기록물관리 전문요원의 국가기록원 계속교육 전이효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transfer Effect of Continuing Education in the National Archives of Korea for Records Managers)

  • 본 연구는 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과를 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과와 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 이에 따른 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램 특성, 조직의 전이풍토로 구분하였으며, 기록물관리 전문요원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 272명의 전문요원이 응답하였고 통계분석을 통하여 전이효과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였다. 이와 더불어, 전문요원들의 요구사항 및 의견을 수렴하여 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과를 제고할 수 있는 개선방안을 학습자, 교육 프로그램, 조직의 전이풍토, 국가기록원 측면에서 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 어린이사서의 양성을 위한 문헌정보학과 교과과정과 계속교육 과정의 발전 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 어린이사서 양성과 관련된 국내 문헌정보학과 교과과정과 계속교육 과정의 현황을 조사하였다. 또한 대전지역 공공도서관 어린이실 사서 대상의 설문조사를 통해 어린이실의 현황과 사서들의 직무에 대한 현장의 요구를 파악하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 어린이사서를 위한 교육과정과 재교육의 현황과 어린이실 사서들의 한계점을 파악하여 어린이사서 교육과 계속교육의 활성화를 위해 개선해야 할 점을 제시하였다.

항공사 러브마크와 관계지속의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Airline Love Mark and Relation Continuing Intention)

  • In this study, The purpose is to understand the influence of lovemark on relation continuing intention. As a result of reliability analysis, the Cronbach's α coefficient of all variables such as lovemark, relation continuing intention showed 0.8 or more, thus ensuring reliability. The results of regression analysis between variables for hypothesis testing are as follows. as a result of analysis on the effect of lovemark on the relation continuing intention, it showed that both factors of love and respect dimension had significant influences, and that the relationship intension also increased as the love and respect dimension increased. As a result of this study, In order to increase lovemark and relationship intension, it was also confirmed that efforts should be focused on immersion between airlines and customers. It was confirmed that efforts to increase the airline's lovemark are needed to retain existing customers and attract new customers.

약사의 전문직업성개발과 약학대학의 역할 (Continuing Professional Development of Pharmacists and The Roles of Pharmacy Schools)

  • Pharmacists should maintain professional competencies to provide optimal pharmaceutical care services to patients, which can be achieved through continued commitment to lifelong learning. Traditionally continuing education (CE) has been widely used as a way of lifelong learning for many healthcare professionals. It, however, has several limitations. CE is delivered in the form of instructor-led education focused on multiple learners. Learning is passive and reactive for participants, so it sometimes does not lead to bringing behavioral changes in workplace performance. Therefore, recently the concept of lifelong learning tends to move from CE toward continuing professional development (CPD). CPD is an ongoing process that improves knowledge, skills, and competencies throughout a professional's career. It is a more comprehensive structured approach toward the enhancement of personal competencies. It emphasizes an individual's learning needs and goals and enables learning to become proactive, conscious, and self-directed. CPD consists of four stages: reflect, plan, learn, and evaluate. CE is one component of CPD. Each stage is recorded in a CPD portfolio. There are many practical difficulties in implementing the complete CPD system for lifelong learning of pharmacists in many countries including Korea. Applying a hybrid form that utilizes CPD and CE together, as in the case of some countries, could be an alternative. Furthermore, in undergraduate pharmacy education, it is necessary to teach students about CPD and train them on how to perform CPD as a pharmacist.

포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 통한 응급구조사의 보수교육에 대한 인식 (Perceptions of Continuing Education for Emergency Medical Technicians through Focus Group Interviews)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to derive detailed insights into emergency medical technicians' (EMTs) perceptions regarding continuing education. Methods: We conducted a descriptive survey. The interview participants were 20 EMTs, divided into four groups: six Fire Department EMTs, five Hospital EMTs, five Clinical EMTs (excluding the ER and Fire Department), and four Non-Clinical EMTs. Data were collected through focus group interviews (FGIs) and semistructured questionnaires. The interview periods were March 25, 2022, and March 27, 2022. Results: Continuing education was primarily field-oriented, leading to lower satisfaction among non-field EMTs. To enhance satisfaction, training should be tailored to the specific roles and experiences of the EMTs. Additionally, quality management of lectures, instructor selection, and video quality require reconsideration. Key factors that enhance satisfaction include a wider variety of courses, up-to-date information, and relevant course content, regardless of job role or experience. Conclusion: Incorporating feedback into EMTs' perceptions of continuing education can lead to the development of more effective curricula and improved quality management. This approach is expected to enhance both educational satisfaction and job performance.

대학도서관 사서를 위한 전문 계속교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Curriculum Development of Continuing Education for Academic Librarians in Korea)

  • 도서관 정보 환경의 발전에 따라 서비스를 개선하고 이용자 요구를 충족시키기 위해 사서들은 필수적으로 계속교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있다. 대학도서관사서들을 위한 계속교육 교과과정을 개발하기 위하여, 국내외 선행연구와 현행 계속교육 프로그램 사례를 고찰하였으며. 우리나라 대학도서관 사서들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 교육 요구 주제를 식별하였다. 분석 결과를 기초로. 학습자를 중간관리자와 실무자로 구분하여 각각 계속교육 교과과정을 개발하였다. 중간관리자를 위한 교과과정은 9개 영역 27개 과목으로 구성되었으며 실무자를 위한 교과과정은 7개 영역 25개 과목으로 구성되었다. 또한 수요가 높은 부문을 직급별로 하나씩 선택하여, '도서관 마케팅'과 '디지털정보자원 구축 및 관리' 과정에 대한 구체적인 교육프로그램 모델을 개발하였다. 교육프로그램 모델에서는 교육목표. 교육내용, 교수학습 전략, 교육시간, 교수방법과 도구 강사진 등에 관한 사항을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 계속교육의 정착과 발전을 위한 방안을 제언하였다.

