To minimize the damage from chemical accidents, a risk management plan (RMP) has been implemented since 2015. According to this regulation, operators who handle more than the designated quantity of the accident preparedness chemicals should provide emergency response information to the public within the affected areas of accidents. The information, including chemicals, affected areas and evacuation instructions should be provided to the public in advance so that they can evacuate immediately in the event of a chemical accident. Currently, the information notification can be provided in various methods by being registered in the notification system, sent with written documents or delivered directly to the public. To examine the status of the operation method, this study analyzed similar cases overseas, investigated the degree of awareness of providing information through the number of the annual visitor of the Information Provision System, and obtained survey results from some residents. This current operation method are problems because the public, who do not have sufficient information about chemicals, do not understand the emergency information properly or it is difficult to recognize where the residents should find this information because of the convenient operation based on the information provider. In this study, measures were proposed to minimize the damage by making it easier for the public to understand the emergency information and the information communicated appropriately in advance by dividing them into an information providing method and post management.
Purpose: This study intends to determine how disaster prevention characteristics of important state-designated wooden cultural properties in Gyeongsangnam-do vary according to the surrounding environments and to examine disaster prevention measures for wooden cultural properties that fit their surrounding environments accordingly. Method: The designation status and characteristics of cultural properties in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do were identified, and the damage status of cultural properties in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do was reviewed based on the history of disasters. Also, the disaster prevention environments for 58 state-designated wooden cultural properties in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do were analyzed separately into mountainous area, rural area and urban area, topographic characteristics were drawn. Results: For cultural properties located in urban areas, it was found that security guards were arranged properly and disaster prevention training was carried out well. In addition, access condition to the cultural properties was adequate; prompt access to such properties was possible. In rural areas, flame retardant works have been undertaken properly and many cultural properties were found to be located on a flat ground. Mountainous areas had highly inadequate access condition to cultural properties and disasters occurred most frequently in these areas in the past. Conclution: First, for wooden cultural properties located in urban areas, it is necessary to secure the self-defense fire service manpower for an initial response and reinforce the disaster prevention education. Second, for wooden cultural properties located in rural areas, prevention projects such as insect control project and disaster prevention insurance should be carried out in order to protect the cultural properties. Third, as for wooden cultural properties located in mountainous areas, it is necessary to prepare establish to reinforce self-response capability.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current status of unit tasks, unit task operation, and record management problems used by local governments, and to present improvement measures using text-based big data technology based on the implications derived from the process. Local governments are in a serious state of record management operation due to errors in preservation period due to misclassification of unit tasks, inability to identify types of overcommon and institutional affairs, errors in unit tasks, errors in name, referenceable standards, and tools. However, the number of unit tasks is about 720,000, which cannot be effectively controlled due to excessive quantities, and thus strict and controllable tools and standards are needed. In order to solve these problems, this study developed a system that applies text-based analysis tools such as corpus and tokenization technology during big data analysis, and applied them to the names and construction terms constituting the record management standard. These unit task operation support tools are expected to contribute significantly to record management tasks as they can support standard operability such as uniform preservation period, identification of delegated office records, control of duplicate and similar unit task creation, and common tasks. Therefore, if the big data analysis methodology can be linked to BRM and RMS in the future, it is expected that the quality of the record management standard work will increase.

Aerospace and geospatial technologies have become more accessible by researchers and agricultural practitioners, and these technologies can play a pivotal role in transforming current pest management practices in agriculture and forestry. During the past 20 years, technologies including satellites, manned and unmanned aircraft, spectral sensors, information systems, and autonomous field equipment, have been used to detect pests and apply control measures site-specifically. Despite the availability of aerospace and geospatial technologies, along with big-data-driven artificial intelligence, applications of such technologies to apple IPM have not been realized yet. Using a case study conducted at the Korea Apple Research Institute, this article discusses the advances and limitations of current aerospace and geospatial technologies that can be used for improving apple IPM.

In order to increase the probability of success in big data projects, quantified techniques are required to analyze the root cause of risks from complex causes and establish optimal countermeasures. To this end, this study measures risk factors and relationships through SNA analysis and presents a way to respond to risks based on them. In other words, it derives a dependency network matrix by utilizing the results of correlation analysis between risk groups in the big data projects presented in the preliminary study and performs SNA analysis. In order to derive the dependency network matrix, partial correlation is obtained from the correlation between the risk nodes, and activity dependencies are derived by node by calculating the correlation influence and correlation dependency, thereby producing the causal relationship between the risk nodes and the degree of influence between all nodes in correlation. Recognizing the root cause of risks from networks between risk factors derived through SNA between risk factors enables more optimized and efficient risk management. This study is the first to apply SNA analysis techniques in relation to risk management response, and the results of this study are significant in that it not only optimizes the sequence of risk management for major risks in relation to risk management in IT projects but also presents a new risk analysis technique for risk control.

