원격 감시제어를 위한 웹 서비스 S/W 플랫폼 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web Service S/W Platform for Remote Monitoring and Control)

  • 본 논문은 원격 감시 제어를 위한 효율적인 웹 서비스 S/W 플랫폼을 제안한다. 웹 서비스의 성능 향상을 위해 서블릿 컨테이너를 제거함으로써 웹 서비스 구현의 필수 구성요소인 gSOAP 처리를 향상시켰으며, 로봇 또는 유비쿼터스 센서 응용에 적용이 가능한 경량화 된 웹 서비스 서버/클라이언트 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 본 연구 결과를 검증하기 위하여 PXA270 프로세서를 탑재한 LDS4000 엔진 보드에 탱크와 센서 등을 결합한 감시 제어용 로봇 하드웨어를 제작하였으며, 웹 서비스 클라이언트 응용과 기존의 웹 서버를 통한 원격 감시 제어 기법 간의 gSOAP 메시지 교환 부하를 비교함으로써 본 연구 결과에 대한 실용적 우수성과 그 효율성을 검증하였다.

초음파를 이용한 유해적조의 실시간 음향탐지 시스템 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Real-time Acoustic Detection System of Harmful Red-tide Using Ultrasonic Sound)

  • The toxic, Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) caused by the Cochlodinium polykrikoides have a serious impact on the coastal waters of Korea. In this study, the acoustic detection system was developed for rapid HABs detection, based on the acoustic backscattering properties of the C. polykrikoides. The developed system was mainly composed of a pulser-receiver board, a signal processor board, a control board, a network board, a power board, ultrasonic sensors (3.5 and 5.0 MHz), an environmental sensor, GPS, and a land-based control unit. To evaluate the performance of the system, a trail was done at a laboratory, and two in situ trials were conducted: (1) when there was no red tide, and (2) when there was red tide. In the laboratory evaluation, the system performed well in accordance with the number of C. polykrikoides in the received level. Second, under the condition when there was no red tide in the field, there was a good correlation between the acoustic data and sampling data. Finally, under the condition when there was red tide in the field, the system successfully worked at various densities in accordance with the number of C. polykrikoides, and the results corresponded with the sampling data and monitoring result of NFRDI (National Fisheries Research & Development Institute). From the laboratory and field evaluations, the developed acoustic detection system for early detecting HABs has demonstrated that it could be a significant system to monitor the occurrence of HABs in coastal regions.

사이버공격에 대비한 심층방호 특성을 만족하는 단방향 광통신 구조 설계 (Design of Uni-directional Optical Communication Structure Satisfying Defense-In-Depth Characteristics against Cyber Attack)

  • 원전 계측제어계통의 제어기기에 대한 사이버공격은 원자로 정지 또는 방사선 누출 등의 심각한 재앙을 유발할 가능성이 있다. 그러므로 원전 규제기관 및 산업표준의 요건에 따라 심층방호 특성을 고려한 사이버보안 대책설계가 원전 계측제어계통 설계에 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 사이버공격에 대한 원전 계측제어계통의 심층방호 대처 설계시 필수적으로 요구되는 단방향통신 구조를 구현하기 위한 설계방법을 제안한다. 제안한 단방향 통신 구조 구현방법은 통신보드 내에 구현되었다. 단방향 통신을 지원하는 통신보드는 시험을 통하여 심층방호 설계에 필요한 단방향 통신 구조를 제공하며, 사이버공격에 강인한 특성을 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 사이버공격에 대비한 심층방호 대처 설계 및 단방향 통신을 지원하는 통신구조는 일체형원자로(SMART) 계측제어계통 설계에 적용되었다.

