분만간호 핵심술기에 대한 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 효과 (Effects of Simulation-based Practice Education for Core Skill of Maternity Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of maternity nursing education-knowledge, skills and attitude among the third year students who have completed maternity nursing, practice at the college, clinical practice and core skill practicum. Methods: This is the descriptive research to verify the effectiveness of simulation-based practice education for core skill of maternity nursing. Third year nursing students who have completed maternity nursing related theories and practice have been selected as population. Total of 202 surveys have been used for analysis. Data analysis is done by using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Self-confidence of core skill in maternity nursing is experimental group 4.52 and control group 4.37 score (p<.05). Performance competence in childbirth care is experimental group 4.53 and control group 4.35 score (p<.05). The students who have maternity nursing related clinical practice and core skill practicum experience show high core skill evaluation score. Conclusion: Therefore, it is recommended that current maternity nursing core skill curriculum should be reviewed and improved, and the students should be provided variety of simulation techniques to gain essential knowledge and core nursing skills.

코로나 19 이후 상급종합병원 간호사의 의료폐기물 관리 실천에 미치는 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on the Practice of Medical Waste Management of Nurses in Tertiary General Hospitals after COVID-19)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the practice of medical waste management of nurses in tertiary general hospitals after the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: The participants were 154 nurses working in two tertiary general hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using an Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. Results: Factors significantly influencing the subject's practice of medical waste management include medical waste education(β=.18, p=.013), recognition of infection control organizational culture (β=.26, p=.007), and attitudes toward medical waste management (β=.23, p=.011). The explanatory power of these variables for medical waste management practice was 29.0% (F=7.34, p<.001). Conclusion: To improve the practice of medical waste management, a strategy to provide positive attitudes toward medical waste management should be needed when developing medical waste management training programs, and various measures are necessary to make the organizational culture positive for the implementation of infection control guidelines at the organizational level.

간호학생의 임상실습 스트레스경감을 위한 발마사지의 효과 (The Effect of Foot Massage on Stress in Student Nurses in Clinical Practice)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of foot massage on the stress of student nurses in clinical practice. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 52 student nurses from three junior colleges and one university. The subjects were assigned to one of two groups : the experimental group(26 students), and the control group(26 students). The study was conducted from October to November 1999. For the experimental group the foot massage was performed once a day for 3 days, starting from the first day of clinical practice. Subjects' mood, fatigue, blood pressure and pulse rate were measured as dependent variables. The Instrument for mood and fatigue state was a 100mm visual analogue scale. For the experimental group pre and post tests were done just before and after every 3 foot massages and on the 7th clinical practice day. For the control group pretest was done on 1st clinical day and posttest was done on clinical practice 7th day. The data was analyzed by the t-test and paired t-test and the results are summarized as follows: 1. The mood state scores were significantly higher for the experimental group as compared to the control group after the foot massage(t=13.73, p<.001). 2. The fatigue state scores were significantly lower for the experimental group as compared to the control group after the foot massage(t=8.69, p<.001). 3. The systolic blood pressure was significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the foot massage(t=3.0073, p<.01). 4. The diastolic blood pressure was not significantly different between the experiment group and the control group after the foot massage. 5. The pulse rate was not significantly different between the experiment group and the control group after foot massage. 6. The mood state scores on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd massage day was significantly improved right after the foot massage. 7. The fatigue state scores on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd massage day were significantly lower right after the foot massage. 8. Systolic blood pressure on the 1st and 2nd massage day was significantly decreased right after the foot massage. Diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate were decreased right after massage but the change was not statistically significant. On the basis of the above findings, this study suggests that foot massage can be an effective stress relieving method for student nurses in clinical practice.

The relationship between mothers' knowledge and practice level of cough etiquette and their children's practice level in South Korea

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationships between mothers' knowledge and practice level of cough etiquette and their children's practice level of cough etiquette as perceived by their mothers. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The data were collected from 160 mothers with preschoolers attending daycare centers and kindergartens in Gwangju, South Korea using self-reported questionnaires. Results: The correct answer rate for cough etiquette knowledge in mothers was 86.0%, mothers' average practice score was 33.65±4.14, and their children's average practice score was 28.39±4.85 out of 48. The correlation between mothers' cough etiquette knowledge and practice level was not statistically significant. However, mothers' cough etiquette practice was positively correlated with children's cough etiquette level as perceived by mothers (r=.35, p<.001). Conclusion: The development of a systematic cough etiquette education program and measurements for both mothers and children according to their developmental stages is important to effectively prevent respiratory infections.