As the implementation of carbon reduction measures would be monitored starting from 2023 in line with the Paris Agreement, it is crucial and urgent to control GHGs emitted from wastes contributing to 11% of methane emissions. Despite such importance and urgency, 93% of wastes are deposited in unsanitary landfills in developing countries, presenting challenges to methane management. Against the backdrop, landfill gas-to-energy projects have once again drawn attention for their economic substantiality secured through CDM projects while there has been much research actively carried out to estimate methane emissions and GHG reductions in landfills located in developing countries. Although a signifiant difference was found between estimations calculated based on research methodologies and actual results monitored through registered CDM projects, there has not been a study conducted on what is causing such a difference. Accordingly, the research team conducted an analysis of 18 LFG projects out of 46 that were registered as LFG CDM projects under the UNFCCC and has identified precipitation(28%), malfunction(22%), organic content(11%), amount of landfilled waste(11%) and temperature(11%) as key parameters causing the difference between the amount of methane captured and the amount of GHG reduced.
In the present study, practical measures were to be presented for prevention of smartphone game addiction and school violence by analysis of the effects aspect of the smartphone game addition by elementary school students on school violence awareness. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the subject of 6th graders attending an elementary school located in K city of Jeollanam-do, and a total of 258 copies were utilized as the final analysis data. Considering the analysis results, significant differences in the smartphone game addition were observed first as a function of the elementary school students' sex and game use time. The level of smartphone game addiction was observed to become higher for male students than female students, and the higher the longer the game use time during a day. Secondly, a positive (+) correlation was observed to exist between the smartphone game addiction and the school violence awareness. Thirdly, the variable affecting the school violence awareness among individual sub-variables for the smartphone game addiction was shown to be a problem with loss of control and power of reality test. The higher the addiction level of each variable, the negative tendency for school violence awareness was shown to be increased. Based on such analysis results, policy-wise, practical suggestions as well as directions for the follow-up studies have been presented for the improvement of smartphone game addiction and school violence awareness.
Investment in public sector information services has been on the rise in recent years. The supply of high-speed Internet and smartphones has become more common, and the stability of the information system provided to the public in the public sector has become an important management factor. In other words, tasks such as handling civil complaints and issuing certificates by public institutions, financial transactions by banks, customs clearance work, and e-commerce by individuals or institutions are mostly done online. Therefore, how to deal with obstacles arising from the information system, which is in charge of important civil service affairs, is becoming a very important issue. In other words, in the case of a disability that does not function normally even for a short period of time, various problems can occur when the work is delayed, as well as causing serious financial damage to the civil petitioner. This could be accompanied by a decline in public confidence and various other damages such as filing civil complaints. The reasons for the occurrence of information system failures are very diverse and realistically difficult to predict when. Among the various measures to cope with disability, this paper proposed a plan to establish a disability situation notification system that can minimize confusion caused by disability in the event of a homepage malfunction. The proposed disability situation notification system was established in the public IDC environment to show the possibility of utilization.
As Korea declared that the entire country is free from ISA (Infectious salmon anaemia) based on the OIE aquatic code in 2019, it is necessary to improve the import quarantine system that meets the level of ISA management in Korea. Currently, Korea imports Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout from countries which have history of ISA outbreak such as Norway and the United States, so there is a constant possibility that trade with these countries will bring ISAV (Infectious salmon anaemia virus) into Korea. Therefore, some amendments to the Aquatic Life Diseases Control Act (ALDCA) are needed to prevent the entry of ISAV into the Korea through international trade. The amendment to the ALDCA should contain a list of countries, zones or compartments that the Korean competent authority has allowed or banned imports of ISA-susceptible fish. In addition, the subordinate statutes or administrative rules of the ALDCA need to be revised so that on-site inspections/audit can be conducted for the evaluation of the ISA management system in exporting countries. After the revision of the subordinate statutes or administrative rules, it is necessary to strengthen the present import conditions in line with those that meet the level of ISA management in Korea. As for the strengthened import conditions, the competent authorities of exporting countries must export only salmonid fish produced in zones or compartments declared freedom of ISA to Korea, and must prove through lab-testing that ISAV should not be detected in the fish exporting to Korea. In addition, official veterinarians/fish health professionals of the exporting country should check the health status of the fish within 72 hours prior to export. Also, competent authorities of the exporting countries must attest that fish storage containers and water, ice and other equipment used for transportation should be cleaned and disinfected to avoid contamination with pathogens, including ISA. Therefore, the proposed measures presented here will further improve the current import condition for salmonid fish and assist decision-making on strategies to reduce the risk of ISA introduction into Korea. Also, it is expected to contribute to maintain the status of ISA-free country.

In the era of the global coronal 19 pandemic, there is a risk of cross-infection in hospitals at the stage where treatments and vaccines are currently being developed and marketed, so individuals should enhance their acquired immunity and generalize their living systems by the performance of copper ions in the social environment. In order to prevent the spread of infection, the need for anti-bacterial film and its efficacy were analyzed through anti-viral performance tests based on research and development cases of worldwide and immemorial time. he Korea Construction Research Institute (KCL) has received anti-bacterial performance certification and anti-viral test scores from the "National Approval Performance Certification Agency." At the time, NCCP 43326 Human Corona virus (BetaCoV/Korea/KCDC03/2020), which was approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, was introduced to ensure that the activity rate of infected cells was satisfied in the anti-viral performance test. Anti-proliferation measures for the Corona 19 virus require a quality clinical trial study comparing the experimental group within the glass space where the antiviral copper film is constructed with the comparator of the same condition without copper film.
