일 지역 의료인의 가정간호사업 및 서비스 제공 가능성에 대한 인식 조사 (Recognition of Home Care Services for Nurses and Physicians)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the level of recognition of home care services and to provide basic data for implementation of home care services. Data collection was carried out between December 2004 and January 2005 by surveying 88 nurses and 40 physicians working at a general hospital and 28 physicians working at different clinics in the Seoul metropolitan city area. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Home care services were recognized by $94.2\%$ of nurses, $77.5\%$ of physicians and $92.9\%$ of clinic physicians. The main sources of information for most of them were medical and nursing journals. 2. The percentages of staff regarding find home care services as necessary for the institutions were $88.6\%$ of nurses, $74.4\%$ of physicians and $57.1\%$ of clinic physicians. All of them anticipated that home care services would maintain 'continuous care' and 'long-term patient care'. 3. The percentages of staff willing to refer their patients to home care were $95.5\%$ of nurses, $100\%$ of physicians and $87.1\%$of clinic physicians. However, only $7.1\%$ of clinic physicians were willing to refer actively. 4. Most nurses and physicians replied that a majority of test-related services is suitable for home care services. However, among medication-related services, intravenous injections were not suitable for home care services. Among treatment-related services, most nurses and physicians replied that Levin tube feeding, oral and nasal suction, simple dressing, perineal care, and enema were suitable for home care services, but incision and drainage, and tracheostomy tube change were not suitable for home care services. In conclusion, for the implementation of hospital-based home care services, it is necessary to educate nurses and physicians on the present condition and precedent at other hospitals.

Effects of Growth Retardants on Lodging-related Traits in Direct Seeded Rice on Flooded Paddy Surface

  • This study examined the effects of growth retardants and midsummer drainage on lodging-related characters in direct seeding rice culture on flooded paddy surfaces. Treatments included in this study were continuous flooding, two time midsummer drainages (TTD), and inabenfide or trinexapac-ethyl application after TTD. Culm length was reduced most by 11.4cm in trinexapac-ethyl treatment after TTD, followed by 4.1cm in inabenfide treatment after TTD compared to TTD treatment. A significant reduction in culm length occurred at the 3rd internode in inabenfide treatment applied at 40 days before heading (DBH), while trinexapac-ethyl application at 8 DBH reduced the 3rd>2nd>1st internode. The culm diameter of the 4th internode was increased by the application of trinexapac-ethyl following TTD compared to TTD treatment. Thickness of culm wall was significantly increased by trinexapac-ethyl but not by inabenfide applications. Lodging index was the highest in continuous flooding and the lowest in trinexapac-ethyl treatment after TTD. Subsequently, field lodging did not occur in plots treated by trinexapac-ethyl. Rice plants subjected to midsummer drainage or growth retardants showed higher ripened grain ratio and 1000-grain weight, resulting in higher rice yield. These results indicate that trinexapac-ethyl, which can be applied at the relatively later growth stage after proper judgement of lodging occurrence, could be a useful tool for reducing lodging in direct seeding rice culture on flooded paddy fields.

OTT서비스 이용자의 지속사용의도 영향 요인에 관한 연구: 기술수용모델의 확장을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Continuous Intention to Use of OTT Service Users: Focused on the Extension of Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델의 확장을 통해 OTT 서비스 이용자들의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 상관관계분석과 경로분석 등을 통해 주요결과를 도출하였다. 이를 요약 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 용이성은 지속사용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성은 지속사용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 혁신성은 인지된 용이성에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 혁신성은 지속사용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, OTT 서비스에 대한 인지된 유희성은 지속사용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 OTT 서비스의 기술수용모델 확장과 OTT 서비스 수용을 이해할 수 있는 경로를 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있을 것이다.

  • For continuous improvement of the railway customer satisfaction service, more objective evaluation and development system for software and hardware shall be built. The entire activity of railway customer is the interface between the customer and software/hardware services. Customer's activity was investigated by participating observation and objective observation, and considering the connection of all the activities, it was divided into 9 categories and 43 items. Although the detailed activity of customer would vary per item, they show more than 430 different activities under general condition. Also, the customer's activity varies according to the numerous variants such as physical, mental, environmental and cultural features. Especially, as lots of changes, diversification and high-quality of railway industry are expected according to the middle and long term plan on railway industry development, it is necessary for experts in various fields to perform cooperative research aggressively to improve the customer satisfaction service continuously based on continuous customer activity research.

  • It is required for us to design multimedia synchronization model which present mixed media, tat contains not only continuous medial but also discontinuous media. And it is useful for us to develop multimedia application software. Proposed paper represents model tat expresses continuous media and discontinuous media. And continuous medial show the temporal relations between media objects then discontinuous media spatial relations. The model proposed in this paper is effective in applying the system to guarantee high quality of services and can process real time application form applying efficient multiple key media when events occur. We verified that the proposed model has improved media palyout rate compared with other previous synchronization models through simulation.

