  • Cost-volume-profit analysis shows the relationship between these factors. The figures expressed in a break-even chart can be used planning control and decision making. The relation ships can also be helpful in understanding how all costs must be covered in menu pricing. Involved in these relationship is the contribution to overhead and profit, or contribution ratio. This study used the food service operation of H hotel. Assumed the FC would be 10% of the High Volume, the VC would be 76% of the high volume. And in the CVP of individual meals, selected labor cost of the VC, assumed labor cost would be 35% of the volume.

연료분사계 변수의 변화에 따른 커먼레일 디젤엔진의 분무특성에 관한 수치적 분석 (A Numerical Analysis on the Spray Characteristics at Different Injection System Parameters in a Common-rail Diesel Engine)

  • This paper present the diesel spray characteristics at different injection system parameters in a HSDI diesel engine. The spray characteristics was calculated by the coupled simulation of fuel injection system model and three-dimensional KIVA-3V code with TAB spray model. The relevant injection parameters are accumulator volume, control chamber initial volume, control orifice diameter, needle valve diameter and nozzle chamber initial volume, etc. Parametric investigation with respect to twelve relevant injection parameters showed that there was a significant advantage in varying control chamber initial volume, control chamber orifice diameter, and nozzle chamber orifice diameter with respect to effect the SMD and fuel injection speed. Consequently, in order to design the fuel injection system for spray characteristics, it seems reasonable to suppose to be optimized the fuel injection system.

누룽지 분말을 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Pan Bread with Nurungji Powder)

  • This study was to investigate the quality characteristics of white pan bread with added Nurungji, scorched rice. Nurungji powder at the level of 5% (N5), 10% (N10), 15% (N15), 20% (N20) was mixed with flour to make the bread. The overall effects of nurungji powder in pan bread were examined by investigating fermentation rates, volume change, farinograph and TPA analysis, color and preference evaluation. A control showed the highest fermentation rate by 60 min, but there was no significant difference between all samples. Farinograph analysis showed that the water absorption rate was the lowest in control and increased with the addition of nurungji powder. In contrast, in dough development time, control was the shortest and the N20 was the longest. Dough stability showed the best with control, N20 showed the lowest value, and Dough weakness increased significantly as the amount of rice powder was increased. According to TPA analysis it had shown significant differences in hardness and chewiness in the bread with Nurungi. Volume and specific volume tended to decrease as the amount of rice powder added increased. Sensory evaluation showed that the texture of bread had the highest with control, and the overall preference such as color, taste, and flavor showed the best with N15.

  • 가압 경수로의 노 냉각수 제어계통의 신뢰도를 해석하였다. 이 신뢰도 해석에서 붕소주입실패를 상위사고로 설정하였다. 신뢰도 해석은 고장계통도를 작성한 후 이 고장 계통도로부터 최소절군을 구하였다. 붕소주입실패에 의한 노 냉각수 제어계통의 불가용성은 1.497$\times$$10^{-5}$으로 계산되었다. 노 냉각수 제어계통의 불가용성에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 것은 붕산전달펄프의 신뢰도이며, 인간의 실수 역시 계통 신뢰도에 중요한 인자임이 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 지방부 간선 또는 지선 축에서 효과적으로 사용 가능한 연동형 반감응 신호제어 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 평가하였다. 연동형 반감응 신호제어에 대한 모의실험 결과를 살펴보면, 주 부 도로의 교통량 차이가 커질수록 연동형 반감응 신호제어의 지체가 최적화된 고정식 신호제어에 비해 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 주부도로의 교통량이 같거나 전체 교통량이 많아지면 최적화된 고정식 신호제어의 지체가 더 낮게 나타났으며, 횡단 보행량이 많아질수록 차량 지체가 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 연동형 반감응 신호제어는 차량 교통량이 일정수준 이하인 곳에 적용하되, 횡단 보행량을 고려하여 적용지역을 선별해야 할 것이다.

