탐색공간의 범위축소를 위한 DPLL-DCO Controller 설계 (DPLL-DCO Controller Design for the Reduction of Searching Window)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 주파수 합성기 구현 방법인 DS, DDS, PLL방식을 조합시킴으로써 여러 가지 성능(전환시간, 안정성. 분해능)을 향상시킬 수 있는 주파수 합성기의 DCO 제어기를 설계하였는데, 이 DCO controller는 병렬처리 기법 및 신경망에서 사용하는 기법인 패턴매칭 기법을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 설계된 DCO controller는 이동통신의 hand-off시와 같은 빠르고 정확한 동기를 요구하는 시스템에 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

Distributed Control of the Arago's Disc System with Gain Scheduler

  • Arago's disk system consists of a speed controller of the DC motor (inner loop controller) and a position controller of the magnetic bar angle (main controller), which are implemented by the design of the PI and PID controller, respectively. First, we analyzed the nonlinear characteristics of the Arago disk system and found the operating point range of three locations as a result. In this paper, a gain scheduler method was applied to guarantee a constant control performance in the range of $0{\sim}130^{\circ}C$, and a structure to change the controller according to the control reference value based on the previously obtained operating points was experimentally implemented. The Distributed Control Systems (DCS) configuration using the Controller Area Network (CAN) was used to verify the proposed method by improving the operational efficiency of the entire experimental system. So, simplicity of the circuit and easy diagnosis were achieved through a single CAN bus communication.

  • CAN(Controller Area Network)은 시스템이 간단하고 저렴하게 구현 할 수 있는 필드버스(Field bus)로써 1980년대 독일의 BOSCH사에 의해 자동차 제어용 네트워크로 개발되었고, 실시간 계측제어 능력이 우수하여 산업전반(산업 자동화, 건을 자동화, 의료 장비, 열차, 중장비 차량)에 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAN의 단일 마스터 시스템(Single Master System)에서 마스터 노드에 문제가 발생할 때, 전체 시스템이 다운되는 현상을 악기 위해 마스터 노드를 동적으로 변화시키는 동적 마스터 시스템(Dynamic Master System)을 제안하고 기존의 시스템과 비교하여 시스템의 가용성을 알아보았다.

  • This paper presents the programmable logic controller (PLC) networking development for communication with the mobile phone. The proposed technique is suitable for remote sensing control systems, which can display the operation status and monitoring fault diagnosis of a system. The system operation is based on the use of personal computer (PC) to logically analyze data from PLC, and existing internet protocol for sending information messages to mobile phones.

  • This paper begin a new approach in the water-gate control using radio communication. The dissertation is on the controllable device development of water-gate in the remote distance from water-gate trough the transceiver by radio communication. The proposed water-gate control device is simpe in structure, an suitable for implementation of water-gate control in the remote distance. The remote controller water-gate device inspected the up and down motion of water-gate through the LCD displayer, so that it was very safety driving about the surroundings imformation, over loading and position of water-gate, and so on.

  • 본 논문은 통신 지연을 가지는 방향 네트워크로 연결된 고차 적분기시스템의 출력 피드백 일치문제를 다룬다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 저이득 제어기에 설계변수를 추가한 새로운 동적 출력 피드백 제어기를 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 제어기의 존재성이 임의로 큰 통신지연이 존재하는 경우에도 항상 보장됨을 증명한다.

  • These fields are integrated to visualize and finalize the proposed development, in simulation environment. SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems and distributed control systems (DCSs) are widely deployed in all over the world, which are designed to control the industrial infrastructures, in real ways. To supervise and control the various parts of designed systems; trends to require a deep knowledge to understand the overall functional needs of industries, which could be a big challenge. Industrial field devices (or network sensors) are usually distributed in many locations and are controlled from centralized site (or main control center); the communication provides various signs of security issues. To handle these issues, the research contribution will twofold: a method using cryptography is deployed in critical systems for security purposes and overall transmission is controlled from main controller site. At controller site, multimedia components are employed to control the overall transmission graphically, such as system communication, bytes flows, security embedded parameters and others, by the means of multimedia technology.

Heterarchical SFCS를 위한 ICPL 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of ICPL for Heterarchical SFCS)

  • This paper deals with the design and development of a real-time integrated communication architecture for heterarchical SFCS(Shop Floor Control System). In autonomous agent-based heterarchical SFCS, each functional unit of parts and resources is equipped with an intelligent controller (agent) that acts as the representative of the entity. The controllers communicate and negotiate with other controllers on a real-time basis through message passing and bidding protocol to achieve mutual agreements for task sharing. ICPL(Integrated Communication Protocol and Language) is proposed for this purpose. ICPL is a language and a protocol for supporting communication among intelligent controllers. Based on the speech act theory, this paper proposes a semantic description for ICPL that associates the description of the cognitive states of controllers with the use of language primitives (message_type). Semantics for the basic set of ICPL messages is described. Eventually, an ICPL-based communication architecture can provide the implementation of the distributed and heterarchical SFCS, and makes the intelligent controller transparent to the negotiation problem.

  • The demand for automatic manufacturing systems is increasing. Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) is usually considered as a soluting for the shop floor automation. One of the difficulties in FMS is the communications problem. Since various machineries with different communications protocoles are included, applying a unified scheme is almost impossible. Therefore, a systematic approach is a key point to solve the communication problem. A cell is difined as an automation unit where closely related for a job reside together. A cell is a messenger between upper level computers and lower level machine equipment. In this research, the fonctions of the cell are defined to have more capabilities than conventional cells since a cell can be often a total manufacturing system is a small to medium sized factory. The cell conducts communications with different machines through the communications schemes established here. A set of software system has been developed according to the defined communication. The software has been tested for a simulation and real experiments for proof.

항공교통정보가 제공되는 CDTI 효과 연구 (A Study On The Effect of CDTI With Air Traffic Information)

  • 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)는 급증하는 항공교통 수요에 대비하고자 위성항법과 데이터 통신 기술이 접목된 차세대 항행시스템 CNS/ATM의 도입을 권고하고 있다. 차세대 항행시스템은 통신, 항법, 감시 및 교통관리로 구성되어 있다. 이중 감시 분야에 대해서는 ADS-B 정보를 바탕으로 한 CDTI가 구축이 되어 지고 있으며, 항공기 조종사, 항공교통관제사, 지상 이동체의 운용자 등에게 항공교통정보를 공유할 수 있는 장치이다. 본 논문에서는 CDTI를 통해 조종사와 관제사 사이에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 실제 조종사와 관제사 사이에 주고받은 ATC통신 내역을 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 비교분석을 하였으며, 분석 결과 CDTI를 사용할 경우 ATC 환경과 기존레이더 체계보다 항공기 식별부호, 위치, 고도 정보 인식률이 향상 되는 것을 확인하였고, 조종사와 관제사의 항공교통정보 인식이 개선되어짐을 확인을 하였다.
