The generalized logit model of nominal type with random regressors is studied for bootstrapping. We assess the accuracy of some estimators for our generalized logit model using a Monte Carlo simu-lation. That is we study the finite sample properties containing the consistency and asymptotic normality of the maximum likelihood es-timators. Also we compare Newton Raphson algorithm with BHHH algorithm.

In this paper we consider TU-cooperative games in the form of characteristic function. We notice that if one uses the necessary and sufficient condition for the core to be not empty in a dual form, it may be used for selecting the final outcome in the core. Using the linear programming approach for constructing the subcore, which is a subset of the core, we represent it in a simple form. We consider reduced games due to Davis-Mashler, Moulin and Funaki and formulate the sufficient conditions for the subcore to be S-consistent.

We proposed a new variant of correlation approach for ARMA model. The proposed method is is intended to make the current prediction error uncorrelated with the past one. In the investigation of the properties, the uniqueness, consistency and asymptotic normality of the estimate are shown. Via simulation results, we show that the proposed method give good estimates for various systems.

Chemical composition of cement powder influences the setting time and early compressive strength development. The setting time increases as the amounts of zinc oxide and magnesium oxide are increased. For one day compressive strength development, a cement powder with a composition 90% ZnO, 8% MgO and 2% silica resulted in the highest strength (greater than 1, 090 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$). Cement-forming liquids also need to be buffered, with both aluminum and zinc ions, for a good consistency and a higher strength of the zinc phosphate cement. These liquids control the setting reactions.

We consider hazard ratio as a descriptive measure to compare the hazard experience of a treatment group with that of a control group with censored survival data. In this paper, we propose a kernel estimator of hazard ratio. The uniform consistency and asymptotic normality of a kernel estimator are proved by using counting process approach via martingale theory and stochastic integrals.

This paper describes a method of aisle following of a mobile robot using machine vision. As a navigation guide, Black strip painted on the lower part of wall of aisle is used. The offset of the vehicle position from the center of aisle and the heading angle are determined from the binary image of guide strip captured by a CCD camera. To remove the effect of noise. i.e. break of guide strip for the door or reflection of light, pixel sampling method together with consistency check of the incline for the sampled pixels is used.

실시간 데이터베이스 시스템에서 낙관적 병행수행 제어는 충돌 해결 시에만 우선순위를 고려하기 때문에 교착상태가 발생하지 않는 시간적 측면에서의 장점으로 잠금기법보다 우수하다고 알려져 있다. 하지만 시간 일관성을 가지지 않는 데이터의 사용은 시스템에 부정적 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 동적 조정을 사용하는 낙관적 병행수행기법에 데이터의 시간 일관성을 고려한 낙관적 병행 수행 제어기법을 제안한다.

The MDDA(Modified Dynamic Drainage Analyzer) was developed to evaluate the drainage at hydrofoil table roll and low vacuum devices on fourdrinier paper machine MB-former. Comparison of the results was obtained using a computer simulation system based on Taylor's equation and filtration equation and by measuring the consistency profile in a paper machine presented an agreement within 10.7% This device can evaluate the dewatering pro-file on wire for various stock properties adjust dewatering devices on fourdrinier paper machine and control the dosage of retention aids for improving paper structural properties and runnability of papermachine.

This paper develops a standard time table using STD(Standard Tine Data) Technique in multi-product and one-unit production systems. STD leads to greater consistency between similar jobs. The constant-time and special elements will always be the same even though they pertain to different part numbers. Actually, the standards will very based on the size of the variable elements that are in control of the time. A real-field example is presented.