수출중량과 관제탑관제량, 내항화물입항, 수출화물수송 그리고 선박출항과의 동조화현상 (Synchronization Phenomenon between Export Weight & Control Volume, Inland Cargo, Export Cargo, Ship Departure)

  • 본 연구에서 목적은 수출중량과 관제량, 내항화물입항, 수출화물수송, 선박출항과의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 통계청 국가통계포털에서 지난 2011년 1월부터 2020년 5월까지 총 113개 월간자료를 검색하여 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 전년 동월대비 변동률을 이용하여 수치분석과 지표분석, 모형분석을 수행하였다. 상승률 동향에서 관제량은 2020년도 초부터 코로나19의 영향으로 150%에서 60%대로 급락하였고 동시에 수출중량과 수출화물수송도 동반 하락하는 모습을 보여주었다. 분석결과 수출중량은 수출화물수송 및 관제량과 상대적으로 동조화현상이 높게 나타난 반면 수출중량과 내항화물은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 수출중량이 지난 2019년 이후 변동률이 감소하면서 2020년 이후 더 이어질 것으로 예상된다. 향후 관제량이나 수출화물수송의 반등시점을 찾을 수 있다면 수출중량의 상승시점을 예상해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 가능한 빠른 시간 내에 수출중량의 증가세가 나타나기를 기대해 본다.

  • Detection of left ventricular boundary for the functional analysis of LV(left ventricle)is obtained using automatic boundary detection algorithm based on dynamic programming method. This scheme reduces the edge searching time and ensures connective edge detection, since it does not require general edge operator, edge thresholding and linking process of other edge. detection methods. The left ventricular diastolic volume and systolic volume and systolic volume were computed after this automatic boundary detection, and these Volume data wm applied to analyze LV ejection fraction.

나선 홈 펌프 실의 누설 및 로터다이내믹 해석 (Leakage and Rotordynamic Analysis of Spiral-Grooved Pump Seal Based on Three-Control-Volume Theory)

  • In this paper the leakage prediction md rotordynamic analysis of an annular seal with a smooth rotor and spiral-grooved stator is performed. For the development of a theoretical model, the three-control-volume analysis of the circumferentially-grooved seal is expanded by considering pressure reduction due to the pumping effect of spiral groove and pressurized flow through the spiral groove. Validation on the present analysis is achieved by comparisons with available experimental data. For the leakage prediction the present analysis generally shows a reasonable agreement with experimental results. Rotordynamic coefficients for rotor speed with spiral angles show same trend, but the magnitudes of rotordynamic coefficients yield differences between analysis and experimental results.

Rotordynamic Analysis for Stepped-Labyrinth Gas Seals Using Moodys Friction-Factor Model

  • The governing equations are derived for the analysis of a stepped labyrinth gas seal generally used in high performance compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines. The bulk-flow is assumed for a single cavity control volume set up in a stepped labyrinth cavity and the flow is assumed to be completely turbulent in the circumferential direction. The Moodys wall-friction-factor model is used for the calculation of wall shear stresses in the single cavity control volume. For the reaction force developed by the stepped labyrinth gas seal, linearized zeroth-order and first-order perturbation equations are developed for small motion about a centered position. Integration of the resultant first-order pressure distribution along and around the seal defines the rotordynamic coefficients of the stepped labyrinth gas seal. The resulting leakage and rotordynamic characteristics of the stepped labyrinth gas seal are presented and compared with Scharrers theoretical analysis using Blasius wall-friction-factor model. The present analysis shows a good qualitative agreement of leakage characteristics with Scharrers analysis, but underpredicts by about 20%. For the rotordynamic coefficients, the present analysis generally yields smaller predictied values compared with Scharrers analysis.

  • The filling pattern technique based on the finite element method and Eulerian mesh advancement approach has been developed to analyze incompressible transient viscous flow with free surfaces. The governing equation for flow analysis is Navier-Stokes equation including inertia and gravity effects. The penalty and predictor-corrector methods are used effectively for finite element formulation. The flow front surface and the volume inflow rate are calculated using the filling pattern technique to select an adequate pattern among four filling patterns at each triangular control volume. Using the proposed numerical technique, the collapse of a dam has been analyzed to predict flow phenomenon of fluid and the predicted front positions versus time have been compared with the reported experimental result.
