실린더형 쉘 구조물의 모드 특성 및 진동제어: 공기중 및 수중 실험결과 비교 (Modal Characteristics and Vibration Control of Cylindrical Shell Structure: Experimental Results Comparison in the Air and Water)

  • In the present paper, dynamic characteristics and vibration control performance of a cylindrical shell structure are experimentally investigated and results are presented in the air and underwater conditions. End-capped cylindrical shell structure is manufactured and Macro-Fiber Composite (MFC) actuators are attached on the inside-surface of the structure. Modal characteristics are studied in the air and under the water conditions and then equation of motion of the structure is derived from the test results. Structural vibration control performances of the proposed structure are evaluated via experiments with optimal control algorithm. Vibration control performances are presented both in the frequency and time domains.

  • Recently, the importance of electro-multifunction control valve which is digital control valve is increasing day after day. This is due to the demand of that the current industrial world wants the valve having simpler control circuit and higher operation reliability. It is the PWM controlled high speed electronic valve that satisfies the damands of current industrial world. But, the PWM controlled high speed electronic valve has some non-linearity characteristics like as the delay time of switching and the pressure oscillation phenomenon. These characteristics are an obstacle for the control of high speed & high efficiency in control system. Therefore, in this study, we set the studying purpose on analysis of parameter characteristics in solenoid, and on establishment of optimum design technique in high speed solenoid.

  • In this paper, a new control scheme of Class-E inverter for Induction Heating (IH) Jar applications with clamped voltage characteristics using Pulse-Frequency-Modulation (PFM) is introduced. To reduce the voltage stress of switch, the proposed PFM control scheme doesn't need any auxiliary circuit in comparison to a family of Active Clamped Class-E (ACCE) inverter. It can decrease voltage stress of switch through modulation of switching frequency. The Class-E inverter using the proposed control scheme has the advantage of not only the same output power when it is compared with a Hybrid-Active Clamped Class-E (Hybrid-ACCE) inverter but also Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS), which are characteristics of conventional Class-E and ACCE inverter. The control principles and analysis of proposed method are explained in detail and its validity is verified through simulation and experimental results.

  • 본 논문에서는 제어밸브에 대한 유공압적, 기계적, 전기적 부분에 대하여 전반적인 기술적인 사항 및 설계 기술들을 다루었다. 특히 제어밸브를 이용한 시험으로부터 도출하기 어려운 많은 요소의 동특성을 시스템 모사코드인 AMESim을 이용하여 예측해보았고, 일반적인 물리적 동특성도 또한 실제 시험결과와 비교 검토하였다. 또한 제어밸브의 단품 상태에서의 동특성 외에 시스템 연계 상황에서의 특성도 예측하고자 하였고, 이를 근간으로 하여 발사체 엔진 추진제공급시스템의 제어 관련 분야에 응용하였다.

  • Since it has an advantage of possibility to control using experimentally given coefficient, PID Control is the most widely used method of control in the field of industry. However, since PID controller is not able to reflect the inherent characteristics of individual systems, it needs to be accompanied by additional techniques to supplement. Also, it has disadvantage that it is hard to find a satisfactory coeffi cient when the state of the system's dynamic characteristics and static characteristics are different each other. When the dynamic one shows up, it means the state of system shows a great amount of difference from that of desired such as the moment of beginning control or change of desired state. But, if the state of the system comes close to the desired state, the static characteristics shows up in the system. There are many solutions suggested to overcome problems according to the conversion of two examples of motion shown above. This paper is to confirm PID control's integration ingredient windup phenomenon, and experiment through technique of pre vention of windup actually using PLC(Programmable Logic Co ntroller), and to verify the change in characteristics of control.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job characteristics on the nurses' the moderating effect of locus of control on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment and relationship between job characteristics and attitude. The sample for this study consisted of 594 nurses from 8 university hospitals. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical methods. The results of this study were found that (1) autonomy among 5 core job characteristics showed positive influence on job satisfaction, (2) task significance and autonomy among 5 core job characteristics had positive influence on organizational commitment, (3) the internals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' job satisfaction, and (4) internals and externals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment.

  • This paper was analyzed the characteristics of piezoelectric inkjet print head using finite element method(FEM). It showed the bending node driving of piezoelectric and relation theory principle consider piezoelectric material characteristics and ink characteristics. From such result we were had the piezoelectric head design and manufacture. It got a this head characteristics through experiment, we confirmed that proper voltage control is possible to through ink drop control experiment of piezoelectric print head. This paper was obtained the suitable ink jetting characteristics that manufacture the control circuit and piezoelectric inkjet print head. This practice product was applied to improvement of PCB electric circuit pattern by etching resist ink that PCB manufactured to complex process over traditional 6 stages can be simpled to 1 stage by inkjet printing technology.

  • In this study, a model of pneumatic cylinder position control system considering dynamic characteristics of transmission line is proposed. The transfer characteristics of transmission line are assumed to be second order transfer function because the effect of resonance characteristics of transmission line under high frequency range can be neglected by the friction force and low pass characteristics of the pneumatic cylinder driving system. Therefore, the position control system including transmission line can be modeled by using a model of pneumatic cylinder driving system and the model of transmission line. The effectiveness of the proposed model is proved by comparison of simulation results using proposed model with experimental results.

  • Remote Control System based on Sproute Cultivator using LED characteristics was realized. It was carried out to investigate into the effect of LED Control with the physiological activity of sprouts. We have also composed a Combined Automatic Control System possible for the control of temperature and humidity at the same time. The applied LEDs for measurement are blue, green, red, white, yellow leds. And we producted the remote control OS using Linux and defined the characteristics of automatic control about sprouts.