석회유황합제를 이용한 배나무 검은별무늬병과 붉은별무늬병의 친환경 방제 (Environment-Friendly Control of Pear Scab and Rust Using Lime Sulfur)

  • 배를 유기재배하는 과원에서 문제가 되는 주요 병을 효과적으로 방제할 수 있는 친환경유기농자재 살포프로그램을 도출하기 위하여 친환경유기농자재 살포에 따른 검은별무늬병과 붉은별무늬병에 대한 방제효과를 관행재배와 비교 검정하였다. 석회유황합제와 석회보르도액을 10회 살포한 친환경방제구에서는 관행재배과원에 비해서 잎에 발생하는 검은별무늬병과 붉은별무늬병에 대해 40% 이상의 방제효과를 증대시켰다. 석회유황합제만을 기상조건을 고려하여 강우 전후에 8회 살포한 친환경방제구에서도 관행재배과원에 비해서 과실에 발생하는 검은별무늬병에 대해 30% 이상의 방제효과를 증대시켰다. 배 유기재배시 기상조건을 고려하여 친환경유기농자재 살포시기를 조절하는 친환경방제로 주요 병의 효율적 관리가 가능하리라 전망된다.

  • 공정(일정)관리는 가장 기본적인 건설업무기능 중 하나이며, 수십 년 전부터 네트워크 기반의 과학적 관리기법 (CPM, LSM, Simulation 등)이 개발되어 활용되어 왔다. 다양한 네트워크 관리기법과 더불어 공정관리 프로세스에 있어서도 공정표의 위계 및 표준 등의 실무절차가 일반적으로 활용되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 각 건설조직 또는 각 프로젝트 특성에 따라 공정관리의 실무적인 세부기법들은 다소 다르게 적용되며, 이러한 세부기법의 선택적용은 발주방식, 경영전략, 기술전략, 그리고 현장여건 등을 포함하는 포괄적인 프로젝트 환경에 의하여 영향을 받게 된다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구에서는 우리나라 종합건설업의 기업차원 공정관리 방법을 조사함으로써 현황파악과 함께 변화추세를 분석하였다. 공정관리는 과학적인 '공정관리 기법' 활용과 더불어 포괄적인 '공정업무 체계'가 함께 운영되어야 하며, 본 조사는 후자인 공정관리 체계 관점에서 사업관리 기술 변화를 파악하는데 중점을 두었다. 연구방법으로는, 우선 공정관리의 실무기능을 분류 정의하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 설문을 작성하여 각 기업의 관리방법을 조사하였고, 마지막으로 설문응답을 분석을 통하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 총 45개 종합건설기업의 응답결과를 기업규모, 매출특성 등을 기준으로 분류하여 분석하였다.

  • This study was designed to evaluate current level of school health practice in Chonbuk province and to analyze the relationship between school health practice and variables. All the subjects in this study were 140 schools themselves in Chonbuk province. Survey data was collected through the interviewed checklists from the widly accepted school health responsibilities of administration and practice and the direct observation by the interviewer. It was conducted from 1st of Nov. to 17 th of Dec, 1988. The major findings of this study are as follows: A. 코로나19 상황에서 간호사의 간호업무수행 영향요인 (The Influence Factors on Nursing Practice by Clinical Nurses (in the COVID-19 Situation))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 상황에서 임상간호사의 간호업무수행에 영향을 주는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호업무수행 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 연구로서 G시에서 임상간호사로 근무하고 있는 119명을 대상으로 2022년 6월 15일부터 7월 20일까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 분석을 위해 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 감염관리수행(r=.553, p<.001), 회복탄력성(r=.286, p<.001)이 간호업무수행에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 임상간호사의 간호업무 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 감염관리수행(B=.529, p<.001)이 18.3% 설명력을 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과는 코로나19 유행상황에서 코로나19 감염관리 자체가 간호업무수행에 새로운 업무부담으로 작용했기 때문으로 생각된다. 반면 회복탄력성과 직무스트레스가 영향력을 미치지 못하였다. 그러나, 본 연구대상자의 직무스트레스가 매우 높아 임상간호사의 주기적인 상담을 통해 임상간호사의 직무스트레스를 낮추어 양질의 간호업무 수행이 가능하게 해야 할 것이다.

자율실습에서 형성적 피드백이 간호대학생의 실습만족도, 학습동기 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Formative Feedback Practice on Practice satisfaction, Learning motivation and Academic Self efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자율실습에서 형성적 피드백을 적용한 후 학생의 실습만족도, 학습동기 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사실험연구이다. 본 연구는 경인지역에 소재한 대학의 간호대학생 37명을 실험군으로 하여 교수자에 의한 형성적 피드백을, 전북지역에 소재한 대학의 간호대학생 41명을 대조군으로 하여 동영상 촬영 후 동료피드백을 적용하였다. 중재를 적용하기 전과 후에 자료수집을 하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 실습만족도(t=-2.79, p=.007) 및 학업적 자기효능감(t=2.30, p=.024)은 유의하게 향상되었으나 학습동기는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이는 기존에 동영상 촬영 후 동료피드백을 제공하는 것보다 교수자에 의한 형성적 피드백을 제공하는 것이 더 효과적임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 따라서 교수자들은 자율실습에서 간호학생들의 핵심기본간호술기 습득을 위하여 형성적 피드백을 적용하는 것을 고려할 필요가 있다.
