T-S 퍼지 모델을 이용한 역진자 시스템의 안정화 제어기 설계 (Design of Stabilizing Controller for an Inverted Pendulum System Using The T-S Fuzzy Model)

  • We presents a new method of constructing an equivalent T-S fuzzy model by using the sum of products of linearly independent scalar functions from nonlinear dynamics. This method exactly expresses nonlinear systems and automatically determines the number of rules. We design a stabilizing controller f3r ul inverted pendulum system by using the concep of parallel distributed compensation (PDC) and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) based on the proposed T-S fuzzy modeling method. We show effectiveness of a systematically designed fuzzy controller based on the proposed T-S fuzzy modeling method through the simulation and experiment of an inverted pendulum system.

Modeling of Belt-Pulley and Flexible Coupling Effects on Submarine Driven System Electrical Motors

  • Nowadays numerous research projects are being conducted in the field of electric motors. Non-modeling of flexible connections such as couplings and the belt-pulley do not show some real behaviors. With an increase in the number of connections and drive factors, these Non-modeled modes become more important. The coupling of two electric motors, instead of one motor, in submarine propeller force is an obvious example which shows that Non-modeled vibration modes caused by flexible connections can disturb controller operation and make undesirable vibrations in the submarine body. In this paper a dynamic model of flexible connections and a completed dynamic model of two different coupled electric models is presented. A robust controller for the completed model is also amended so that the two controlling targets of a desired speed adjustment and an appropriate load division between the two motors with sufficient accuracy are achieved.

  • This paper proposes an adaptive control scheme for an autopilot design of Relaxed-Static-Stability(RSS) Missiles with saturating actuator. The feedback linearization controller eliminates nonlinear terms in RSS missile dynamics and makes the entire system linear. But modeling errors, disturbances and the nonlinear mismatch due to input constraints exert a bad influence on the performance of the feedback linearization controller Thus, first, we derive a parametric affine uncertainty model with modeling errors and disturbances. Then an adaptive control law with anti-windup scheme is developed, where the bounds of uncertainties are estimated with adaptive laws.   • This paper presents the vibration control of a flexible intelligent beam with added mass. The materials which is a glass fiber reinforced(GFR) thermoplastic composite is employed to achieve vibration characteristics according to added mass induced end of composite beam. In the experiments of forced vibration control, the -controller are employed to achieve vibration suppression in forced vibration situations. Also, in the controller design, 1st and 2nd´s natural frequencies are considered in the modeling, because robust control theory which has robustness to structured uncertainty is adopted to suppress the vibration.   • This paper presents a new practical autopilot design approach to acceleration control for tail-controlled STT(Skid-to-Turn) missiles. The approach is novel in that the proposed parametric affine missile model adopts acceleration as th controlled output and considers the couplings between the forces as well as the moments and control fin deflections. The aerodynamic coefficients in the proposed model are expressed in a closed form with fittable parameters over the whole operating range. The parameters are fitted from aerodynamic coefficient look-up tables by the function approximation technique which is based on the combination of local parametric models through curve fitting using the corresponding influence functions. In this paper in order to employ the results of parametric affine modeling in the autopilot controller design we derived a parametric affine missile model and designed a feedback linearizing controller for the obtained model. Stability analysis for the overall closed loop sys-tem is provided considering the uncertainties arising from approximation errors. the validity of the proposed modeling and control approach is demonstrated through simulations for an STT missile.

Design of a smart MEMS accelerometer using nonlinear control principles

  • This paper presents a novel smart MEMS accelerometer which employs a hybrid control algorithm and an estimator. This scheme is realized by adding a sliding-mode controller to a conventional PID closed loop system to achieve higher stability and higher dynamic range and to prevent pull-in phenomena by preventing finger displacement from passing a maximum preset value as well as adding an adaptive nonlinear observer to a conventional PID closed loop system. This estimator is used for online estimation of the parameter variations for MEMS accelerometers and gives the capability of self testing to the system. The analysis of convergence and resolution show that while the proposed control scheme satisfies these criteria it also keeps resolution performance better than what is normally obtained in conventional PID controllers. The performance of the proposed hybrid controller investigated here is validated by computer simulation.