노인장기요양보험 재가간호서비스에 대한 방문간호사의 인식 (A Study of Nurses' Perception of the Visiting Nursing Services of Long-term Care Insurance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand nurses' perception of visiting nursing services of long-term care insurance. Method: The descriptive survey study involved 188 nurses selected by the convenient sampling of visiting nurses who participated in professional education sessions. Results: Of the 188 participants, 149 (79.3%) were aware of long-term care insurance. Awareness of aspects of long-term care services was 78.7% for facility service, 77.7% for ordinary visiting care service, 85.1% for visiting nursing service and 77.7% for visiting bathing service. Concerning visiting nursing service provision, the majority of the study subjects considered nurse-aid not to be the appropriate route for delivery of services including nasogastric tube exchange, tracheostomy tube management and stitch removal. Conclusion: Continuous evaluation and research on the standards and requirements of the nursing workforce is needed to secure and maintain the high quality of visiting nursing services. Exhaustive studies concerning task division and workforce separation according to nursing services type and level of difficulty should be done to develop the appropriate job description for visiting nursing service staff.

  • Korea enacted the occupational safety and health law in order to prevent industrial accidents in 1981. Led by ministry of labor, occupational safety and health support services policy has been built through government-affiliated organizations, research institutions and academic research. Korea's accident rate has remained at 0.7% for last 10 years despite continuous efforts over the last 30 years. These results means that the occupational safety and health support services policy conducted by the government have reached their limits. Therefore, the necessity of assessment about occupational safety and health support services policy is proposed. The main objective of this study, through the IPA analysis, is to grasp the point of worker's needs about occupational safety and health support services policy and to help formulate the efficient policy.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 디지털 고용서비스 구축상황을 분석하고 해외사례와 최신 디지털 기술의 발전 동향을 토대로 디지털 고용서비스의 지속적인 고도화 및 발전 방향을 제시한다. 벨기에, 호주, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 미국 등 주요 국가의 구체적인 디지털화 추진전략과 현황을 알아본다. 그리고 우리나라 디지털 고용서비스의 발전방안을 제시하기 위해 AI, 빅데이터 등을 활용한 디지털 고용서비스를 통해 개인별·맞춤형 고용서비스, 데이터 개방과 민관협업 확대 등을 통해 궁극적으로 온라인 고용센터로 디지털 고용서비스 확대 방안을 제시한다.

가상 공동체 사용자의 전자상거래 수용에 대한 연구 (A Study on EC Acceptance of Virtual Community Users)

  • Virtual community(VC) will increasingly be organized as commercial enterprises, with the objective of earning an attractive financial return by providing members with valuable resources and environment. For example, Cyworld.com in Korea uses several community services to enable customers of Cyworld to take control of their own value as potential purchasers of products and services. Although initial adoption is important for online network service success, it does not necessarily result in the desired managerial performance unless the initial usage is continuously related to the continuous usage and purchase. Particularly, the customer who receives relevant online services and is well equipped with online network services, will trust the online service provider and perceive less risk and experience more activities such as continuous usage and purchase. Thus, how to promote continued online service usage or, alternatively, how to prevent discontinuance is a critical issue for VC service providers to consider. By aggregating a wide range of information and online environments for customers and providing trust to its members, the service providers of virtual communities help to reduce the perceived risk of continuous usage and purchase. Drill down, online service managers realize that achieving strong and sustained customers who continuously use online service and purchase on it is crucial. Therefore, the research into this online service continuance will identify the relationship between the initial usage and the continuous usage and purchase. The research of continuous usage or post adoption has recently emerged as an important issue in the IS literature. Individuals' information systems(IS) continuous usage decisions are congruent with consumers' repeat purchase decisions. The TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) paradigm has been strongly confirmed across a wide range from product purchase on EC to online service usage contexts. The analysis of IS usage based on TAM has proven to be successful across almost online service contexts. However, most of previous studies have focused on only an area (i.e., VC or EC). Just little research has tried to analyze the relationship between VC and EC. The effect of some factors on user intention, captured through several theories such as TAM, has been demonstrated. Yet, few studies have explored the salient relationships of VC users' EC acceptance. To fill this gap between VC and EC research, this paper attempts to develop a research model that extends the TAM perspective in view of the additional contributions of trust in the service provider and trust in members on some factors that affect EC and VC adoption. In this extension, we applied the TAM-to-TAM(T2T) model, and analyzed the transfer effect of trust between these two TAMs. The research model was empirically tested on the context of a social network service. The model was to extend TAM with the trust concept for the virtual community environment from the perspective of tasks. By building an extended model of TAM and examining the relationships between trust and the existing variables of TAM, it is aimed to explain a user's continuous intention to use VC and purchase on EC. The unit of analysis in this paper is an individual user of a virtual community. The population of interest is the individual with the experiences in virtual community. The data for this paper was made available via a Web survey of VC users. In total, 281 cases were gathered for about one week, but there were some missing values in the sample and there were some inappropriate cases. Thus, only 248 cases were finally analyzed. We chose the structural equation analysis to test the hypotheses and it is better suited for explaining complex relationships than the other methods. In this test, AMOS was used to test the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Noticeable results have been found in the T2T model regarding the factors affecting the intention to use of virtual community and loyalty. Our result showed that trust transfer plays a key role in forming the two adoption beliefs. Overall, this study preliminarily confirms the salience of trust transfer in online service.