사서 계속교육 효과성에 관한 연구: 대학도서관 사서를 대상으로 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Continuing Education for University Librarians)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 계속교육 효과성을 교육에서 습득한 지식과 기술을 적용하려는 의도인 학습전이에 두고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하여 이들의 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 계속교육 참여 경험이 있는 대학도서관 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사서 계속교육이 도서관 실무에 효과적으로 적용되기 위해 계속교육의 프로그램 특성뿐만 아니라 학습자 특성, 조직 환경적 특성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 계속교육의 사전 및 사후 활동을 개별 대학도서관이 조직차원에서 관리하여야 함을 시사한다. 따라서 학습전이 영향요인을 기반으로 한 대학도서관 조직 차원의 사서 계속교육 운영 방안을 제안하였다.

보건진료원을 위한 보수교육자료의 개발방향 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Continuing Education Package for the Community Health Practitioners)

  • The role of Community Health Practitioner(CHP) should be continuously adapted to the social changes and the needs for health care services. That is the reason CHP needs to be retrained through the continuing education program. This paper showed CHP's roles to be reinforced by analyzing his present . task performance and ability in seven task areas as well as the changes of the social environment. In addition, this paper presented retraining areas needed for the reinforcement of the CHP's role in the future, and the development strategy of related continuing education package. The major results are as follows: 1. CHP's main practice area is health care services and management & guidance, whereas the development of health information system is neglected. 2. As a result, CHP plays a role mainly as a health care supplier, a consultant and a health instructor. Therefore CHP's roles to be reinforced are management of the community health system, act as a spokesman and a team member, promotion, assessment, collection & maintenance of information, coordination and research. 3. The areas to be reinforced in CHP's continuing education are (]) aged people's health, (2)?drinking & smoking, (3)?young people's health(including drug and sexualissues), (4) rehabilitation, (5)?administration and management for community health, (6)?partnership & membership, (7) local residents' participation and community development, (8) collection & treatment of health information and (9) environmental issues for community health. 4. The priority in developing continuing education package should be given to the area, which is encountered often in rural area but important, and has a good opportunity to be resolved. The health management of aged people was selected as a top priority by members of the Community Nursing Academic Society. 5. It is recommended that the instruction materials be accommodated to the small scale workshop or seminar in order that CHPs can participate actively in the continuing education program.

Oral Cancer Early Detection - a Pressing Need for Continuing Education in Jordan

  • Aims: To identify deficiencies in the knowledge of general medical (GMPs) and dental practitioners (GDPs) regarding early detection of oral cancer, to compare differences between subgroups, and to identify educational needs for continuing education courses on this subject. Materials and Methods: 165 GDPs and 165 GMPs were directly interviewed to assess their knowledge about oral cancer using a pre-tested survey. Knowledge scores were generated from correct responses of participants to factual questions about oral cancer. Results: Few participants (15.2% of GDPs and 12.8% of GMPs) reported that they attended any continuing education courses on oral cancer during their professional career. Most participants (81.6% of GDPs and 86.3% of GMPs) admitted that their knowledge about oral cancer was not up to date and that they would need to attend continuing education courses on oral cancer if available. A few significant differences were identified between groups regarding knowledge about risk factors, clinical presentations and diagnostic techniques but the overall knowledge scores showed no significant difference between GMPs and GDPs. Conclusions: The present study identified several deficiencies in the knowledge of GMPs and GDPs regarding risk factors, clinical presentations, and diagnostic techniques of oral cancer. Interventions to correct these defects through properly designed continuing education courses are required.

패션명품 소비자의 상표충성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Explanatory Variables of Customer's Brand Loyalty to Fashion Luxury Goods)

  • The purpose of this study was to define the mutual relationship between the explanatory variables of brand loyalty and consumer's fashion luxury brand loyalty, and ultimately to show a path model of fashion luxury brand loyalty. Especially this was focused on the relationship among social risk perception, symbolism involvement, marketer leading information search, and continuing brand loyalty. In the empirical study, a questionnaire was developed through the literature search and a survey was conducted both in on-line and off-line questionnaire simultaneously. Finally 291 data from males and females who had a buying experience of luxury brand goods were analyzed. The result showed the 4 significant paths of fashion luxury brand loyalty existed, such as social risk perception$\rightarrow$symbolism involvement, social risk perception$\rightarrow$marketer leading information search, symbolism involvement$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty, marketer leading information search$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty. And the explanatory factor which has the strongest influencing power to continuing brand loyalty was symbolism involvement. The powers of social risk perception and marketer leading information search to continuing brand loyalty were weaker than symbolism involvement. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to develop a theory on the consumer's loyalty to fashion luxury goods and marketing strategies for enhancing the brand loyalty.
