sample consisted of 285 households in Kimhae. Housing values were grouped into four clusters : the health and convenience value, the personal and social value, the location value, and the economic value. The major findings were that 1) the concordance between values and the actual housing conditions contributes significantly to the prediction of housing astisfaction, and 2) the control variables including sociodemographic and economic characteristics and housing values themselves did not directly influence on housing satisfaction.

중국 여성의 물질주의 가치가 의복쇼핑성향과 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 - 밀레니얼 세대를 중심으로 - (The effects of materialism value on clothing shopping orientation and impulse buying behaviors of chinese female consumers - Focused on millennials -)

  • The purposes of this study was to investigate the effects of materialism value on the clothing shopping orientation and impulse buying behaviors of Chinese female consumers. The subjects were 417 female millennials in Gillim-province, China. The research method was a survey, and the questionnaire consisted of questions to ascertain materialism value, clothing shopping orientation, impulse buying behaviors, and the subjects' demographic characteristics. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, factor analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The results of this study were as follows: First, materialism value was derived with 3 factors (happiness pursuit, possession-oriented, and success judgement). Second, the clothing shopping orientation was derived with 5 factors (trend pursuit, pleasure pursuit, brand pursuit, economic pursuit, and convenience pursuit). Third, the impulse buying behavior was derived with 4 factors (pure, planned, reminder, and implicit impulse buying). Forth, materialism value had significant effects on clothing shopping orientation. The higher the value of materialism, the more the brand pursuit, pleasure pursuit, and trend pursuit shopping orientation increased, while the economic pursuit and convenience pursuit shopping orientation decreased. Fifth, materialism value had significant effect on pure and planned impulse buying behaviors. As the value of materialism increased, pure and planned impulsive buying behaviors increased. This study suggested that materialism value is an effective variable to understand the clothing shopping orientation and clothing impulse buying behavior.

패키지관광 동기에 대한 태도 및 지각적가치가 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Characteristics of Attitude and Perceived Value of Motivation of Package Tour on Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 패키지 관광동기(화합, 유희, 편리성)가 패키지 여행자의 태도 및 지각적 가치(감정적 가치, 기능적 가치)를 통해 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 패키지관광을 경험한 19세 이상의 성인 297명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광동기 하위요인인 화합성, 유희성, 편리성은 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 관광동기 하위요인인 화합은 지각적 가치 하위 요인인 감정적 가치에 긍정적으로 영향을 주지 않으며, 유희성과 편리성은 감정적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 태도는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 지각적 가치의 하위요인 감정적, 가능적 가치요인 모두 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 패키지관광의 경쟁력을 확보하고 효율적인 마케팅 전략에 대한 연구로 확대하여 소비자의 욕구를 자극하여 기호에 맞는 독창적이고 차별화된 서비스를 제공하여 패키지관광이 활성화 될 수 있도록 연구결과를 바탕으로 제시하였다.

의류점포내 상황요인과 제품의 소비가치가 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Situation Factors and Consumption Values on the Impulse Buying Behaviors in Apparel Store)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the relationships of situation variables, product variables. consumer variables and impulse buying behavior in apparel store. We collected data from 462 consumers of adult women living in Pusan and analysed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, t-test and discriminant analysis. The results were as follows: First, The purchase situation influenced on the impulse buying behavior consisted of the Pre-purchase condition and the Point-of-purchase state. The in-store situation consisted of the Salesman/store atmosphere, the Low price and the Possibility of out of stock. And the consumption values of apparel are divided into four factors ; Emotional/aesthetical value, Epistemic value, Functional value and Social value. The clothing shopping orientation as consumer variable extracted six factors ; Recreational orientation, Economical orientation, Brand/store loyalty orientation, Careful orientation, Apathetic orientation and Positive orientation. Consumers were classified by the cloting shopping orientation into the Convenience shopper, the Recreational shopper, the Economical shopper and the Careful shopper. Second, In comparison with the unimpulse-buyin groups, the impulse-buying group is more effected by in-store situation than purchase situation, and were more effected by Emotional/aesthetical value, Social value and Epistemic value of the consumption value. In consumer types, the more was the Recreational shopper and the Convenience shopper, the more showed impulse buying behavior. And the important factor distinguished between the impulse buying group and the unimpulse buying group was the Salesman/store atmosphere of the in-store situation.

The Impact of Service Perceptions and Product Perceptions on the Formation of Fashion Internet Shoppers' Satisfaction and Purchasing Behavioral Intentions

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the service and product perceptions' dimensions for fashion retail sites and to identify the service and product perceptions' dimensions influencing consumers' satisfaction and purchasing behavioral intentions for fashion retail sites. A set of self-administered questionnaires were e-mailed to an internet Research Panel consisting of members who had purchased fashion products or visited fashion retail sites. 799 questionnaires were analysed using frequency, percentage, exploratory factor analysis. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, stepwise regression analysis utilizing SPSS 10.0. The service perception dimensions of fashion retail sites had reliability, convenience, incentive, responsiveness and tangibility. Online fashion product perception dimensions were product variety and product value. Consumer satisfaction was influenced by reliability, product variety, product value, convenience, incentive and responsiveness. Consumer satisfaction had a direct impact on purchasing behavioral intentions of fashion retail sites.
