흐름 제어 언어의 통합 처리 (Integrate Processing Scheme of Flow Control Language)

  • 산업분야에서 자동화 시스템은 제품의 설계, 생산 공정의 제어, 장애 처리, 품질검사 등과 관련된 처리 과정을 자동으로 수행할 수 있도록 하여 생산성을 향상시킨다. 이러한 자동화 시스템에서 감시 및 제어에 대한 처리 과정을 기술하는 언어를 흐름 제어 언어라 한다. 현재 사용되고 있는 흐름 제어 언어는 문자 기반의 IL, ST와 그래픽 기반의 FBD, SFC, LD가 있다. 일반적으로 감시 제어 시스템에서 사용되는 소프트웨어는 사용할 수 있는 흐름 제어 언어를 2종류 이하로 제한하고 있고, 동일한 시스템 환경에서는 언어의 혼용을 통한 통합 시뮬레이션이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 흐름 제어 언어의 특성을 분석하고 기존 시스템 환경에서 언어 작성 및 처리 과정에 대하여 분석하고, 언어의 통합 처리를 위하여 고급언어 형태의 ST를 확장한 EST 언어를 제안하였다. 이러한 연구를 기초로 그래픽 언어인 FBD, LD, SFC를 통합 처리하여 EST로 변환하는 그래픽 언어 편집기와 EST를 저급언어인 교로 변환하는 EST-IL변환기를 구현하였다. 이러한 편집기 및 변환기를 통한 교 기반의 시스템 구현 및 실험 결과는 흐름 제어 언어의 통합 처리 방안을 제시한 것이다.

  • In this paper, we studied for performance of traction and braking for on-line test and evaluation of korean high speed rail vehicle. It is composed of 6 DAMs(Data Acquisition Modules), 2 monitoring modules and 1 main computer. The software should set and control the hardware of the measuring system, perform the analysis and calculation of measuring data and interface between users and the measuring system. As a result, It has been shown a good performance of traction and braking for test vehicle.

  • As the developing of industry, the nonlinear equipments as inverter, converter, SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) and motor have been increased. But the sensitive electronic loads to the power quality, such as computer's and other electronic equipments, have been spreaded out very fast. Thus, the power quality (PQ) problems and the real time power quality monitoring (PQM) are one of the important issues industry and building area for the intelligent control of the systems. One of them, PQM using PLC(Power Line Communication) have good merits that can send and receive the PQ information without any new network line. This paper presents the PQM hardware and software to monitor the PQ information by using PLC that meets the categories of IEEE Std. 1159.

전자빔 용접장치를 이용한 미세접합 (Micro joining using electron beam welding system)

  • In this study EB(Electron Beam) welder was modified to apply Ef welder to micro-joining for soldering and micro-brazing. The power and beam current of EB welder is 6kW, 100mA(60kV) and the minimum current was 1mA. The minimum current of EB welder was modified to decrease the amount of beam current to 0.0lmA and the monitoring system to observe materials was made up. The system is developed including teaching function for generating patterns. The control system and CAD/CAM software for EB direct writing was developed and the deflection beam was controlled without moving workpieces. the possibility of applying EB welder to micro-joining for soldering and brazing was studied through this experiments.

Deploying a Wireless Sensor Network for Oceanography using ZigBee

  • We recently developed new offshore observation system using USN buoy, widely used to measure the directional properties of ocean wave, seawater temperature, UV light, longitude and latitude of the buoy using GPS module. This paper also documents the development and implementation of a buoy network for acquisition of data of base station with buoys. The major phases of the project include specification of the network, physical construction of network nodes, software development for control of nodes, and testing of network performance. We described some of the practical issues involved in designing, building and deploying a buoy network for oceanographic monitoring. The paper explains some of the design decisions and their consequences, and some of the lessons learned from a first lesson network trial at sea.

  • OPC has made it to improve the development of control and monitoring software. But it is difficult to understand COM/DCOM model that is a base technology of OPC and complex communication setting between OPC Server and OPC Client. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement ActiveX based components that are enable to solve these problems. Implemented components provide a method for simple communication between OPC Server and OPC Client and a GUI environment for easy and fast setting of communication information. Also, they provide the architecture for efficient management of OPC Server's data. By using implemented component, easy development and efficient maintenance of OPC Client can be supported.

  • The trend is going to obtain the accurate and fast information to the development of information technology and electronic technology as an important part of corporate management. Press equipment to produce products that target is small and medium businesses. Became so economical real-time production information system(R-PIS) model has been implemented. R-PIS configure the embedded hardware and PC application software. This system is easy maintenance and upgrade that general-purpose PC and a modular hardware devices. Consists of modules such as wireless communication, LCD, Key-pad, memory control, and sensor signal. R-PIS is efficient materials and product management to maximize the productivity of the enterprise.

  • 최근 환경에 대한 중요성이 부각되면서 무공해 에너지원인 태양광전원에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 이에 대한 기술기준 등이 미흡하여 각종 전력품질에 대한 문제점이 발생되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광전원이 저압 배전계통에 연계되어 운용될 경우 수용가의 전력품질 특성에 관한 연구를 수행하기 위해 감시제어장치를 제작하였다. 이를 위해 태양광전원이 연계된 모의 계통연계 시험장치를 제작하고, LabVIEW를 이용한 감시제어 장치로 각종 전력품질특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 이 장치를 이용하여 태양광발 전량의 변동에 따른 계통의 다양한 운용특성시험을 수행하여 제안한 감시제어장치의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose the hardware and software of a test-bed of a hovering AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle). Test-bed to develop as the underwater robot for the hovering -type is planning to apply for marine resource development and exploration for deep sea. The RTU that controls a azimuth thruster and a vertical thruster of test-bed is a intergrated-type thruster. The main control unit that collects sensor's data and performs high-speed processing and controls a movement of test-bed is a underwater hybrid navigation system. Also it transfers position, posture, state information of test-bed to the host PC of user using a wireless communication. The host PC checks a test-bed in real time by using a realtime monitoring system that is implemented by LabVIEW.