  • 본 논문은 도서지역에서 운용되고 있는 풍력-디젤 하이브리드 발전시스템의 풍속변화 등으로 인한 주파수변동 문제를 해결할 수 있는 플라이휘일 저장장치의 모델링 및 제어기 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 플라이휘일 저장장치는 효율측면에서 유리한 영구자석 동기기형 플라이휘일로 선정하여 모델링하였고, 주파수보상 제어기는 AC/DC/AC 양방향컨버터로 구성하되 동기기측 컨버터는 연계계통의 주파수변동에 대하여 충방전운전을 하도록 하고, 계통측 컨버터는 직류버스전압 일정제어를 통하여 출력을 하도록 설계하였다. 제안된 모델링 및 제어기 설계방법을 풍력-디젤 하이브리드 독립운전계통에 적용한 결과 풍속변화에 따른 주파수변동을 적정범위내로 유지할 수 있었다.

DFT 기반의 시스템 모델링을 이용한 DC Motor의 위치제어 (The Position Control of DC Motor using the System Modeling based on the DFT)

  • This study presents a new method of system modeling by using the Discrete Fourier Transform for the position control system of DC Motor. And the proposed method is similar to the method of System Identification by analysis of correlation of the measured input-output data. The measured output signals are transformed to the frequency domain using DFT. The Fourier Spectrum of the transformed signals is used for knowing to the feature of having an important effect on the system. And transfer function of the second order system is estimated by the dominant parameter which is computed in the magnitude and the phase of Fourier spectrum of the transformed signals. In addition, the output signal includes the unique feature of system. So, although the basic parameter of the system is unknown for us, the proposed method has an advantage to system modeling. And the controller is easily designed by the estimated transfer function. Thus, in this paper, the proposed method is applied to the system modeling for the position control system of DC Motor and the PD-controller is designed by the estimated model. And the efficiency and the reliability of the proposed method are verified by the experimental result.

무인기용 착륙장치 측력 모델링 및 지상활주 제어기 설계 (Side Force Modeling of Landing Gear and Ground Directional Controller Design for UAV)

  • 무인항공기의 자동이착륙을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 자동 지상활주 제어는 반드시 설계되어야 하는 중요한 부분이다. 이러한 지상활주 제어기를 설계하기 위해서는 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 착륙장치 모델은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 착륙장치 모델링을 완성하기 위해서 특별히 착륙장치 측력 모델링을 수행하였다. 조향각 명령을 포함한 Cornering Angle을 계산하여 측력을 모델링하였다. 그리고 모델링된 착륙장치 모델을 포함한 비선형 6자유도 시뮬레이션 환경을 이용하여, 항공기의 바람벡터 방향인 Course Angle 오차를 해소하기 위한 전륜 조향(Nose Wheel Steering)과 러더 조향(Rudder Steering)을 동시에 이용하는 자동 지상활주 제어기를 설계하였다. 설계된 지상활주 제어기를 동일하게 적용하여, 착륙장치 모델을 포함한 시뮬레이션 결과와 실제 무인기를 이용한 자동 지상활주 시험 결과를 비교하였고, 이로써 착륙장치 측력 모델링과 지상활주 제어기의 정확성을 입증하였다.

  • 위성은 효용성 증가로 지속적인 발전를 거치며 여러 종류의 위성이 개발 및 계획이 진행되고 있으며, 여러 가지 필수적인 시스템을 포함하고 있다. 이중 전력 공급 시스템은 위성의 수명에 직접적인 영향을 가지고 있으며, 다양한 요구에 맞게 설계가 이루어 져야 하는 특성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 위성의 설계 요구조건에 부합하는 전압 변압기의 설계 및 안정한 제어가 요구된다. 일반적으로 저궤도 위성의 전력 변환은 각 모듈 및 부하에 따라 여러 단계를 거쳐 전달하게 된다. 이러한 다양한 단계의 전력 변환에 대한 분석 및 이를 반영한 설계는 복잡성으로 인해 쉽게 파악하기 힘든 특성을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 간결 화된 일반화 모델링을 통한 대신호, 소신호분석으로 정 전압 변압기 설계 및 안정화 제어를 위한 방안을 제시한다.