  • 본 논문은 Daisy Chain 구조의 CVM(:Cell Voltage Monitoring) 시스템에서, 다양한 DC Level을 갖는 Master IC와 Slave IC 사이에 명령 Data 신호의 전달을 가능하게 해주는 DC Level Shifter 설계를 소개한다. 설계한 회로는 래치 구조가 적용되어 고속 동작이 가능하고, 출력단의 Transmission Gate를 통하여 다양한 DC Level이 출력되도록 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션 및 측정 결과, 0V에서 30V까지의 DC Level 변화에 따른 제어 및 Data 신호의 전달을 확인하였다. Delay Time 오차는 약 170ns가 측정되었지만, 측정 Probe의 Capacitance 성분 및 측정 Board의 영향을 고려하면, 무시할 수 있을 정도의 오차로 간주된다.

  • In order to achieve computer-oriented control and automation of manufacturing processec, a distributed NC (DNC_) system was developed for FMS under the Windows environment. The DNC system consists of conventional DNC, PMC interface and tool management modules. Real-time system conditon monitoring and control fuctions required for machine tools and machining processes were accomplished by developing a PMC interface module called MMC board. Tool condition monitoring and management was performed by the developed tool management module composed of a tool setting probe and softwares. Performance of the DNC system was confirmed on the horizontal and the vertical type machining center equipped with FANUC OMC for the large amount of experiments.

This board is ideal as the brains of your robot or at the center of your home-monitoring system. Today, most drivers must use a parking place day by day. Therefore we make time shorten. Using above-mentioned ATmega8535, a sensor of infrared rays, led and lcd, we will make a parking system which is able to display parking situation and lead a car at the best position of Parking easily and quickly. Trying this project, we will be more closer to practical application of electronic engineering bit by bit.

  • This paper describes development of automatic flight control system for an unmanned target drone which is operated by Korean army as for anti-air gun shooting training. Current target drone is operated by pilot control of on-board servo motor via remote control system. Automatic flight control system for the target drone greatly reduces work load of ground pilot and can increase application area of the drone. Most UAVs being operated now days use high-priced sensors as AHRS and IMU to measure the attitude, but those are costly. This paper introduces the development of low-cost automatic flight control system with low-cost sensors. The integrated automatic flight control system has been developed by integrating combining power module, switching module, monitoring module and RC receiver as an one module. The performance of automatic flight control system is verified by flight test.

  • Automatic flow control system composed by hardware and software was designed and fabricated to be used as teaching tool of feedback control theory in university experimental class. This system includes hardwares like data acquisition board, flow measuring device, transmitters, and the pneumatic valve, and software like LabView program for the monitoring and control of flow rates. The system was designed as the student can see the control effect of not only set point but also disturbance changes. Also the LabView program was composed for the calculation of controller parameters of both Ziegler-Nichols and Cohen-Coon tuning. The students can apply both tuning constants and compare the control performances. This system will provide the easy way for the students to understand the function and specification of control hardwares, and to raise the programing ability of control software.

  • In this paper, we describe a remote surveillance system to monitor the states of remote processes through Internet on Web browser The images captured from multiple remote cameras are transferred to data server exploiting RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) and displayed up to 4 channels simultaneously. The angle of cameras is moved vertically an horizontally through RS-232C communication line by motor control board e벼ipped with AT90S2313 CPU.

OBD-II 시스템을 활용한 자동차 고장진단 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Vehicle Diagnosis Program Using OBD-II)

  • This paper develops an OBD Diagnostic Program (Program) using Visual Studio (C#), which was used to diagnosis malfunction information from OBD-II system vehicles. We accomplished this using the Program, Diagnostic tests, Board (STN1110), FTDI Basic Cable, Mini USB Cable, OBD Data Cable, and both hybrid and regular vehicles. The Program tests real-time data output, DTC output, sensor value output, engine RPM, waveform data, OBD type check, PID inspection, and whole monitoring. We found vehicles used in this research had 19 PIDs, which was within OBD-II regulations. We also gathered data on control and diagnostic code regulated by OBD-II system, such as, sensor output value, engine RPM, DTC output, each PID analytic value, OBD type, fuel mode, and whole monitoring result value. Using the data collected through the Program appropriately can lead to more effective diagnostic practices and contribute to education.
